Gambaran Darah Ayam Petelur Fase Grower (7--10 Minggu) pada Kepadatan Kandang Berbeda
The research aimed to determine the hematological profile (erythrocytes, leukocytes, andhemoglobin) of grower laying hens with different cage density and the best cage density. Thisresearch has been conducted in April 2014 using 210 grower laying hens 7--10 weeks in Varia AgungJaya Farm and Balai Veteriner Lampung. The treatment is given based on completely randomizeddesign (CRD), consisting of four treatments and five replications. The data was analyzed usinganalysis of variance on 5% significance level. The result of the research shows that the density of the cage 6,9,12, and 15 hens m-2 have notsignificant (P>0,05) on hematological profile (erythrocytes 1,04--2,74 x 106 mm-3; leukocytes 27,96--52,52 x 103 mm-3; and hemoglobin 6,40--8,20 g/dl)
Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Daun Binahong (Anredera Cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) Dalam Air Minum Terhadap Performa Broiler
The purpose of this study were to 1) investigate the effects of heartleaf maderavine madevine (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) extract in water on performance of broiler 2) determine the optimal dose of heartleaf maderavine madevine leave extract in water on performance of broiler. This research use Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 5 treatments (0 mg heartleaf maderavine madevine exract/kg bw, 100 mg heartleaf maderavine madevine exract kg bw, 150 mg heartleaf maderavine madevine exract /kg bw, 200 mg heartleaf maderavine madevine exract /kg bw, and 250 mg heartleaf maderavine madevine exract kg bw) and 4 replications. The material used 100 broilers age 15 days and was carried out for 14 days. Polynomal orthogonal test done if there is a signification variable. Based on result showed that the treatments did not provide significant effect on performance of broiler
Data-Driven Models for studying the Dynamics of the COVID-19 Pandemics
This paper seeks to study the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic based on
daily published data from Worldometer website, using a time-dependent SIR
model. Our findings indicate that this model fits well such data, for different
chosen periods and different regions. This well-known model, consisting of
three disjoint compartments, susceptible , infected , and removed , depends in
our case on two time dependent parameters, the infection rate and
the removal rate . After deriving the model, we prove the local
exponential behavior of the number of infected people, be it growth or decay.
Furthermore, we extract a time dependent replacement factor , where is the ratio of susceptible people at
time . In addition, and are respectively the ratios of
infected and removed people, based on a population of size , usually assumed
to be constant. Besides these theoretical results, the report provides
simulations on the daily data obtained for Germany, Italy, and the entire
World, as collected from Worldometer over the period stretching from April 2020
to June 2022. The computational model consists of the estimation of ,
and based on the time-dependent SIR model. The validation of
our approach is demonstrated by comparing the profiles of the collected data and those obtained from the SIR model with the approximated
parameters. We also consider matching the data with a constant-coefficient SIR
model, which seems to be working only for short periods. Thus, such model helps
understanding and predicting the evolution of the pandemics for short periods
of time where no radical change occurs.Comment: 59 page
Service Per Conception Pada Sapi Perah Laktasi Di Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak (Bbptu-hpt) Baturraden Purwokerto Jawa Tengah
The aim of this research was to determine the level of S/C and the factors value that affect the level of S/C atlactating dairy cattle in BBPTU-HPT Baturraden Purwokerto Central Java, onApril, 29 th – May 13 th 2014.This research used sensus method with primary and secondary data. Analysis data used regression analysiswith SPSS (Statistics Packet for Social Science) program. The result showed that the S/C at BBPTU-HPT Baturraden is 2,12±1,23. Factors affecting the value of S/Cform the herds man and the cattles. On the level of cattle are the education of herds man that negativelyassociated with factor value 0,615, number of the cattle that positively assosiated with factor value 0,067,herdsman knowledge that positively assosiated with factor value 0,721 and the distance between the cowshedwith office that negatively assosiated with factor value 0,060. Factor affecting the S/C on dairy cattle arelactation level that positively assosiated with factor value 0,174, days open that \positively assosiated withfactor value 0,238, mating post partus that negatively assosiated with factor value 0,214, calving intervalthat negatively assosiated with factor value 0,326, lactating duration that positively assosiated with factorvalue 0,278 and dry period that positively assosiated with factor value 0,343
Decoherence in the quantum walk on the line
We investigate the quantum walk on the line when decoherences are introduced
either through simultaneous measurements of the chirality and particle
position, or as a result of broken links. Both mechanisms drive the system to a
classical diffusive behavior. In the case of measurements, we show that the
diffusion coefficient is proportional to the variance of the initially
localized quantum random walker just before the first measurement. When links
between neighboring sites are randomly broken with probability per unit
time, the evolution becomes decoherent after a characteristic time that scales
as . The fact that the quadratic increase of the variance is eventually
lost even for very small frequencies of disrupting events, suggests that the
implementation of a quantum walk on a real physical system may be severely
limited by thermal noise and lattice imperfections.Comment: Elsevier style, 18 pages. New enhanced version with more material:

Constant-time solution to the Global Optimization Problem using Bruschweiler's ensemble search algorithm
A constant-time solution of the continuous Global Optimization Problem (GOP)
is obtained by using an ensemble algorithm. We show that under certain
assumptions, the solution can be guaranteed by mapping the GOP onto a discrete
unsorted search problem, whereupon Bruschweiler's ensemble search algorithm is
applied. For adequate sensitivities of the measurement technique, the query
complexity of the ensemble search algorithm depends linearly on the size of the
function's domain. Advantages and limitations of an eventual NMR implementation
are discussed.Comment: 14 pages, 0 figure
Intraovarian migration of the intrauterine device; complicated by haemorrhagic ovarian cyst
Intraovarian migration of the intrauterine device is a rare situation. We report a case of uterine perforation by an IUD that resulted in a haemorrhagic ovarian cyst in a 26-year-old multiparous woman. The diagnosis was suspected in the face of intense pelvic pain occurring 11 days after IUD insertion and confirmed by ultrasound. The treatment consisted of a laparotomy allowing the extraction of the IUD, the closure of the uterine breach and a cystectomy
