    The Influence of Good Corporate Governance Practice on the Stock Price (Study on Company of Lq45 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange During 2012-2016)

    The purpose of this study to analyze partially of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practice on the stock price. This study used explanatory research with quantitative approach. Data used was data of LQ45 companies through the annual report that listed in IDX with number of data observation were 23 companies as sample of study during 2012 until 2016. The results of this study explained that: 1) The board of commissioner indicator had positive and significant influence on the stock price; 2) Independent commissioner indicator had positive and significant influence on the stock price; 3) Audit committee indicator had positive influence but not significant on stock price; 4) Financial performance indicator had positive influence but not significant on stock price; 5) Managerial ownership indicator had positive and significant influence on the stock price; 6) Independent director had positive influence but not significant on stock price. This study provided recommendation to companies, investors, analysts and investment institutions in making investment decisions on the company stock in LQ45 company. The result of this study for government should try to re-evaluate the indicator that not significant namely audit committee, financial performance, and independent director through consideration that related to the GCG policy

    Domestikasi Ikan Kerapu Macan (Epinephelus Fuscoguttatus) Melalui Optimalisasi Media Dan Pakan

    Ikan Kerapu macan adalah salah satu ikan karang yang potensial untuk dibudidayakan, kendala yang dihadapi semakin sulitnya ditemukannya bibit yang terdapat di alam maka harus dikurangi eksploitasi bibit dari alam. Domestikasi merupakan suatu cara pengadopsian hewan dalam suatu populasi yang hampir punah (terancam kelestariannya) dari kehidupan liar (habitat asli) ke dalam lingkungan budidaya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salinitas berpengaruh nyata (p<0,05) terhadap pola osmoregulasi, pertumbuhan, dan efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan. Pola osmoregulasi kerapu macan pada perlakuan S3 dengan salinitas media 30 ppt (isoosmotik) , sedangakan perlakuan S1 dengan salinitas media 22 ppt dan perlakuan S2 dengan salinitas media 26ppt (hipoosmotik),dan perlakuan S4 dengan salinitas 34 ppt (hiperosmotik). Tingkat kerja osmotik terendah berada pada perlakuan S3 (30ppt) sebesar 10,20 mOsm/l H2O, sedangkan pada perlakuan S1 (22 ppt) memiliki Tingkat kerja osmotik tertinggi yaitu sebesar 157,11 mOsm/l H2O. Laju pertumbuhan mutlak dan efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan terbaik pada perlakuan S3(30 ppt), yaitu 3,84 g dan 18,55%

    Synthesis of Polymeric Membrane for Desalination Process

    Cellulose acetate/polyethylene glycol 200 (CA/PEG) membrane with ration 80/20 (wt%) was modified with varying amount of silica in many concentration (1-5% w/v). CA/PEG-200 membranes were characterized for their hydrophilicity, functional groups and permeation properties. The increasing of CA at CA/PEG membrane make membrane more dense and hydrophilicity of membrane decreases. Membrane hydrophilicity, permeate flux, permeability, and salt rejection increase with the increasing of silica concentration in CA/PEG membrane. The experiment results show that the highest salt rejection was obtained when 5% silica was added into CA/PEG (80/20) membrane

    Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) of COVID-19 Vaccines and Their Association with Comorbidities in Health Personnel and Public Servants in Indonesia

    Background: Health workers and public servants as the front line in service are prioritized to get the COVID-19 vaccination. The phenomenon of side effects is a major issue in administering the vaccination. Objective: The research aimed to identify Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFIs) and their correlation with comorbidities in health workers and public servants in Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was used in this study among 262 participants selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using Google Form. Univariate analysis and Chi-Square were used for data analysis. Results: Of all participants, 74.8% were not comorbid, and 25.2% were comorbid. The incidence of AEFI was 56.9%, relatively occurring after the vaccination I, II, and I and II. AEFI started 40.1% within 24 hours post-vaccination with a 48.7% symptom duration within 1-24 hours. AEFI reactions 42.3% are other reactions in the form of allergic reactions, drowsiness, and increased appetite. The Chi-Square test showed a p-value of 0.894, indicating that both comorbid and non-comorbid patients had the same risk of developing AEFI. Conclusion: Comorbid or non-comorbid is safe to get COVID-19 vaccination. Supervisors reporting on AEFI is important to anticipate the severity condition. Health protocols must be implemented continually

