    The dissertation investigates the electromagnetic launcher electromagnetic properties and their influence on mechanical construction. The main object of research is open bore two rail construction electromagnetic launcher. The dissertation aims to investigate the distribution of electromagnetic forces and their influence over the electromagnetic launcher construction volume. The work presents five tasks such as the electromagnetic and mechanical model application of the numerical model. The first task is formulated to rewiev the literature. The next two tasks are formulated to calculate the distribution of electromagnetic forces throughout the electromagnetic launcher construction volume. The last two tasks investigate the effect of the forces distribution differences over the electromagnetic launcher construction. The dissertation work consists of an introduction, four chapters, general conclusion, references, a list of publications by the author on the topic of the dissertation, a summary in Lithuanian and five annexes. The introductory chapter discusses the research problem, relevance of the work, introduces the object of the research, formulates the aim and the tasks of the work, describes the research methodology, scientific novelty of the work, considers the practical significance of the work results and defensive statements. At the end of the introduction, the publications and reports published by the author of the dissertation and the structure of the dissertation are presented. Chapter 1 is devoted to review the electromagnetic launcher analyses methods in literature. A brief overview of the adaptation and development history of electromagnetic launchers are provided. At the end of the chapter, conclusions are formulated, and the tasks of the dissertation are refined. Chapter 2 presents the structure and parameters of the electromagnetic launcher. According to this type of launcher, the electromagnetic and mechanical models were developed. The mathematical model of each modeling and boundary conditions are described, and the conclusions are presented. Chapter 3 and 4 provide the results of electromagnetic and mechanical modeling. The dependence between electromagnetic and mechanical problems are described. Conclusions are presented at the end of both sections. 4 articles have been published on the topic of the dissertation in the scientific journals included in the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science list, one article is in conference materials in the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science Proceedings database, and two is in peer-reviewed international conferencing materials. 4 presentations on the subject of the dissertation have been given in conferences at national and international levels

    Investigation of armature-rail interaction in linear electromagnetic launcher

    The behavior of the electromagnetic (EM) launcher depends on the structure of the construction. The dynamics of the EM construction and the local effects of the EM forces are topical issue in exploring and designing EM launcher device. This paper is aimed to refine mechanical behavior of the open barrel design EM launcher structure due to EM force evaluated by EM analysis based on three different shapes of armatures. The 3D finite element EM model was generated and the J×B force density distribution in the rail volume was calculated. The results of EM model calculations were applied further as input for structural mechanics model. The results of the finite element EM and mechanical analysis of the armatures influence are presented

    The subject of this paper is the influence of chat marketing on customer support satisfaction. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the use of chat marketing and customer support satisfaction, as well as to identify the essential factors that contribute to this relationship. Furthermore, this paper aims to provide theoretical insights into the influence of chat marketing on customer support satisfaction in financial startups. Many companies struggle to achieve the most efficient chat session and are uncertain about the best strategies, factors and types of chat to implement. Therefore, these findings will help financial startups to theoretically understand the aspects of chat marketing and customer support satisfaction. The object of this article is the impact of chat marketing on customer satisfaction, and the purpose is to reveal theoretical knowledge that will help identify the factors that contribute to chat marketing and customer satisfaction in financial startups. This paper discusses the importance of customer support for financial startups and the different approaches to providing customer support through emotional means. In addition, this paper highlights the importance of customer satisfaction through trust and commitment to build a positive relationship with the customer. Furthermore, this paper demonstrated the framework behind chat marketing, which includes the use of different tools such as live chat platforms, chatbots and live agents or human representatives that help to achieve customer satisfaction through customer support. Moreover, using methods such as: observation, survey and regression analysis, this paper has demonstrated the importance of customer centricity in the financial sector to provide key essentials for employees as incentives that maintain customer satisfaction, while ensuring the flexibility of real-time communication with chatbots or live agents, with the need to have the ease of use and flexibility and various other factors to contribute to customer support satisfaction. As a result, the paper emphasises that in order to increase customer satisfaction with financial start-ups, it is crucial to maintain a low response rate by providing fast and reliable customer assistance. Developing and regularly updating chatbots to facilitate smooth transitions to live agents in complex situations is essential. Implementing an effective ticketing system to automate and monitor issue resolution is essential, with a focus on resolving issues during chat interactions whenever possible. Adopting a hybrid strategy that combines live agents and chatbots helps to meet diverse customer needs in a timely manner. Investing in comprehensive training for live agents is necessary to ensure professional and timely service. In addition, continuous monitoring and analysis of customer feedback plays a key role in improving overall business performance
