Integrasi kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran BIPA (studi kasus peserta darmawisata di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar)

Tulisan ini berisi pengalaman penulis dalam mengajarkan bahasa Indonesia pada peserta Darmasiswa di kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Permasalahan pokok yang dituangkan dalam tulisan ini adalah bagaimanakah bentuk pengintegrasian kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada Darmasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar?Dengan demikian tulisan ini bertujuan memaparkan bentuk pengintegrasian kearifal lokal Bugis- Makassar dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada peserta Darmasiswa

ANALISIS EKSPOR KOMODITAS PERKEBUNAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN PEREKONOMIAN DI PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of export plantation commodities on economic growth in South Sulawesi. To know and analyze the export volume of plantation commodities, especially cocoa beans, coffee beans, cashew seeds, and rubber that affect the economic growth in South Sulawesi. And to know and analyze the effect of export trend of plantation commodities on economic growth in South Sulawesi. This research was conducted with the design of quantitative research method using time series data in the last 12 years.This results of the research shown 1) Export of plantation commodities such as cocoa beans, coffee beans, cashew seeds, and rubber had a mutual influence on economic growth in South Sulawesi in 2006 to 2017, 2) total exports of rubber commodities had a significant effect on economic growth in South Sulawesi, while cocoa beans, coffee beans, and cashew seeds had no significant effect, 3) trend analysis on total exports of plantation commodities such as exports of cocoa beans, coffee beans, cashew seeds, and rubber shown different trends. Commodities of cocoa beans, coffee beans, and rubber shows a negative trend while the commodity of cashew seeds had a positive trend and line. Keywords : Exports, Plantatioan Commodities, Economic Growth

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERINDUSTRIAN PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and discipline of work on the performance of employees of the Industrial Office of South Sulawesi Province. The design used in this research is descriptive survey method with regression technique. The population in this study was 56 employees as many as 56 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are Konsioner and survey.The results of this study show that. competencies have an insignificant effect on employee performance. With P=0.4880.05 with a coefficient of 0.079, this indicates that the employee's work competency does not affect employee performance. Work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance with P=0.0000.05 with a coefficient value of 0.763 this shows that the work motivation in the Industrial Service of south Sulawesi province is getting better. discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with P= 0.006 0.05 with a coefficient of 0.168 this indicates that the discipline of work in the office of the Provincial Industry Office of South Sulawesi is getting better. It can be concluded that Work Motivation and Discipline is very influential on employee performance, because the success of an organization and achieving organizational goals is determined by employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Discipline and Performance

Buku yang berjudul Mengenal lebih dekat tanah Toraja ini berisi gambaran singkat mengenai tana Toraja yang diawali dengan sejarah atau asal-usul suku Toraja, arsitektur bangunan di Tanah Toraja, budayanya, ukiran khas, dan ritual khusus tana Toraja pada acara kematian. Buku ini tujuannya menjadi pematik bagi anak sekolah, pegiat literasi, dan warga masyarakat untuk menigkatkan kemampuan literasi baca-tulis dan kemahiran berbahasa Indonesia. REPRESENTASI MAKSIM PKS DALAM TUTURAN INTERAKSI PEMBELAJARAN BI DI KELAS XI SMA UNISMUH MAKASSAR

AbstractPKS basic constructs systems were beyond the language used as the rational principles in communication. However, PKS language elements affect were the selection, arrangement, and interpretation communication. The essential of PKS system was a communication rules that were beyond language, but it could influence the selection of language elements, arrangement, as well as the interpretation of utterances. The speech acts can be delivered communicative, if the maxim of quantity, quality, relation, and manner considered by the speaker. Therw were four types of maxim, namely (a) violation (Violate), (b) neglect (opt out) , (c) the clash (clash), and (d) the game (flout). Violete occur means that the participants said wrong using the maxim. This study was a qualitative approach is used because this study has the characteristics (1) has a natural background as a data source directly by using the researcher as the key instrument, (2) is a description, (3) concerned with process rather than outcomes, (4) using inductive data analysis, and (5) emphasize kebermaknaan.Penelitian is expected to resolve the problems of the Cooperation principle ViolationsKey Words: Maxim, Cooperation principleAbstrakKonstruk dasar PKS berada di luar bahasa yang digunakan sebagai prinsip-prinsip rasional komunikasi.Akan tetapi, PKS memengaruhi pemilihan unsur bahasa, penataan, dan penafsiran tuturan.PKS pada hakikatnya merupakan kaidah berkomunikasi yang berada di luar bahasa, namun dapat memengaruhi pemilihan unsur bahasa, penataan, serta penafsiran tuturan. Karena itu, tindak tutur itu dapat disampaikan secara komunikatif, apabila maksim kuantitas, kualitas, hubungan, dan cara diperhatikan oleh peserta tutur.Pelanggaran maksim tutur menjadi empat jenis, yaitu (a) pelanggaran (violate), (b) pengabaian (opt out), (c) perbenturan  (clash), dan (d) permainan (flout). PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKOLAH TINGGI PENYULUHAN PERTANIAN (STPP) GOWA DI GOWA PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

