    Analysis of the Effect of Work Environment, Compensation, Working Stress on Job Morale and Its Impact on Performance

    In the face of globalization era human resources play a very dominant role in the activities or activities or activities of the company. Success or failure of a company depends on the ability of human resources in carrying out the work given. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Compensation, Job Stress on performance partially as well as the influence of Work environment, Compensation, Job Stress mediated by morale. This type of research is a causal associative using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all of Inco Sorowako Hospital employees totaling 157 people. The sampling technique is a saturated sample. Techniques of collecting research data in the form of questionnaires and observations, as well as various data related to the research. The method of analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that work environment, compensation, and work stress significantly influence work morale. The spirit of work has a significant effect on employee performance. While the work environment, compensation, and job stress significantly affect employee performance by mediating morale

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian manajemen terhadap kinerja manajerial pada Rumah Sakit Pemerintah di Kota Jambi. Survey dilakukan terhadap 10 responden yaitu pejabat struktural yang berhubungan dengan pusat pendapatan dan pusat biaya pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) di Kota Jambi. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dan analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier dan berganda. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Penerapan struktur pengendalian manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial pada RSUD di kota Jambi; 2. Penerapan struktur pengendalian manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial pada RSUD di kota Jambi; 3. Penerapan proses pengendalian manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial pada RSUD di kota Jambi; 4. Penerapan struktur pengendalian manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial pada RSUD di kota Jambi

    Effects of Work Motivation, Competence and Compensation on Agent Performance Through Job Satisfaction: Study at Prudential Life Assurance in Makassar

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, competence and compensation on agent performance through job satisfaction at Prudential Life Assurance, and to see whether job satisfaction acts as an intervening variable. The population of this study is a Prudential Life Assurance agent consisting of 8 branch offices in Makassar with a total sample of 90 agents. Data collection is done through questionnaires using simple random techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS 2.0 as a data processing software. From the results of this study found: (1) work motivation has a non-significant effect on job satisfaction but has a significant effect on agent performance, (2) competence has a significant influence on job satisfaction and agent performance, (3) compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction and agent performance, (4) job satisfaction has no significant effect on agent performance, (5) work motivation, competence and compensation have no significant effect on agent performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable
