    Penelitian ini bertujuan pertama, untuk mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi penerimaan dana bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat kurang mampu di Desa Sedatigede Sidoarjo. Kedua untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak dana bantuan langsung tunai untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat kurang mampu di Desa Sedatigede Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sumber data yang digunakan dalah sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa evaluasi penerimaan dana bantuan langsung tunai untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat kurag mampu di Desa Sedatigede Sidoarjo adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena dengan mengavaluasi penerima dana bantuan langsung tunai dapat melancarkan setiap bulannya, agar penyaluran dana juga dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa adanya hambatan. Dampak dana bantuan langsung tunai untuk peningkatan kesahteraan masyarakat kurang mampu di Desa Sedatigede Sidoarjo belum memiliki dampak pada masyarakat karena dana tersebut tidak dicairkan disetiap bulannya dan dana bantuan langsung tunai terbilang sedikit untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat kurang mampu pada Desa Sedatugede Sidoarjo

    This study aims to analyze the synergy between parents and teachers in motivating children's learning enthusiasm in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. This synergy is a collaboration carried out by parents and teachers for elementary school children in motivating children's enthusiasm for learning in this era of the covid-19 pandemic. Parents are required to play an important role in motivating children to facilitate a learning process. Meanwhile, teachers are required to be more creative in the learning process so that children are motivated to learn in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method. The results obtained from this study are that in the implementation of this synergy it brings positive results to the motivation of learning enthusiasm for elementary school children in the city of Surabaya. The synergy carried out by parents and teachers also encountered an obstacle. The obstacles that occur are caused by internal factors and external factors on the motivation of children's learning enthusiasm. With the obstacles from synergy, of course, parents and teachers must make efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors of synergy to motivate children's learning enthusiasm.                                                           ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Optimalisasi Penataan Arsip Manual Dan Digital di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Jawa Timur dalam memberikan pelayanan dan kemudahan untuk penggunaan arsip, baik arsip manual maupun digital sehingga para pengguna tidak lagi mengalami kesulitan dalam pencarian arsip sebab arsip telah tertata dengan baik dan rapi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif.Informan dalam pihak ini adalah pihak-pihak yang menjadi pelaksana di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Jawa Timur.Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumentasi.Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : ( 1 ) pelaksanaan kebijakan sistem penataan arsip di Dinas Kearsipan Dan Perpustakaan Jawa Timur untuk memberikan manfaat bagi organisasi maupun perorangan dalam membutuhkan arsip. ( 2) faktor-faktor yang menghambat dalam penataan arsip manual dan digital dalam tata kelola arsip adalah kurangnya kesadaran manusianya dalam menyikapi pentingnya arsip itu sendiri. ( 3 ) upaya dinas kearsipan dan perpustakaan Jawa Timur dalam mengatasi setiap permasalahan yang ada.Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi, Penataan, Tata kelola Arsip di Jawa Timur

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah discovery learning dengan sistem agen penemu dapat  meningkatkan sikap kerjasama siswa kelan VIIB semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 SMP Negeri 11 Madiun untuk pelajaran IPA dengan materi pokok klasifikasi materi dan perubahannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan dua siklus masing-masing siklus tiga pertemuan. Tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Untuk mengetahui sikap kerjasama siswa, dilihat dari hasil observasi saat pembelajaran, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan cukup. Dimana sebelum diadakan tindakan adalah 2,00 dalam kategori Setelah diadakan tindakan perbaikan nilai rata-rata kerjasama siswa Didapatkan hasil rata-rata nilai sikap kerjasama pada siklus I yaitu 3,20 dengan predikat baik. Rata-rata nilai sikap kerja sama  pada siklus II yaitu 3,50 dengan predikat sangat baik. Hal ini berarti ada peningkatan nilai sikap kerjasama siswa sebesar 9, 38

