    Co-operation between all parties involved in a productchain can facilitate ecological product innovations. This project set out to test this new line of action. Knowledge relating to the flow of materials and substances and to productchain was collected from the various economic parties and subsequently focused. Information on measures required in terms of ecology was combined with economic data, particularly with regard to innovation. The project examined the flow of organo-halogenic flame retardents, using the productchain of car seats and of personal computers as examples. Dialogues between the acting parties in the output chains were established (discussing e.g. recommendations made by the project group). The project let to a revision of innovation routines at company and inter-branch level. The newly devides line of action (communication-promoting measures coupled with research) lends itself to company internal product assessments, inter-branch identification and realisation of ecologically innovative perspectives, determination of societal criteria for ecological innovations, preparation of voluntary agreements/government framework regulations for materials flow managements and agreements on environmental quality objectives. (orig.)Die Kooperation von Akteuren entlang einer Produktlinie kann oekologische Produktinnovationen erleichtern. Das Vorhaben erprobte diese neue Vorgehensweise. Dazu wurde Wissen ueber Stoffstroeme und Produktlinien, das einzelnen wirtschaftlichen Akteuren zur Verfuegung steht, erhoben und gebuendelt. Informationen ueber den oekologischen Handlungsbedarf wurden mit Informationen ueber Handlungs-, insbesondere Innovationsspielraeume der Akteure verbunden. Das Vorhaben betrachtete den Stoffstrom halogenorganischer Flammschutzmittel, exemplarisch vertieft in den beiden Flammschutzrelevanten Produktlinien Automobilsitze und Personalcomputer. Fuer beide Beispielsbereiche wurden Gespraechskreise entlang einer branchenuebergreifenden Akteurskette aufgebaut. U.a. wurden dort Empfehlungen der Projektgruppe eroertert. Das Vorhaben hat bewirkt, dass in Unternehmen und branchenuebergreifend Innovationsroutinen ueberdacht wurden. Die neu entwickelte Vorgehensweise (Verknuepfung von Kommunikationsfoerderung und Froschung) ist fuer innerbetriebliche Produktbewertungen, die branchenuebergreifende Identifikation und Verwirklichung oekologischer Innovationsperspektiven, die Ermittlung gesellschaftlicher Bewertungskriterien fuer oekologische Innovationen, die Vorbereitung von freiwilligen Absprachen/staatlichen Rahmenregelungen zum Stoffstrommanagement und die Verstaendigung ueber Umweltqualitaetsziele geeignet.     The targetted influencing and control of anthropogenic materials flows within the context of a prevention-oriented environmental policy and of a sustainable form of development is characterized by a high degree of complexity and interlinkage. Accordingly, the conception of ecological materials flow management as yet suffers under a lack of methodological maturity. For the performance of this study, a novel methodological approach was developed, and tested on a group of intermediate chemical products (chloronitrobenzenes), a group of final products (polyurethanes), and with case examples (azo dyes on chloronitrobenzene basis for textile dyeing; rigid expanded polyurethane sheets for thermal insulation in buildings). The essential elements of this method are: the bundling of several products or product life cycles by means of the new category of product trees, the historical analysis of the development and differentiation of product trees, the multidisciplinary examination of the framework conditions and influencing factors that are currently of relevance to chemical production and to the application of chemical products (including, inter alia, technical materials management, economic and social aspects, and the regulatory framework of environmental and public health policy), and the development of criteria for strategies aimed at a comprehensive ecological structuring of the production and application of chemical products. The approach links information on the requirements for action in environmental and public health policy with information on the actual room for manoeuvre of actors, and can thus be of use for both product-related assessment issues, entrepreneurial or supra-sectoral materials flow management, and in the further development of framework conditions of environmental policy.     In the last 3 years, Lutetium-177 prostate-specific membrane antigen radioligand therapy (Lu-177-PSMA-RLT) has received increasing attention in nuclear medicine as a new form of treatment for castration-resistant metastatic prostate cancer. This therapy combines the radionuclide Lutetium-177, which has been therapeutically used in nuclear medicine for many years, with a molecular target of the transmembrane prostate-specific membrane antigen expressed by prostate cancer cells. Since there are no prospective randomized studies on Lu-177-PSMA-RLT and the question of reimbursement has repeatedly been the subject of review by the MDK Nordrhein (Medischenische Dienst der Krankenversicherung), there was a desire because of the increasing number of patients being treated to clarify under which circumstances Lu-177-PSMA-RLT can be reimbursed by German statutory health insurance. The goals of this article are to help treating physicians understand how this new therapy option works, to integrate it in the overall therapy concept for castration-resistant metastatic prostate cancer, and, above all, to use Lu-177-PSMA-RLT-based on the current data-at the right place in the therapy sequence of castration-resistant metastatic prostate cancer
