    Development and validation of a new questionnaire assessing women perception on Malaysian road environment (WPRE)

    High mobility rate among women has made them more vulnerable in the road environment. Lifestyle changes have urged many women to increase their mobility due to accommodate current demand. Therefore, women are exposed to the risk of accidents as many of them are populated in the road environment. However, most studies and instrumentation on-road environments are universal and not specifically targeting women's perception and anticipation preventing road accidents. Hence, the current study is developing and validating instrumentation of women's perception in Malaysia Road Environment. The sample of this study is 93 women with various age numbers. Out of 7 constructs, 6 were found most reliable and valid with the Cronbach Alpha value > 0.75. The present research provides details of factor analysis results, composite reliability, average variance extract, and reliability analysis which all concluded that the internal consistency of WPRE was not violated. Results reveal items developed are suitable to be adapted in future research with some modification. Finally, this research contributes to developing and validating women’s perception in a road accident which is reliable and valid for measuring WPRE

    The e-commerce marketplace in Malaysia is showing an advantageous trend, with gross value added contributed 6. 3% to gross domestic product (GDP) in 2017.Online purchasing has attained a lot of important factors in the current marketing. But, because of the number of growth of trouble makers or scams had increased, such activities will create a fear in the mind of customers and as well can influence the attitude or mind set of consumers toward online purchase. Therefore, the issue in this area of this survey is customer’s dissatisfaction and attitudes towards online purchasing.Apart from that, customers also concern about the security level whenever they order products online. The security refers to online transaction safety. The previous researchers suggest that the lack of security on the website will make the customers to have doubt or serious concern about their credit card transactions and privacy of personal information to avoid cybercrimes.In spite of comfort and advantages of online shopping, e-commerce poses a few demanding situations and concerns amongst consumers on security and privateness problems. Thus, this phase intends to identify degree of situation in regards to these issues. In widespread, slightly extra than half of on-line buyers claimed that they are problem on safety and privacy at the same time as buying online. The regression analysis indicates fraud and security was found to have significant at 5% significant level (sig, t = 0.004). This could explained that customers are more likely to take serious on fraud and security of the products they purchased

    The Influence of Students’ Experience on Alumni Giving in Malaysian Public Educational Institution

    The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of students’ experience on alumni giving in one of Malaysian Public Higher Educational Institution (PHEI). Utilizing the questionnaire method, data are obtained from 347 respondents among final year students in this institution. Results presented indicate students in this institution have low level of students’ experience and alumni giving with the mean score are reported at 1.25 each. Results presented also indicate that students’ experience is significantly related to alumni giving (β=.54, p<.01). This study contributed some new knowledge to the existing literature in the domain of alumni giving behaviour. Several recommendations can be suggested to Malaysian PHEIs to improve their level of students’ experience, thus the level of alumni giving can be increased. Several recommendations are proposed to be enhanced so as to increase the satisfaction on students’ experience during their undergraduates’ life based on this study findings

    Android smartphone is the key elements that contribute to the success of smartphone brands such as RedMi, Samsung, Vivo, Asus, XiaoMi, OnePlus. Consumers should have a strong purchasing power to make the purchase on Android smartphone. The concept of purchasing power coincides an individual needs and identify his or her ability to purchase the goods and prevent bankruptcy in the future. Consumers would like to obtain a unique feature of products but in reality, their monthly salary forces them to control their spending in order to purchase an Android smartphone. From the statistics, results show that there have Android and other Operating System in smartphones sales. Android smartphones have the highest percentage of sales and other Operating System shows the lowest percentage of sales. Hence, Android smartphones have significantly positioned in the mind of consumers. It is estimated that brand loyalty to other operating system is 85 to 88 per cent and Google's Android system is 89 to 91 per cent. There is an impact of product features towads the intention to purchase of Android smartphones. The results shows there is a strong positive relationship between products features and intention to purchase of Android smartphones

    Determinants of job rotation among employees in Malaysia education sector

    This research explores determinants of job rotation among employees in education sector. Job rotation has become one of technique used by employers to rotate their employees’ assigned jobs throughout their employment. Most employers use job rotation as a strategy for employees to take new tasks on different jobs for a period of time before rotating back to their original position. According to Azzam (2013), job rotation is an effective administrative tool, and it is used in many organizations to achieve different goals. This research can be used for organization or employers to understand the determinants of job rotation among employees. So, a questionnaire were distributed among employees in education sector. This study are using descriptive survey to investigate the relationship between motivation, training, skill and knowledge and performance toward job rotation. Total of 342 set of questionnaire were collected out of 400 respondent. The dependent and independent variables were analysed by mean, and standard deviation and mean of frequency distribution. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software are use in this project. Factors such as motivation, training, skill and knowledge and performance is influence the determinants of job rotation among employees in education sector were analysed. In this study, revealed that motivation, training, skill and knowledge and performance belief have significant relationship with determinants of job rotation among employees in education sector. This research could help to boosting employee’s morale. This research also recommended that future researchers should target larger sample size. REFERENCE
