Struktur, Perilaku dan Kinerja Pemasaran Biji Kakao di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

Parigi Moutong is one of cocoa production center in the Central Sulawesi province. The problem faced by cocoa farmers in Parigi Moutong is the weak bargaining position of farmers in the price determination. The purpose of this study is to analyze cocoa beans market structure, conduct and performance at Parigi Moutong district. The methods used are market concentration and exit barriers to analyze market structure; market conductand farmer share and marketing margin to analyze market performance. The results show that the market of cocoa beans has four marketing channels which the highest total margin is on 2nd channel (Rp 25 465 and oligopsony structure. The most efficient marketing channel is channel 3 with 58.01 percent of farmer share. One of alternatives to increase farmer's bargaining position in determining the cocoa price is by improving the cocoa quality through fermentation. This can be conducted by the farmer empowerment systematically and sustainably

Penelitian tentang ?óÔé¼?ôUpaya Identifikasi Kreativitas Kader-Kader PAUD di Kecamatan Ungaran Melalui Alat Permaianan edukatif (APE)?óÔé¼?Ø ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui kompetensi pedagogis yang dimiliki oleh kader-kader PAUD di Kecamatan Ungaran; (2) Mengetahui tingkat kreativitas yang dimiliki oleh kader-kader PAUD di Kecamatan Ungaran; dan (3) Mengetahui USAha apa saja yang dilakukan oleh kader-kader PAUD untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogisnya. Penelitian ini merupakan prosedur yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata yang diperoleh dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode observasi, kuisioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam empat tahap yaitu : Tahap I : Tahap pendahuluan/ awal dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan; Tahap II : Pengembangan awal, rancangan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kreativitas kader-kader PAUD di Kecamatan Ungaran;?é?á Tahap III : Melakukan wawancara, pengisian kuisioner / angket tentang kretaivitas dan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE); dan Tahap IV?é?á?é?á?é?á?é?á?é?á?é?á?é?á?é?á?é?á : menganalisis tingkat kreativitas kader ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ kader PAUD di Kecamatan Ungaran. Kesimpulan yang diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Tingkat kreativitas pada kader ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ kader PAUD di Kecamatan Ungaran rendah; (2) Rendahnya kreativitas pada kader-kader PAUD di Kecamatan Ungaran disebabkan karena : (a) Kurang maksimalnya pendidik dalam melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran; (b) Pendidik belum mampu memanfaatkan secara maksimal bahan-bahan di sekitar sebagai media dalam pembelajaran; (c) Asumsiyang dimiliki oleh para pandidik bahwa keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran ditentukan oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran yang mahal dan mewah; (d) Kurang terbukanya terhadap informasi-informasi baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini; dan (4).Sesuai dengan semboyan pembelajaran pada anak usia dini ?óÔé¼?ôBelajar sambil Bermain?óÔé¼?Ø media yang digunakan adalah alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) yang dibuat dari bahan-bahan bekas
