A New Digital Video Watermarking Using Decimated Wavelet and Principle Component Analysis in YCbCr Domain

Digital watermarking is a technology used for security and for the copyright protection of digital media application. In this letter, we introduced “A New Digital Video Watermarking Using Decimated Wavelet and Principle Component Analysis in YCbCr domain”. First, the input video stream will be divided into number of frames and then select one frame to embed the information into it. Now convert it into YCbCr color space and apply DWT followed by PCA to get the watermarked frame then replace this frame with the original frame to obtain the watermarked video. It has also tested for various attacks such asRST, cropping, compression, filtering and Gaussian noise successfully with reduced bit error. Peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) and structural similarity index (SSIM) used to measure the quality of watermarked frame. Simulated results had shown that the proposed algorithm gives more superior results and higher imperceptibility over existing algorithm in terms of quality metrics

Leadership or leader was important for sustainable success as a leader it is concerned with the direction, vision and focus on the development of a region, the success or failure of a persons economic development depends on leaders. This study was conducted to determine the leadership of Regent Siak in the field of economic development is applied, in this case the Regent Siak adopts a democratic leadership, Writer Want to examine more about Regent Siak Leadership in Economic Development Sector Period 2011-2016.The problem in this research is how the leadership of Regent Siak in the field of economic development and how the economic development of Siak and what are the factors that influence the economic development of Siak. The purpose of this study was to determine Siak district leader in the field of economic development, to determine the economic development of Siak and to determine the factors that influence the economic development of Siak. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research methods. The informants namely Regent Siak. Namely data collection techniques with interviews to determine the extent of the Regent Siak leadership in economic development. Qualitative data analysis technique that is performed on the data, in this case in the form of qualitative data informaasi then linked with other data to gain clarity and truth.Results of this study was the Regent of Siak in running the leadership has the properties that form in itself, namely intelligence, maturity and flexibility of social relationships, motivation and encouragement of achievement and attitudes of human relationships. In the development process prekonomian have seen that the economic development indicators such as per capita income, economic structure, savings rates, quality of life index, the human development index. Hubungan Kualitas Interaksi Orangtua – Anak Dengan Interaksi Teman Sebaya Di Smk Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru

The purpose of this research is to know the quality picture of the parent\u27s interaction with the child, to know the description of the interaction of the child with peers and to know the relation of the quality of the parent-child interaction with peer interaction in vocational highschool Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Technique of taking data in this research using questionnaire method, to collect data of parent interaction with child and child interaction with peer. Research subjects were all students of grade X vocational highschool Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru which amounted to 370 students, but researchers only take 50% of students grade X. Determination of the sample by using random sampling technique. Data analysis was done by using percentage technique and Pearson product moment correlation. Where researchers choose grade X students due to the results of the phenomenon in the field. The results showed that the interaction of parents with children is in good category that is equal to 49.19% and interaction of children with peers are in good category that is equal to 81,08%. There is a positive relationship between parent-child interactions with peer interactions. This is evidenced by the correlation value of 0.709 and the value of p = 0.00

Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah terhadap Keandalan Pelaporan Keuangan Pemerintah Kota Dumai

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence about the factors that affect the reliability of financial reporting local government, specifically her at Dumai City Government. This research is motivated by the fact that the government financial reporting should provide information which is reliable in assessing accountability and decision-making parties. Variables to be tested in this study were, among others, the quality of human resources, the utilization of information technology and financial control systems area (as independent variables) to the reliability of financial reporting (as dependent variable).The data in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents. Data collected from 105 respondents who work in finance / administration on regional work units (SKPD) in the city of Dumai. This hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression using partial hypothesis test (ujit-t).The test results showed that the quality of human resources and financial controls areas significant positive effect partially on local government financial reporting reliability of Dumai. While Information Technology bepengaruh not to Keandalaan Financial Reporting for maximum utilization of Information Technology has not used in Dumai City government institutions.Keywords: Human Resources, Information Technology, Regional Financial Supervision and Financial Reporting Reliability Governmen

EVALUATION OF PHYTASE PRODUCTION BY HYPOCREA LIXII SURT01 IN SUBMERGED AND SOLID-STATE FERMENTATIONS

Objective: Phytases have important applications in human and animal nutrition because they hydrolyze the phytate present in legumes, cereal grains and oil seeds to release inorganic phosphate. Supplementation of phosphate to the poultry causes a serious problem of eutrophication. This can be reduced by incorporating phytase in poultry feed. Present study explains extracellular phytase production by SmF and SSF from a fungal strain Hypocrea lixii SURT01. Methods: Extracellular phytase production by Hypocrea lixii SURT01 was evaluated in media containing various refined carbon sources (Fructose, Sucrose, Maltose and lactose in concentration ranging from 1.5% to 7.5%) along with standard medium under submerged fermentation (SmF). At the same time, phytase production was studied under Solid State Fermentation (SSF) with four different substrate such as barley, green gram, bengal gram and black gram. Results: In SmF out of different carbon sources in various concentrations, 6% sucrose showed maximum enzyme production (245U/ml). In SSF, barley showed highest phytase yield (1638 Units/ml) on 5th day of incubation. Conclusion: Evaluation of Solid state fermentation showed enhanced phytase production when compared to Submerged Fermentation
