FLUORESCENCE STUDIES OF MATRIX ISOLATED TRANSITION METAL ATOMS COMPLEXED WITH SMALL UNSATURATED MOLECULES

A study of the laser excitation frequency of these fluorescence features and our interpretation of their origins will be discussed
