Особенности применения лечебных физических факторов для коррекции нарушений синовиального гомеостаза при реабилитации больных с посттравматическим остеоартрозом крупных суставов

The purpose of the work is to study the influence of therapeutic physical factors on synovial homeostasis at patients with posttraumatic osteoarthritis large joints. The rehabilitation of 194 patients with posttraumatic osteoarthritis of hip, knee and ankle joints which was accompanied by increased intra-articular friction as a result of disorders of synovial homeostasis was carried out. The most evident positive changes in synovial homeostasis were achieved by means of complex of therapeutic physical factors including mechanotherapy in the swimming-pool with nitric-siliceous radon containing mineral water, peloidotherapy, interferencetherapy and electromyostimulation of the para-articular muscles. The achieved medical effect is comparable with intraarticular introduction of elastoviscous synovial fluid implant «Synocrom».Изучено влияние лечебных физических факторов на синовиальный гомеостаз у больных с посттравматическим остеоартрозом тазобедренного, коленного и голеностопного суставов. Проведена реабилитация 4 групп больных в количестве 194 человек с посттравматическим остеоартрозом тазобедренного, коленного и голеностопного суставов с синдромом повышенного внутрисуставного трения вследствие нарушений синовиального гомеостаза. Наиболее выраженные положительные изменения синовиального гомеостаза достигнуты при использовании комплекса лечебных физических факторов, включающего механотерапию в бассейне с минеральной азотно-кремнистой радонсодержащей водой, пелоидотерапию, интерференцтерапию и электромиостимуляцию парартикулярных мышц. При этом достигнутый лечебный эффект сопоставим с таковым при использовании вязко-упругих имплантатов синовиальной жидкости

Реабилитация больных после хирургического лечениявнутрисуставных переломов крупных суставов

The aim of study - to elaborate the complex of rehabilitation measures for correction of structural changes and functional violation in supporting organ, developed after a surgical treatment of intraarticular fractures, which form knee and ankle joints. Rehabilitation of 19 patients with stable contractures in combination with posttraumatic osteoarthritis was carried out with the use of mechanotherapy in the swimming-pool with nitric-siliceous radoncontaining mineral water, pelotherapy, low-frequency magnetotherapy, amplipulse therapy, intra-articular introduction of the medication "Alflutop", lidase and 15% solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone. Clinical orthopedic checkup, arthrophonography, arthrosonography and ultrasonic dopplerography showed the decrease of painful syndrome by Visual-Analogous Scale intension, stimulation of reparative chondrogenesis (increase of articular cartilage thickness in knee joint from 2,37±0,19 to 2,82±0,08 mm, pЦель работы - разработать комплекс реабилитационных мероприятий для коррекции структурных изменений и функциональных нарушений в опорном органе, развившихся после хирургического лечения внутрисуставных переломов костей, образующих коленный и голеностопный суставы. Проведена реабилитация 19 пациентов со стойкими контрактурами в сочетании с посттравматическим остеоартрозом с использованием механотерапии в бассейне с азотно-кремнистой радоносодержащей минеральной водой, пелоидотерапии, низкочастотной магнитотерапии, амплипульстерапии, внутрисуставного введения препарата «Алфлутоп», лидазы и 15% раствора поливинилпирролидона. Клинико-ортопедическое обследование, артрофо-нография, артросонография и ультразвуковая допплерог-рафия показали снижение интенсивности болевого синдрома по ВАШ, стимуляцию репаративного хондрогенеза (увеличение толщины суставного хряща в коленном суставе с 2,37±0,19 до 2,82±0,08 мм,

The issue of mental and motor disturbances and correction thereof in children with infantile cerebral paralysis and moderate mental retardation

Correction of the condition of children with infantile cerebral paralysis and moderately expressed mental retardation is a serious problem of modern recreation therapy. The goal of this article is to analyze the available information on the most important aspects of mental and motor disturbances in children with infantile cerebral paralysis and moderate mental retardation and to summarize the information on the most effective approaches for the compensation of such disturbances. The work contains information on primary mental and physical problems of mentally challenged children with infantile cerebral paralysis who require active compensation for the arrangement of conditions for the maximum possible health improvement and introduction of such children into the society. The articles deals with main approaches to the correction of psychomotor defects in case of infantile cerebral paralysis which proved to be effective in practice and which can be taken in case of moderate mental retardation. After the analysis of the available information on the problem, it becomes clear that there is still a need for additional development of options for the complex correction of existing disturbances in this category of children. Further development of new methods and the refinement of existing ones can result in the improvement of their health which should ensure the greater degree of their integration into society.
