Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Kecemasan Tentang Hubungan Seks Selama Kehamilan pada Suami di Klinik Aminah Amin Samarinda Tahun 2018

Kehamilan bukan merupakan halangan untuk melakukan hubungan seks. Hubungan seks dapat dilakukan dengan aman sejak terbentuknya janin sampai dengan mulainya saat persalinan asalkan kehamilan berjalan normal. Pada kebanyakan pasangan akan timbul kecemasan karena Perubahan saat istri hamil antara lain rasa takut pada keguguran sehingga suami memilih untuk menghentikan hubungan seks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan kecemasan tentang hubungan seks selama kehamilan pada suami di klinik Aminah Amin Samarinda. Desain Penelitian desain studi korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel adalah semua suami yang memiliki istri hamil yang datang periksa di Klinik Aminah AMin Samarinda pada bulan Februari- Maret 2018 sejumlah 37 orang suami, Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik total samplingdanpengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Kendall Tau. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kecemasan tentang hubungan seks selama kehamilan pada suami di dengan p-value = 0,005 < α (0,05). Tenaga kesehatan hendaknya dapat memberikan penyuluhan kepada suami tentang hubungan seks selama kehamilan pada saat ibu melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan dengan didampingi suam

Objective: The objective of the research is The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal age and parity risk factors in the occurrence of eclampsipreeclampsi in RSUD AW Sjahranie.Methods: : Observational analytical research with case control approach. Research location in RSUD AW Sjahranie. Sampling by purposive sampling which is limited by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analysis test by calculating Chi squared to know the existence of relation of pregnant mother and parity with pre eclamptic event eclampsi then calculate odds ratio to know the big of risk factor with 95% confidence interval and error rate 5%.Results: Obtain Chi square calculate age risk factor equal to 9.82 bigger compared with Chi squared table at degrees of freedom 1 with 5% error level is 3,841 then Chi squares count>> Chi squared table, thus Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Chi square count parity> chi squared table 18,243> 3,841 means Ho refused and Ha accepted. Odds age ratio at risk of 3.596 is greater than the age that is not at risk. Odds ratios Parity 1 and> 3 have a risk of eclampsiapreeclamption of 5.26 times greater than non-risk parity (Parity 2 - 3).Suggestion: health workers to increase the number and quality of midwifery services, especially in giving counseling and counseling especially in pregnant women with age at risk of eclampsiapreeclamption (ageless than 20 years and over 35 years) or screening pregnant mother so that can be anticipated immediately if Found signs of pre-eclampsi exclusion in pregnant women. Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Alat Indra Manusia Dengan Menggunakan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif Kekuatan Berdua (the Power of Two) Bagi Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Nisam

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar pada materi alat indra manusia dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kekuatan berdua (The power Of Two)Bagi Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Nisam yang berjumlah 25 orang. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes, wawancara, observasi, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian dari hasil tes siklus I terhadap ranah kognitif menunjukkan 68 % siswa tuntas, dan 32 % tidak tuntas, ranah afektif 48% baik dan 52% kurang, ranah psikomotorik 52% lulus dan 48% tidak lulus. Kemudian dilanjutkan siklus II, pada ranah kognitif menunjukkan 88%siswa tuntas dan 12% tidak tuntas, ranah afektif 80% siswa baik dan 20% siswa kurang, pada ranah psikomotorik meningkat menjadi 80% siswa lulus dan 20% tidak lulus. Hasil observasi siklus I yang dilakukan oleh 2 pengamat terhadap kegiatan guru dan siswa termasuk dalam katagori sangat baik, kemudian dilanjutkan observasi siklus II terhadap kegiatan guru dan siswa yang dilakukan oleh 2 pengamat termasuk dalam katagori sangat baik. Dari hasil wawancara siklus I dan II menunjukkan siswa menyukai pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Pada materi Alat Indra Manusia Dengan Menggunakan Strategi Pembelajarana kekuatan berdua (The power Of Two) karena dapat mengatasi kesulitan dan meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi alat indra manusia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi alat indra manusia dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajarana aktif kekuatan berdua (The power Of Two) Bagi Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Nisam

Strengthening of Character with Students in the Family Engagement Education Muhammadiyah

This study aimed to describe the implementation of character education that is applied in the Basic Education Muhammadiyah Surakarta through informal approach. Developed a character education in elementary involve informal education conducted at home. The main method developed in this study is descriptive-qualitative-reflective. The technique of collecting data through observation and in-depth interviews were actively involved with the teachers, parents / guardians, and elementary school students.
