    For a rational prime p3p \geq 3 we show that a pp-ordinary modular eigenform ff of weight k2k\geq 2, with pp-adic Galois representation ρf\rho_f, mod pm{p^m} reductions ρf,m\rho_{f,m}, and with complex multiplication (CM), is characterized by the existence of pp-ordinary CM companion forms hmh_m modulo pmp^m for all integers m1m \geq 1 in the sense that ρf,mρhm,mχk1\rho_{f,m}\sim \rho_{h_m,m}\otimes\chi^{k-1}, where χ\chi is the pp-adic cyclotomic character.Comment: 9 pages.     Fourth Generation (4G) Wireless System will integrate heterogeneous wireless overlay systems i.e. interworking of WLAN/ GSM/ CDMA/ WiMAX/ LTE/ etc with guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS) and Experience (QoE).QoS(E) vary from network to network and is application sensitive. User needs an optimal mobility solution while roaming in Overlaid wireless environment i.e. user could seamlessly transfer his session/ call to a best available network bearing guaranteed Quality of Experience. And If this Seamless transfer of session is executed between two networks having different access standards then it is called Vertical Handover (VHO). Contemporary VHO decision algorithms are based on generic QoS metrics viz. SNR, bandwidth, jitter, BER and delay. In this paper, Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) is proposed to be a generic QoS trigger for VHO execution. EVM is defined as the deviation of inphase/ quadrature (I/Q) values from ideal signal states and thus provides a measure of signal quality. In 4G Interoperable environment, OFDM is the leading Modulation scheme (more prone to multi-path fading). EVM (modulation error) properly characterises the wireless link/ channel for accurate VHO decision. EVM depends on the inherent transmission impairments viz. frequency offset, phase noise, non-linear-impairment, skewness etc. for a given wireless link. Paper provides an insight to the analytical aspect of EVM & measures EVM (%) for key management subframes like association/re-association/disassociation/ probe request/response frames. EVM relation is explored for different possible NAV-Network Allocation Vectors (frame duration). Finally EVM is compared with SNR, BER and investigation concludes EVM as a promising QoS trigger for OFDM based emerging wireless standards.Comment: 12 pages, 7 figures, IJWMN 2010 august issue vol. 2, no.

    QSAR studies on Withanolide analogs for anticancer activity

    Withanolides are a group of pharmacologically active compounds present in most prodigal amounts in roots and leaves of Withania somnifera (Indian ginseng), one of the most important medicinal plants of Indian systems of medicine. Withanolides are basically steroidal lactones (highly oxygenated C-28 phytochemicals) and similar to ginsenosides activity. Some of the withanolides that have been reported possess immunomodulatory, and anticancer activities. In the present investigation, a quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) model based on forward stepwise multiple linear regression (MLR) has been developed against the MCF7, MCF7/BUS, and SK-Br-3 human solid tumor breast cancer cell lines. Relationship correlation coefficient (r2) and cross validation correlation coefficient (r2CV) of QSAR model were 0.77 and 0.73 for MCF7, 0.91 and 0.85 for MCF7/BUS, 0.93 and 0.90 for SK-Br-3 respectively. Developed QSAR model was also evaluated for prediction accuracy through internal, external and randomization validation methods. The QSAR study indicates that chemical descriptors viz., atom count (all atoms), connectivity index (order 2, standard), for MCF7, Connectivity Index (order 0, standard), Dipole Vector X (debye), Molar Refractivity, Shape Index (basic kappa, order 2) for SK-Br-3 and Atom Count (all atoms), Dielectric Energy (kcal/mole), Total Energy (Hartree), Heat of Formation (kcal/mole) for MCF7/BUS are correlate well with the breast cancer activity, Moreover, on the basis of screening for oral bioavailability, in silico ADME and toxicity risk assessment, we concluded that compounds W3, W4, W8 have markedly higher anticancer activity compared to control. These results can offer useful references for directing the molecular design of lead compound(s) based on withanolide or analogous template with improved activity

Tidak banyak kajian yang pemah dijalankan dalam bidang ini, di mana penganalisaan data dilakukan untuk mengenalpasti perbezaan yang wujud dalam persepsi perbankan internet di antara kumpulan perbankan dan kumpulan kerja bukan-perbankan. One of the forms of banking is e-banking or internet banking. This technology offers a non-traditional way through which banking products and services can be delivered to customers more conveniently and economically. The aim of this thesis "Internet Banking: Hyderabad Scenario- A Banking and Non-Banking Group Perspective" is to look in to the factors that are effecting the acceptance in the Indian market. This is among the very few researches which will try to analyze the data and find out the differences exists in the perception of internet banking between the banking and nonbanking working groups