    Formulasi Sediaan Krim Ekstrak Biji Kakao (Theobroma Cacao) Sebagai Antibakteri Propionibacterium Acne

    Cocoa bean is one part cocoa plant which has many benefit in the health field. Polyphenolic compounds cocoa bean proven to have activity antioxidants and antibacterial. This research purposes to prove that cocoa bean extract (Theobroma cacao) could be formulated become cream preparation and had antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acne. In this research cocoa bean extract formulated in cream preparation with different extract concentration such as, F1 (3%), F2 (6%) and F3 (12%) with using stearic acid, paraffin liquid, adepslanae, as oil phase, TEA, aquadest as water phase, and methyl paraben as preservative. Then that were evaluated of homogenity, organoleptic, pH, viscosity dispersive power, glutinous power and inhibition power of antibacterial. Result of evaluation of stock had a pH range of between 6,4-8,1, the viscosity range from 2324-526 cps 1, dispersive power between 5,47-6,95 cm, and the glutinous power between 4,2-5,3 second. Each formula was stable in storage cycling testand temperature 40ºC ± 2ºC, 28ºC ± 2ºC, 4ºC ± 2ºC and the three formulas had antibacterial of Propionibacterium acne. The conclusion of this study is cocoa bean extract could be formulated in cream preparations and had a zone of inhibition against bacteria Propionibacterium acne.     Afirmasi Seni Teater di dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi korelasi kuat atau benang merah atas kebutuhan instansi pemerintah dalam mencetuskan program penguatan pendidikan karakter pada satuan unit pendidikan dengan irisan nilai yang terdapat dalam praktik-praktik kesenian teater. Penguatan pendidikan karakter menjadi bagian dari sistem yang diturunkan dari pusat pada unit-unit pelaku pendidikan di lapangan. Hal itu perlu ditinjau dari beragam perspektif. Pada prinsipnya, dunia pendidikan akan selalu lekat atau beririsan dengan bidang yang lain serta dielaborasi oleh berbagai elemen. Penelitian ini meninjau implementasi kebijakan pendidikan karakter dari sudut pandang bidang seni, khususnya teater. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data merujuk pada wawancara tokoh dengan pendekatan naratif. Penelitian difokuskan pada pendidikan karakter yang disoroti oleh pelaku atau pegiat seni teater yang sekaligus pemangku kebijakan dalam bidang tersebut. Kesadaran dunia seni yang juga mampu merefleksikan penguatan pendidikan karakter dan menjadikannya dua hal yang saling beririsan atau cenderung dapat berada pada tujuan yang sama, menjadi barang baru untuk dikaji dan dipahami pada era saat ini yang mulai meninggalkan poin penting untuk membangun pribadi/karakter

    Aktivitas Antioksidan Dari Metabolit Sekunder Kapang Endofit Mangrove Aegiceras Corniculatum

    Kapang endofit dari mangrove memiliki potensi dalam menghasilkan metabolit sekunder seperti antioksidan. Antioksidan merupakan senyawa yang banyak diaplikasikan dalam industri sebagai bahan untuk pembuatan produk di bidang pangan maupun kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi antioksidan kapang endofit dari mangrove species Aegiceras corniculatum. Sebanyak 8 isolat kapang endofit berhasil diisolasi, yaitu 2 isolat berasal dari daun, 3 isolat berasal dari buah dan 3 isolat berasal dari ranting. Di antara 8 isolat tersebut, hanya 1 isolat yang dihanyakan aktif sebagai antioksidan dengan nilai IC50 sebesar 19,28 µL/mL, meskipun nilai ini masih lebih rendah dibandingkan vitamin C yaitu sebesar 6,08 µL/mL. Hasil identifikasi kimia dengan menggunakan GC-MS menunjukkan beberapa senyawa kimia yang memiliki aktivitas aktioksidan di antaranya phenol,3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl), hexadecanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid methyl ester, Malic acid, N-aminopyrrolidine, 9-octadecanoic acid, methyl ester (E), benzeneethanol, 4-hydroxy, 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, d-tyrosine, bis(2-methylpropyl) ester 1-nonadecene dan heneicosane.
