    Therapeutic Responses of Imatinib and Nilotinib Among CML Patients in Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung

    Introduction: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative Malignancy with an estimated incidence in the world of 1-2 cases per 100,000 adults. The use of Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKI) as a therapy for CML is still the first choice for treatment, but some cases show a high level of resistance or intolerance to TKI therapy. This study aims to identify the therapeutic responses of imatinib and nilotinib among CML patients in Bandung.Method: This study is an analytical descriptive study of CML patients at Hasan Sadikin Hospital's Hematology and Medical Oncology Outpatient Clinic in 2017. The total number of samples in this study is 244 patients, consisting of 199 patients with Imatinib therapy and 45 patients with Nilotinib therapy. The data is processed using SPSS Statistics 22.0 software.Result: The results showed that CML patients had a median age of 42 years, sex ratio of 1: 1 and the highest prevalence was in Bandung City (21.3%). Hematologic response is dominated by complete hematologic response, as high as 72.86% with Imatinib and 66.67% with Nilotinib. Molecular response 3-6 months post therapy is dominated by suboptimal response in as many as 36,8% with Imatinib and failure in as many as 50% with Nilotinib. Molecular response 12-18 months post therapy is dominated by failure in as high as 69,4% with Imatinib and 52,4% with Nilotinib.Conclusion: Based on the molecular response, the rates of suboptimal response and resistance are quite high. Regular monitoring standards of therapy for CML patients are needed to identify TKI resistance so alternative therapies can be provided to improve the outcomes

    Model Pembelajaran Scramble Menggunakan Media Wayang Pahlawan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Peserta Didik Kelas V-a Sdn 1 Sabaru Palangka Raya

    This study aims to find out: (1) Student learning activities in IPS (Social Sciences) learning on the application of scramble learning model using puppet hero media (Puppet Heroes), and (2) Improvement of IPS learning outcomes after application of learning model of scramble using media of wayang heroes. Data collection using observation and test, while for data analysis technique using the analysis technique of classical and individual completeness. From the research result, it can be concluded that: (1) learners are more active in IPS learning on the application of scramble learning model by using puppet hero media, students play an active role, motivated, cooperate with increasing concentration and speed of thinking during learning process in cycle I. the observation of teacher activity on the learning process conducted by observer I and observer II during social science learning process (IPS) in cycle I average aspects of teacher activity is 3.63 with very good criteria and the average aspects of the activities of learners that is 3.37 with good criteria, and (2) There is an increase in learning outcomes of IPS learners after the application of the model of learning scramble using the media of wayang heroes. This is indicated by the results of learning seen through the average scores of classes in the first cycle is 80.21 with the criteria achieved and meet the KKM 70, reaching the percentage of learning mastery learners classically that is 100%, with 85% classical completeness

    Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Two Stay-Two Stray-Media Video pada SDN 8 Langkai Palangka Raya

    This research aims to: (1) To know the activity of students of class IV SDN-8 Langkai by applying TSTS learning model and video media on science learning, (2) To know the improvement of science learning result after applying TSTS learning model and video media on science learning. Subjects in this study were all students of class IV SDN-8 Langkai Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan, amounting to 35 people where there are 15 male students and 20 female students. The research method used by researcher is using classroom action research method (PTK) with two cycles. Analytical techniques in this study using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) Activity of the students is very active after applying TSTS and video media model in science learning subject, (2) Improving learners\u27 learning outcomes by applying TSTS learning model and video media in science grade IV SDN- 8 Langkai Palangkaraya is increasing. This is evidenced from the achievement of learning outcomes of learners on the results of observations obtained an average value of 63.61 and 44.44% of completeness in the classical, included in the criteria has not been achieved. Then in the first cycle increased with an average value of 66.28 and 50.42% classical completeness, also still included in the criteria has not been achieved. Then on the second cycle increased with an average value of 77.85 and 88.57% classical completeness or 31 students who complete learning IPA in the material kinds of styles

    Penerapan Model Numbered Head Together (Nht) Berbantuan Media Bola Angka Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik Kelas IV Sdn Garung 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017

    The purpose of this study were: (1) to know the students learning activity on Science by applying learning model Numbered Head Together Media-Assisted Number Ball and (2) to know the improvement on learning science by applying learningmodel Numbered Head Together Model Media-Assisted Number Ball. The method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) or PTK. The subject of this study were all the four grade students of SDN Garung 2 which consisted of 11 students. Data collection was using observation and test, and data technical analysis was using the whole analysis techniques. These results indicate that: (1) the learning activities of students there is an increase in the use of the model Numbered Head Together Media-Assisted Number Ball ,(2)there was an improvement on students science learning score which reached more than the standard score, 65 of KKM Standard, it was more than expectation with the mean score 85,45 ,and the persentage of students mastery was 100% in the fourgrade students of SDN Garung 2

    Knowledge, Attitudes, and COVID-19 Prevention Practices of Healthcare Workers in Indonesia: A Mobile-based Cross-sectional Survey

