Produção orgânica de calêndula: um estudo de caso.

Apresenta-se caracterização do processo de produção agrícola orgânica de Calendula officinalis L. no Estado de Santa Catarina, evidenciando particularidades e discrepâncias frente aos modelos já descritos na literatura especializada, a partir de visitas a campo, observação participante e entrevistas com um produtor de plantas medicinais. Identificaram-se como principais particularidades a saúde na agricultura familiar, demonstrada pela prática da cultura orgânica, além do controle de pragas e manuseio da produção. Os principais problemas ou divergências evidenciados foram: características do solo; época de plantio da calêndula e suas etapas posteriores, como transplante e floração. Aspectos da colheita foram discrepantes quanto ao período do dia indicado para o procedimento, bem como a ausência de informações do produtor quanto à existência de outros incentivos governamentais ao setor agrícola. Recomenda-se aos extensionistas rurais e/ou instituições competentes que busquem orientar os produtores orgânicos de calêndula para promover a adequação das práticas de cultivo dessa espécie medicinal

Pierwsze stwierdzenie Karita paludosa (Duffey, 1971) (Araneae: Linyphiidae) w Polsce

This paper presents information about the catching in Poland of a very rare species of spider Karita paludosa (Duffey 1971). On the basis of the collected specimen a description and pictures illustrating the diagnostic characters of the female spiders K. paludosa have been made as well as a map of the distribution of this species in Europe.Karita paludosa (Duffey) jest bardzo rzadkim, higrofilnym gatunkiem pająka wymienianym dotychczas wśród nielicznych znalezisk z Wysp Brytyjskich, krajów Beneluksu, Szwecji oraz Rosji. W artykule przedstawiono informacje na temat odkrycia w Polsce stanowiska Karita paludosa (Duffey) w okolicach Supraśla. Na podstawie zebranego okazu wykonano ryciny ilustrujące cechy diagnostyczne samic tego bardzo rzadkiego i słabo znanego pająka oraz sporządzono mapę rozmieszczenia tego gatunku w Europie

Steatoda triangulosa (Walckenaer, 1802) (Araneae: Theridiidae) in Poland

In Lublin City two localities of Steatoda triangulosa were detected. This expansive, synanthropic spider has not been recorded previously in Poland. Observations indicate that the specimens came from small but the indigenous populations, found in one of large garden-shopping centers in Lublin

Cetonana laticeps (Canestrini, 1868) (Araneae: Corinnidae) - nowy gatunek pająka dla fauny Polski

This paper presents information on the finding of a south-west European spider species Cetonana laticeps (Canestrini) in Poland. On the basis of the collected specimen a description and pictures illustrating the diagnostic characters of the female C. Laticeps were made.Na terenie Parku Akademickiego w Lublinie stwierdzono występowanie Cetonana laticeps (Canestrini) – gatunku południowoeuropejskiego, niewykazywanego na terytorium Polski. Odkryte stanowisko przesuwa o prawie 300 km na północ granicę zasięgu tego gatunku w Europie Środkowej, gdyż dotychczasowe stanowiska leżały znacznie na południe od Łuku Karpat. Zilustrowano rozmieszczenie C. laticeps w Europie oraz zamieszczono ryciny dokumentujące cechy morfologiczne samic

Palliduphantes ericaeus (Blackwall, 1853) (Araneae: Linyphiidae) - nowy gatunek pająka dla fauny Polski

The occurrence of Palliduphantes ericaeus (Blackwall) was recorded in the course of investigation of araneofauna carried in environmental studies in the area of a planned gasport in Świnoujście. This spider species has not been so far recorded from Poland. The recorded occurrence of P. ericaeus in Świnoujście is the farthest eastern site of this rare european species in Central Europe.W trakcie badań inwentaryzacyjnych przeprowadzonych na terenie planowanego terminalu gazowego w Świnoujściu stwierdzono stanowisko Palliduphantes ericaeus (Black -wall). Ten gatunek pająka dotychczas nie był wymieniany na terytorium Polski. Odkryte stanowisko P. Ericaeus jest najdalej na wschód wysuniętym obszarem występowania tego gatunku w Europie Środkowej
