The Distribution of Particles in the Wall Region of the Cyclone Chamber

    Get PDF
Held cyclone operation analysis at different flow rates. In the absence of dust deposits on the surface of the device in countercurrent conical cyclone particle concentration distribution in the circumferential direction in the wall region is uneven rope-formed particles to form clots. At low concentrations where clots stably transported stream at any position of the cyclone can be made based on evaluation of the speed distribution of gas and particles in the bunches movement. In work the analysis of work of a cyclone is carried out at various speeds of a stream

In order to obtain quick information about the connectivity of the dust in the production test system-cleaning it is advisable to use the concept of connectivity indicator, which characterizes all kinds of strength characteristics of particulate material when changing conditions of particle interactions. Offers a simple method of indication of cohesion of particulate material, influencing the formation of sediment particles in the nozzle

It provides analysis of methods for assessing circumferential speeds distribution of pressure in the cyclone chamber. It is shown that for cylindrical chambers of less than two diameters and the inlet section of at least 0.1 square cross section the maximum peripheral speed and rate distributions circumferential speeds along the current line is not changed. Analysis of the distribution shows that the concentration of small particles that are typical for gas dedusting systems have a significant impact on the distribution of pressure, vacuum and on the axis of the absolute value decreases toward dust of output section unlike the swirl chambers fuel combustion

In the process of gas filtration through a porous wall deposited dust is agglomerated state. Sealing layer in the accumulation of particles associated with the re-formation of aggregates. Kozeny equation Karman reflects the relationship between flow rates, porosity layer, a pressure drop, a specific surface area of the particles in the layer thickness. The specific surface area of the particles in the layer is an unknown quantity, so it is proposed to determine the ratio of Kozeny Karmana obtained from experiments on all other values. Filtering process in the experimental setup was performed on preformed compressible layers of particles of different size. Thus the filtration rate is fixed, the change in porosity, the pressure drop, the thickness of the layer. It is believed that the specific surface of the particles remains constant when implementation filtration processes similar manufacturing conditions
