Assessment of the Digital Mature of an Industrial Enterprise: a Methodological Aspect

Even in developed countries, only over the past five years, one can note qualitative shifts in the development of the digital maturity of their companies, which are in varying degrees of digitalization. The attention of theorists, practitioners and business experts is focused on identifying and researching the main factors and methods of digital maturity and digitalization problems, not only taking into account the use of new technologies, but, above all, taking into account the organizational and managerial aspects of this process. The article reveals the main features of assessing digital maturity as a way to assess the current state of an organization, the levels of assessing digital maturity, methods for assessing the digital maturity of industrial enterprises, and analyzes the results of assessing the digital maturity of fifty companies in the Russian Federation.Даже в развитых государствах только за последние пять лет можно отметить качественные сдвиги в развитии цифровой зрелости их компании, которые находятся в разной степени цифровизации. Внимание экспертов бизнеса является сосредоточенным на выявлении и исследовании основных факторов и методов цифровой зрелости и проблем цифровизации с учетом применения новых технологий и организационно-управленческих аспектов этого процесса.
