Social and Economic Activity of the Elder Generation in Tomsk Region

Social and economic activity of the Russian elder generation has a contradictory nature. On the one hand, Russian pensioners often continue working beyond the existing comparatively low retirement age, on the other hand, in terms of involvement in volunteering, political activities, and even in care for children and grandchildren they lag significantly behind the average European level. Explaining it only by the lack of time does not seem plausible, since in many European countries, the employment rates, involvement in unpaid work and caring for other family members are all higher than in Russia. In our study we attempt to identify reasons for lower social and economic activity of older adults in Russia as compared with European countries. We use data of Tomsk regional survey (2015, N=400) for accessing older adults' social activity. Data analysis on Tomsk region suggests that employment (as an activity) and education (as a prerequisite) contribute to higher involvement in social interactions in later life

Исследование процесса электронно-лучевой наплавки нержавеющей проволокой в условиях аддитивных технологий

Объектом исследования является наплавленные образцы, полученные методом электронно-лучевого наплавления в условиях аддитивных технологий. Цель работы – рассмотрение микроструктуры и измерение микротвердости нержавеющих образцов марки AISI 308L (ГОСТ 08Х18Н10Т) и 40Х13. В ходе исследования рассматривались образцы, полученные методом электронно-лучевого наплавления. В качестве основного материала выступали нержавеющие стали марки AISI 308L (ГОСТ 08Х18Н10Т) и 40Х13. Исследование макроструктуры образцов и измерение микротвердости производились при помощи светового микроскопа Axio Observer A1.m и микротвердомера DuraScan.The object of the study is the deposited samples obtained by the electron beam direction method under the conditions of additive technologies. The purpose of the work is to consider the microstructure and measure the microhardness of stainless samples of the AISI 308L (ГОСТ 08X18H10T) and 40X13 grades. In the course of the study, samples obtained by the electron beam direction method were considered. The main material was stainless steel AISI 308L (ГОСТ 08X18H10T) and 40X13. The macrostructure of the samples and the microhardness were studied using an Axio Observer A1.m light microscope and a DuraScan microhardness meter

В ходе работы изучены теоретические основы существующих методов борьбы с отложениями солей, при эксплуатации скважин на территории Западной Сибири проведен технико-экономический анализ внедрения метода борьбы с отложениями солей при эксплуатации скважин на типовых месторождениях.In the course of the work, the theoretical foundations of existing methods of control of salt deposits in the operation of wells in Western Siberia were studied, the technical and economic analysis of the implementation of the method of control of salt deposits in the operation of wells in typical fields was carried out