    Knowledge of disease can affect attitudes and prevention practices, and wrong attitudes and practices can directly increase the risk of disease infection. This study aimed to describe the knowledge, attitudes, and COVID-19 prevention practice of healthcare workers in Indonesia and factors associated with prevention practices. A mobile-based cross-sectional survey was conducted in August 2020 with 254 healthcare workers in Indonesia. The self-administered questionnaire consisted of four parts: 1) sociodemographic information, 2) knowledge of COVID-19, 3) attitudes and anxiety toward COVID-19, and 4) COVID-19 prevention practices. The results indicated that healthcare workers in Indonesia had excellent knowledge and positive attitudes about COVID-19, but their preventionpractices were lacking. The multiple logistic regression analysis results revealed that the factors associated with the COVID-19 prevention practices of healthcare workers in Indonesia were knowledge, attitudes, anxiety, domicile island, age, income, and education. Healthcare workers who had excellent knowledge, positive attitudes, and high anxiety exhibited better COVID-19 prevention practices than others. Healthcare workers in Sumatra Island, aged 41–50 years, and an undergraduate education showed better COVID-19 prevention practices than others

    Implementasi LKS Tabela untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa SD

    The study aimed to (1) describe the science process activities of the fifth-grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya during learning by using the LAB Tabela (3) to find out the improvement of science processes of Muhammadiyah elementary school students in Palangkaraya city. The subjects in this study were all 27th-grade students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. The research method used by researchers was to use the class action research method with two cycles. The analysis technique in this study uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the science process activities of students in learning using the LKS Tabela on average 2.92 are sufficient in the first cycle and the second cycle the excellent category is the average score of 3.79, and the results of the science process test showed an increase from the average pretest of 59.75 to an average of 89.5 in posttest, N gain of 0.82 in the high category. Through learning by using Tabela LKS able to improve learning outcomes and science process skills of students

    Perbedaan Persepsi Mahasiswa Tentang Perkuliahan Daring

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan persepsi mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran daring di tinjau dari (1) asal Program Studi mahasiswa,  (2)  mata kuliah yang ditempuh, dan  (3)  jenis kelamin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FKIP UM Palangkaraya semester Genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang memprogramkan mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian, Teknik Penulisan Karya Ilmiah, Problematika Pembelajaran,  dan mata kuliah Belajar Pembelajaran. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket daring  sebanyak 17 butir pertanyaan yang sudah divalidasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis varian satu jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada populasi mahasiswa FKIP UM Palangkaraya: (1), Tidak ada perbedaan persepsi tentang perkuliahan sistem daring jika ditinjau dari program studi mahasiswa, dengan nilai F hitung = 2,421 dan Sig 0.122 > 0.05, (2) Tidak ada perbedaan persepsi tentang perkuliahan sistem daring jika ditinjau dari jenis mata kuliah yang ditempuh mahasiswa, dengan nilai F hitung = 1,042  dan Sig 0.376 > 0.05,  (3)  Ada perbedaan persepsi tentang perkuliahan sistem daring jika ditinjau dari jenis kelamin mahasiswa, dengan nilai F hitung = 15,162 dan Sig 0.000 < 0.05. Dari analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa mahasiswa laki-laki cenderung memiliki persepsi lebih positif tentang perkuliahan daring dibanding mahasiswa perempua

    Peran Orang Tua Dalam Mendampingi Peserta Didik Belajar Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada SD Islam Nurul Ihsan Palangkaraya

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam mendampingi peserta didik pada saat pembelajaran dari dimasa pandemi covid 19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif . Subjek penelitian ini adalah Guru kelas V, orang tua dan peserta didik kelas V di SD Islam Nurul Ihsan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data menggunakan tahapan yang terdiri dari Pengumpulan Data, Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua peserta didik kelas V SD Islam Nurul Iiihsan Palangkaraya mengalami kesulitan dalam mendampingi peserta didik belajar dirumah pada masa pandemi covid-19 karena factor dalam dan factor luar. Faktor dalam yaitu 1) kurangnya pengetahuan dan pendidikan orang tua, 2) minimnya waktu yang dimiliki orang tua untuk mendampingi dan mengawasi peserta didik 3) kurangnya komunikasi antara orang tua dan peserta didik 4) orang tua kurang mampu memberikan motivasi sedangkan faktor dari luar yaitu factor guru, yakni 1) kurang maksimalnya penjelasan guru terhadap materi dan 2) tingkat ekonomi keluarga. Rekomendasi dari penelitian adalah adalah guru dan kepala Sekolah hendaknya membekali orang tua untuk mendampingi belajar anak di rumah melalui kegiatan pelatihan pendampingan pembelajaran Daring bagi orangtua.____________________________________________________________________This study aims to determine the role of parents in assisting students during learning from the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The subjects of this study were fifth grade teachers, parents and fifth grade students at Nurul Ihsan Islamic Elementary School. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis procedure uses stages consisting of Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusions. The results showed that parents of fifth grade students at the Islamic Elementary School Nurul Iiihsan Palangkaraya had difficulties in assisting students to study at home during the COVID-19 pandemic due to internal and external factors. Internal factors are 1) lack of parental knowledge and education, 2) lack of time for parents to accompany and supervise students 3) lack of communication between parents and students 4) parents are less able to provide motivation while external factors are factors teachers, namely 1) the teacher's explanation of the material is less than optimal and 2) the economic level of the family. The recommendation from the research is that teachers and principals should equip parents to assist their children's learning at home through online learning mentoring training activities for parents
