The analysis of regional development on the basis of corporate structures’ activity

Modern conditions upgrade issues concerning the search of ways to develop and increase activity efficiency of large-scale industrial associations that possess a high concentration of material and scientific resources, and influence significantly both a certain economic sector or region and the country’s development in general. This paper aims to substantiate author’s techniques to define the impact of corporate entities on a regional social-economic sphere. The authors have highlighted main features of Russian corporate entities and possible forms of ownership. Types of regions and their features the consideration of which is necessary to evaluate regional development are presented on the basis of the author’s estimation procedure. The factor analysis made the foundation for a rating assessment of corporate entities impact on the region; it allowed to estimate quantitatively corporations’ activity and the level of regional development at a certain time period. The paper is intended for heads of regions, top‑managers, researchers dealing with issues of corporate entities’ and regional economy development

БЕРЕМЕННОСТЬ И РОДЫ У ПАЦИЕНТОК С ПОЧЕЧНЫМ АЛЛОТРАНСПЛАНТАТОМ (КЛИНИЧЕСКОЕ НАБЛЮДЕНИЕ)

Relevance. Kidney transplantation is the method of choice for women of reproductive age with late stage of chronic kidney disease, who want to realize their  childbearing function. Pregnancy and childbirth in patients with renal  allografts are classified as an increased risk due to the more frequent complications compared to the general population. Progressive pregnancy is observed in 5–12 % of patients with renal  allograft, the frequency of favorable outcomes in such  cases  is 65–92 %.Objective. To identify the most common complications in pregnancy in women with a transplanted kidney, to review the algorithms for maintaining this category of patientsMaterial and methods. In the  clinic  of obstetrics and  gynecology two patients with a renal  allograft were examined and  delivered, observed in common with specialists from the Research Institute of Surgery and Urgent Medicine.Results. Both patients were delivered by a cesarean section, the postoperative period proceeded without complications in both cases.Conclusions. This  category of patients needs to be  closely monitored throughout the  pregnancy by a multidisciplinary team  of specialists. This article describes the clinical cases  of pregnancy in patients with a transplanted kidney.Введение. Трансплантация почки является методом выбора для женщин репродуктивного возраста с поздней стадией хронической болезни почек, желающих реализовать свою  детородную функцию. Беременность и роды  у пациенток с почечным аллотрансплантатом относятся к категории повышенного риска в связи с более частым количеством осложнений по сравнению с общей популяцией. Прогрессирующая беременность наблюдается у 5–12 % пациенток с почечным аллотрансплантатом, частота благоприятных исходов в таких случаях составляет 65–92 %.Цель – выявить наиболее часто  встречающиеся осложнения при беременности у женщин с трансплантированной почкой, провести обзор алгоритмов ведения данной категории пациенток.Материал и методы. В клинике акушерства и гинекологии ФГБОУ ВО ПСПбГМУ им. акад. И. П. Павлова были обследованы и родоразрешены две пациентки с почечным аллотрансплантатом, наблюдавшиеся совместно со специалистами НИИ хирургии и неотложной медицины.Результаты  исследования. Обе  пациентки были  родоразрешены путем  операции кесарева сечения в плановом порядке, послеоперационный период протекал без осложнений в обоих случаях.Выводы. Данная категория пациенток нуждается в особенно тщательном наблюдении на протяжении всей  беременности мультидисциплинарной командой специалистов. В данной статье содержится описание клинических случаев беременности у пациенток с трансплантированной почкой

The necessity of using the potential of the institutional environment of the Russian society on the formation of new institutions of development as a factor of increase of system effectiveness of economic security. It is proved that innovative transformation of economy demands increase in the state support of innovative institutes and the corresponding infrastructure of the institutional environment. Proposed to strengthen the innovative capacity of the country through the use of the potential of new institutes of development and the venture capital, which plays a system role in economy by continuous timely supply of innovations with necessary investments
