    This research was conducted with the aim to determine whether or not the influence of online marketing strategies on consumer buying interest in paperbag, book and pen at Ramadhan Stationery stores. The research used in this study used a quantitative, where this study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The design of this survey method is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method uses the slovin formula, where the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, field observations and interviews.This research is a descriptive quantitative research design because it is a concept development and data collection to examine the effect of online marketing strategies on consumer buying interest, a case study of Ramadhan Stationery Stores in Makassar City. From the results of the regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program, the coefficient value of the influence of marketing strategies on purchase intention is 0.818 with a value of p = 0.000 0.0, this is supported by the results of the t test, namely the t value of 12.336 with a significance of 0.000 and t table of 1, 98447 with a specified significance level of 0.05 or 5%. This shows that the marketing strategy has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest in the City of Makaassar (Case Study of Ramadhan Stationery Stores), this means that the better the marketing strategy carried out at Ramadhan Stationery Stores, the more consumers' buying interest in Ramadhan Stationery Stores will increase.Keywords: Online Marketing Strategy, Consumer Purchase Interest

    This study aims to achieve an answer to the problem of the influence of visitor satisfaction on the tourist attraction of the Malino Highlands, Gowa Regency. The population of this study were visitors to the Malino Highlands tourism. The sample used is according to the wishes of 50 visitors. This type of research is quantitative research. The data techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis.     This study aims to determine and analyze the Effects of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Employees of the Makassar City Investment and Integrated Service Office. Data analysis using multiple regression equations and the classic assumption test, one of the methods used to determine the number of samples is using the Slovin formula, the sample used was 50 employees. The research data was obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and direct interviews with relevant parties according to the research objectives.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee development on work productivity at PT. Bank BTPN Sungguminasa Branch, Gowa Regency. Employee development is one of several factors that can affect the level of work productivity. Development is an additional basic salary that is not expected by employees, but only part of it can be given only having certain achievements or certain skills and do not bother when asked to complete as soon as possible, such as reports or receipts that must be reported. This research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis tool, R2 test and t test to analyze the close relationship of 1 variable, and the results of the discussion that the value of the variable regression coefficient (X) or employee development is 0.458 so it can be said that the employee development variable (X) positive effect on work productivity by 45.8%. From the results of the regression analysis, the t-count value was 3.524 t-table was 2.042 and the significance value (sig.) was 0.001 0.05.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai sekaligus untuk membuktikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai yang di laksanakan di kantor bupati kabupaten Majene, guna meningkat kesadaran pimpinan maupun bawahan tentang keterkaitannya satu sama lain, membangun kerja sama yang baik dalam mewujudkan tujuan serta visi dan misi organisasi.  Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh pegawai yang berstatus PNS di bagian Pemerintahan, Ortala dan Umum.Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan system sampel jenuh yaitu Teknik penentuan sampel dengan menempatkan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel Sugiyono (1998 : 123) sebanyak 40 sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji signifikansi parsial (uji statistik t). Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji validitas lebih besar dari rtabel 0,411 semua indicator valid, uji reliabilitas  rtabel = 0,411 sedangkan nilai Alpha sebesar 0,827 yang artinya lebih besar dari nilai rtabel , uji regresi linier sederhana Y = a + bX atau ( Y = 3,101 + 0,425X ) bernilai positif dan untuk uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung adalah 9,451 sedangkan nilai ttabel 2,024 yang lebih kecil dari pada thitung atau nilai thitung ttabelpada taraf signifikan 5% sehingga dapat disimpulakan bahwa hipotesis diterima

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the training needs, to find out in setting training objectives, to find out the training curriculum development, to find out the preparation of education and training, to know the implementation of education and training, to find out training evaluation in improving teacher competence. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data are the Principal, Deputy Principal and teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 2 Duampanua. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of education and training in improving teacher competence in UPT SMP Negeri 2 Duampanua is carried out through 6 stages of education and training which include; (1) training needs analysis (Taining Need Assessment), (2) setting training objectives, (3) curriculum development, (4) preparation of training, (5) implementation of education and training, (6) evaluation, basically it has been done quite well it's just that there are deficiencies in terms of evaluation, the training evaluation conducted by UPT SMP Negeri 2 Duampanua is not sustainable and the implementation is only at the training venue, and is not accompanied by follow-up on how the application of the capabilities that have been obtained in the effort to utilize those capabilities is really controlled professionally

    Bamboo shoots are young shoots from bamboo Terubus. Bamboo shoots contain cyanide if consumed can cause shortness of breath, decreased blood pressure, rapid pulse, headache, nausea, diarrhea, mental disorders and seizures. Continuous consumption with low doses causes mumps and dwarfism and neurological diseases. This study aims to determine how much cyanide levels in bamboo shoots and this type of research is a descriptive laboratory experiment. The sample used in this study were 3 samples based on the size of the volume. The sampling technique is by means of purposive sampling that is looking at the criteria based on large, medium and small size types. Analysis of cyanide levels was obtained by UV-Vis Spectrophotometer with a wavelength of 582 nm. The results showed that large size bamboo shoots were height = 27 cm; diameter = 16 cm has a cyanide content of 21.84 mg/kg, medium size were height = 18 cm; diameter = 7 cm has a cyanide content of 18.40 mg / kg and a small size of height = 8 cm; diameter = 4 cm has cyanide content of 4.65 mg/kg. Thus it can be concluded that the greater the size of bamboo shoots have height level of cyanide
