: The progress and setbacks of an organization depends on leadership qualities of a leader.Seen from the point of view of any leader is always placed on one very important point. The role of aleader in an organization or group is vital. Because in that role, a leader will help the organization torealize its vision and mission. the purpose of this research can be formulated as follows: To determinethe effect of Leadership Influence on Performance of Civil Servants in the District Office DistrictTagulandang Sitaro.This is a descriptive quantitative research, which describes the relationship between variables toanalyze numerical data using statistical methods through hypothesis testing. In this study took theentire population of employees at the District Office Tagulandang Sitaro Regency, North Sulawesi,which consists of 18 people.Results of simple correlation analysis showed that the leadership role positively and significantlycorrelated to the performance of an employee or significant influence with the power of 58.7%;meaning that developments in performance of 58.7% is determined or influenced by the leadershiprole.Keywords: Leadership, Performanc

Implementasi Kebijakan Tarif Angkutan Umum Di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara (Studi Kasus Di Trayek Manado-Langowan)

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Public Transportation Tariff policy in North Sulawesi Province, especially on the Manado - Langowan route transportation. This research was conducted from March to May 2023. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Informants used in this study were taken using purposive sampling technique totaling 16 people. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The research focused on aspects of policy content and policy environment. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the policy focused on the basis and purpose of implementation illustrated that the basis for implementing public transportation tariff policies in North Sulawesi Province without exception on the Manado-Langowan route was based on Governor's regulation Number 303 of 2022 where through the Governor's regulation it was issued intended to adjust city transportation rates in the province of economy class including for public vehicles and taxis. Abstrac: Public participation in policy development in countries thatimplement democracy including in Indonesia is not new. Public participationis a process to provide technical opportunities and broader authority to thecommunity together to solve various problems. As a concept and practice ofdevelopment, the concept of participation recently discussed in the 1960swhen various International institutions promote participation in the practiceof planning, implementation, and evaluation of development.This research was conducted at 9 : 1 the village chief informant. 1sysop BPD, sysop LPM, 1 religious figures, and 5 members of the public.
