The collection primarily comprises a manuscript by Hermann Rauschning, "Revolutionsmacher" or in English translation "Makers of Destruction," based on interviews with Hitler's associates and opponents. Additional materials in the collection include notes and correspondence regarding these texts.Hermann Rauschning was born in 1882 in Thorn (today Toruń, Poland). He was a German politician who briefly joined the Nazi party before defecting and eventually fleeing Germany.