    PKM partners are SMEs engaged in the smoked fish business, production and marketing having their address in Penatarsewu Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. An environmentally friendly smoker is a modern smoker which is expected to be a solution to problems in the production of smoked fish which has not been optimal so far. In the process, smoking using an environmentally friendly smoker is more hygienic than traditional smoking. The results of smoking in an environmentally friendly manner produce better and more delicious colors, aromas, tastes and textures. Problems in the production aspect: (1) The production location is narrow and limited, (2) There are more buyers and product orders, while there is no labor (3) The smoking is still manual, so the smoke pollutes the environment, the smoking time is long (4) The results are uneven , some are too ripe, some are still undercooked, (5) There is no nutrition and expiration test, (5) There is no environmentally friendly smoking device, (6) There is no large capacity storage space (7) Capital. The impact is (1) the order is increasing, the place of production is limited, (2) the need for workers is increasing, recruiting workers requires a large budget. (3) Smoke causes pollution to the community around MSMEs, (4) Manual processing hinders the production process, (5) Products go stale quickly if not put in a cooler, there is no expiration date, difficulties when there are large-scale orders, (6) Water content is still high cause the product does not dry quickly, (7) There is no PIRT and the Ministry of Health permit.Problems in the management aspect: (1) Difficulty in finding permanent employees, because many are not interested, (2) Business processes and business SOPs have not been well documented, (3) Capital constraints for business development with sharia concept, and (4) Do not have an integrated information system ordering, raw materials, production and sales. The impact: (1) Business management is still traditional, controlled by the owner/family, (2) Constraints in processing information related to the stock of materials and products that have been ordered (3) Limited sharia-based business development, (4) Availability of raw materials depends on the season. Problems in marketing aspects Partners do not have adequate display space. As a result, smoked fish are allowed to accumulate, not properly arranged. During the rainy season, demand decreases.The results of the activities that have been carried out: (1) Training, practice, and assistance in making quality Smoked Fish, the same level of maturity, nutrition testing and natural preservation (2) Training, practice, and mentoring of business process management materials and ISO 9001: 2015 regarding quality management standards, (3) Training, practice, and assistance for sharia-based business management (4) Design and layout of new product display rooms, production rooms, product storage rooms, (5) Design of environmentally friendly fumigation machines.     Community empowerment is an effort to enable and empower communities from poverty, underdevelopment, and inequality in community empowerment efforts through the development of ghanjaran park tourism with local potential. The purpose of this study was to analyze community empowerment in Ketapanrame Village because it has local potential such as vegetables and fruits and other agricultural products. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: first, the efforts that can be made to make community empowerment successful are Enabling, namely utilizing the potential of the village and its resources to later build Ghanjaran Park tourism, Empowering, namely managing and caring for Ghanjaran Park tourism by providing security and comfort facilities to visitors. and employment opportunities for residents, Protecting, namely making competent efforts to encourage the development of Ghanjaran Park tourism through BUMDES. Second, the inhibiting factors in tourism development are the absence of public transportation, lack of promotion, and limited human resources.     The purpose of this study was to evaluate the existing Health Insurance program in the city of Sidoarjo. Because Sidoarjo City is still high in poverty level of its people, therefore the Sidoarjo City Government created a Health Insurance program. With the existence of free health services in the form of Poor People's Health Insurance (JKMM), which aims to alleviate poverty and help the economy and the burden of underprivileged people in meeting their needs. The JKMM program is only intended for people who live in Sidoarjo, because not all districts have the same program because districts have their own policies. This type of research is qualitative research, by obtaining data sources through interviews and documentation. The Poor People's Health Insurance Program (JKMM) lacks widespread information so that many Sidoarjo people still do not know and there are still many who have not received health insurance assistance.     Suatu organisasi pemerintah yang harus dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia yang ada dan bagaimana pengolahannya. Sumber daya dalam hal ini adalah upaya peningkatan sumber daya manusia untuk mewujudkan/mendorong peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan kemasyarakatan antara lain Kartu Keluarga (KK), Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP-El), Surat Keterangan Pindah (SKPWNI/SKDWNI) dan Kartu Indentitas Anak (KIA) diperlukan oleh warga/masyarakat di Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang diberikan oleh Kantor Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Teknik/metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peristiwa dan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan serta menyajikan data secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta atau fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan dikenal dengan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan prosedur wawancara dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi sumber data merupakan metode yang digunakan peneliti untuk memvalidasi data penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan tiga komponen analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty serta indikatornya telah diimplementasikan dalam kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Namun, terdapat beberapa indikator yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Hal tersebut antara lain ketidaknyamanan yang disebabkan oleh lokasi pelayanan dengan sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, kurangnya penguasaan pegawai terhadap alat pelayanan, dan kurangnya keramahan pegawai selama proses pelayanan. Minimnya sarana prasarana dan kepegawaian di Kantor Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo menghambat pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Antusiasme karyawan satu sama lain, diadakannya rapat koordinasi atau semacam evaluasi setiap tiga bulan sekali, dan kesadaran melayani masyarakat secara jujur dan sesuai dengan hati nurani menjadi faktor pendukungnya.
