    Demensia merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi pada lansia, hal ini dikarenakan pada proses penuaan terjadi penurunan fungsi kognitif yang akan mempengaruhi memori pada lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan senam otak (brain gym) pada lansia dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan memori (demensia) di Desa Sumokali RW 3 Candi Sidoarjo. Desain penelitian karya ilmiah ini menggunakan metode kasus dengan subyek yang digunakan adalah 2 pasien dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan memori. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sumokali RW 3 Candi Sidoarjo selama 3 hari dengan durasi kurang lebih 20 menit dengan metode pengumpulan data meliputi pengkajian, menentukan diagnosa, menentukan intervensi keperawatan, melaksanakan implementasi dan melakukan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian pada 2 lansia setelah dilakukan senam otak (brain gym) 3 hari berturut-turut dengan durasi 20 menit yaitu ada peningkatan memori. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perbandingan hasil pengkajian MMSE Tn.P dan Tn.S dari gangguan kognitif berat menjadi gangguan kognitif sedang. Penerapan senam otak (brain gym) pada kedua pasien terdapat peningkatan memori meskipun minim dibuktikan dengan pasien mampu mengingat hanya beberapa detik saja. Lansia diharapkan dapat menerapkan senam otak (brain gym) untuk dilakukan setiap hari dirumah

    Comparison of Cardiac Size in Posteroanterior Chest X-Ray and Echocardiography

    Cardiac size is important to determine the presence of cardiac enlargement caused by left ventricular enlargement or right ventricular enlargement. Although echocardiography is considered to be the gold standard for cardiac enlargement, its availability is limited, expensive and requires trained experts. The posteroanterior (PA) chest X-ray (CXR) is the most common imaging used as a reliable alternative. The aim of this study was to compare cardiac size using cardiothoracic ratio (CTR) and transverse left cardiothoracic ratio (TL-CTR) in PA chest X-ray and echocardiography. This cross- sectional study involved 88 inclusion sample, aged 20-60 years. On the basis of provisional clinical diagnosis, the patients were divided three groups, consist of: (i) Group with normal cardiac size, (ii) Group with left ventricular enlargement (LVE) dan (iii) Group with right ventricular enlargement (RVE). All patients underwent PA CXR and M-Mode echocardiography examinations. The results of the two modalities were compared. CTR and TL-CTR, transverse diameter (TD) and transverse left (TL) in PA chest X-ray showed a strong positive correlation with total ventricular dimension (TVD) and left ventricular internal dimension (LVID) in echocardiography. CTR, TL-CTR, TD and TL in the PA chest X-ray are very good indicators for TVD and LVID in echocardiography. Chest X-ray is a reliable alternative for the diagnosis of cardiomegaly/cardiac enlargement in the absence of echocardiography.

    Marketing means everything that producers can offer to be noticed, requested, sought, bought, used or consumed by the market as a fulfillment of the needs or desires of the relevant market, while sharia marketing is a business strategy that must cover all activities within a company, covering the entire process, creating , offering, exchange of value, services, from a producer, or a company or individual, in accordance with Islamic teachings. The approach used by researchers in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, t test, and f test using data collection techniques through questionnaires. Meanwhile, the instrument used in this research is the Likert scale. Based on the results of the research and the results of the regression analysis that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The marketing mix has a significant effect on consumer buying decisions at Yunika Stores. This is indicated by the value of thecalculated is greater than the Ttable  (7.272 > 2.00665). 2) The quality of sharia-based service has a significant effect on consumer decisions to buy at Yunika Stores. This is indicated by the Tcount is greater than the Ttable (6.020 > 2.00665). 3) Marketing mix and service quality have a joint effect on consumer buying decisions at Yunika Stores with Fcount greater than Ftable (27.828 > 3.17)