ABSTRACK                 This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, work environment on motivation and performance of employees of the Gowa Agricultural Extension College (STPP) in Gowa, South Sulawesi Province as well as to identify and analyze variables that have direct and indirect influence on employee performance.                This research was conducted at the College of Agricultural Extension (STPP) Gowadi Gowa, South Sulawesi Province with a sample of 98 people. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative method, through path analysis testing.                The results show that competence has a significant effect on motivation; The work environment has a significant positive effect on motivation; Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance; The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on performance; Motivation has a significant effect on performance; Competence has a significant influence on employee performance through motivation, this shows that the more appropriate the competence of employees with their work will increase work motivation and ultimately have an impact on employee performance that is getting better; The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance through motivation, this shows that the conditions of the work environment can increase employee motivation so that it has an impact on improving employee performance. Keywords: Competence, work environment, motivation and performance

PENGARUH APLIKASI NILAI-NILAI AL-ISLAM DAN KEMUHAMMADIYAHAN TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN AKUNTANSI

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan values on the understanding of accounting for alumni of the accounting study program at Unismuh Makassar. Samples used in this research was alumni of the 2010 class of accounting study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. The number of questionnaires distributed was 86 questionnaires and only 64 questionnaires were used. The type of research used in the study was a case study study with an approach quantitative descriptive statistics. The data is processed using simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 20.00 program. An Investigation of the Impact of Cylindrical Grinding Parameters on Surface Roughness

This paper presented an investigation of impact of cylindrical grinding parameter to surface roughness on SUS316 stainless steel. Grinding is the most common process when the workpiece demands good surface, dimensional and geometrical quality. In this experiment, the finding is the actual effect of surface roughness and the relationship for each parameter that have been choosing. The method that has been used to design the experiment was Design of Experiment (DOE) full factorial with two levels. The surface roughness of the workpiece has been analyzed by using a Portable Roughness Measurement Machine. The data will be compared and analyzed using MINITAB 14 software. The graphs have been created to shows the optimum factor and interaction between the factors. This experiment runs using three factors which are traverse speed, work speed and depth of cut

Cultural values matter: Attractiveness of Japanese companies in Malaysia

As the economic footprint of developing countries increases, talent management grows in importance for foreign multinational companies in emerging markets. Multinational companies, however, face fierce competition for local talent, and competitive recruiting calls for practical knowledge about the personal traits of job applicants. The present study applies a cross-cultural perspective to this issue, exploring how individually held cultural values influence the attractiveness of Japanese companies in Malaysia. Drawing on similarity-attraction theory and person–organization fit theory, the study quantitatively analyses data from a paper-based survey of 245 prospective jobseekers. The findings indicate that an individual cultural value fit with the foreign company’s country of origin is significant predictors of employer attractiveness. Specifically, the study finds that potential Malaysian jobseekers who are lower in power distance and higher in risk aversion and long-term orientation view Japanese companies as attractive future employers and have higher job-pursuit behavior. Based on this finding, the study discusses theoretical and practical contributions to corporate employment strategies

The Religious Values in Literature and Their Relevance to Literature Learning in High School

This study seeks to examine literary works which are the result of ideas which are then poured into form. Literary work itself is divided into three, namely poetry, prose fiction and drama. In this study, the researcher focuses more on prose fiction, namely the novel. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to describe the Religious Values ​​in the Novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta by Habiburahman El Shirazy. The data in this study are written data,namely in the form of quotes (words, phrases, and sentences) that show religious values ​​in the novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta.The data source in this study is the Novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta by Habiburahman El Shirazy. Data collection techniques are library techniques, recording techniques, and outlining techniques. The analysis technique used is. the description stage, the classification stage, the analysis stage, the relevance stage, and the conclusion drawing stage. The results in this study found (1) religious values ​​in the novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta found values, namely, (a) Human Relationships with God (b) Human Relationships with Humans. (c) Human relationship with Nature. (2) The religious values ​​found in the novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta are then relevant to literary learning in high school
