    Manajemen kinerja adalah alat pengendalian manajemen perusahaan atau suatu proses yang dilakukan oleh manajer untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 orang menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi melalui 3 indikator penelitian yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kinerja di Kantor Hukum Sekretariat Sulawesi Utara masih kurang dalam intensitas kerja dan tindakan, serta kinerja dan beberapa program yang tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Sehubungan dengan evaluasi kinerja ini, sangat membantu untuk melihat sejauh mana hasil yang diharapkan sesuai dengan realitas yang ada

    This study aims to describe, interpret and analyze the Effectiveness of Micro Business License Services at the Manado City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office the method used is a qualitative research method. The result of this study is that providing service to the community through the Effectiveness of Micro Business License Services at the Manado City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office is less effective. This is because the service making business licenses is still constrained because it is not by Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), in terms of completing micro business licenses it takes quite a long time, service mechanisms tend to be slow and convoluted, and the attitude of the waiters is lacking friendly still charged, which should be free inadequate service facilities, and lack of coordination between leaders and subordinates

    Decision-Making of Women Leaders in Government Organizations

    This study aims to determine how the decision-making style of women leaders in government organizations in Manado City. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documents with triangulation. Data analysis uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that in making decisions, female leaders use normative rules as a reference for action. In general, female leaders, at certain times try to give directions/instructions, involve subordinates, and there a delegation of tasks. Women leaders also have a firm attitude, tend to be strict, very disciplined, and dare to act in very urgent situations to enforce rules for the effectiveness of carrying out their duties. But at a certain time, they can act very meticulously, informatively and communicatively, also responsive and flexible, gentle, friendly, and considerate to subordinates but still authoritative, so that the instinct of a mother radiates in female leaders
