    Background: Medical records is a note that describes the patient'identity, results of physical examination, diagnosis, treatment, action and other services performed by doctors and dentists and other health personnel in accordance with its competence. In the past, the understanding and skills of medical records acquired during the clerkship phase. But in modern medical and specialist education program, medical records have been inserted into educational curriculum in the Medical Ethics and Health Law SubjectObjective: To determine the level of knowledge about the role of general practitioners in the field of medical recordsMethods: This study was designed as a descriptive observational study, conducted from March until September 2014, the participants are the doctor graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Diponegoro, year 2011-2013. Sampling was acomplished in purposive random sampling method, 70 respondents who qualify the criteria were obtained. Data retrieved by using a questionnaire to determine the level of medical record knowledge amongst general practitioners. Analysis of the data was completed by descriptive analysis in univariate fashion. The data analyzed in the form of a frequency distribution presented in tables or graphs.Results: In this study, 60 respondents (85.7%) had a good medical record knowledge, and 10 respondents (14.3%) had moderate knowledge on it.Conclusions: The majority of general practitioners graduated from Medical Faculty Diponegoro University year 2011-2013 have a good medical record knowledge. However, some participants answered wrong, especially on patient identity, ownership of medical records, medical records storage time limits, and the patient's history points

    Kriptografi Metode WAKE merupakan salah satu metode yang telah digunakan secara komersial. WAKE merupakan singkatan dari Word Auto Key Encryption. Metode ini ditemukan oleh David Wheeler pada tahun 1993 dan merupakan salah satu algoritma stream cipher yang cepat dalam implementasinya dalam perangkat lunak. Metode ini menggunakan kunci 128 bit, plaintext 32 bit dan sebuah tabel 256 x 32 bit. Dalam algoritmanya, metoda ini menggunakan operasi XOR, AND, OR dan Shift Right. Inti dari metode WAKE terletak pada proses pembentukan tabel S-Box dan proses pembentukan kunci. Tabel S-Box dari metode WAKE bersifat fleksibel dan berbeda-beda untuk setiap putaran.     Performance appraisal plays an important role in the business world, because with the performance appraisal can be known the effectiveness of the determination of a strategy and its application within a certain period. Performance appraisal can detect weaknesses or deficiencies that still exist within the company, for further improvement in the future. This research was conducted at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk. Department of Capital and Project Management. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. After all data collected and processed then performed data analysis using Financial Perspective Analysis, Data Analysis Questionnaire, then diguanakan tools balance scorcard. The results of this study can be seen from several aspects that are based on the assessment of customer perspective variables above, the total value of overall customer perspective of 3.49, the financial perspective of Capital and Project Management Department seen from the ratio of liquidity and solvalitas better than the standard size industry. When viewed from the ratio of activities, the collection period is better and total asset turnover is below industry value, while the cost recovery rate of Capital and Project Management Department is above ideal value, the three variables from the process perspective, the overall value of internal business process perspective performance is 3 , 66 which can be categorized good enough, variable of learning perspective and growth above, hence can be calculated value of whole variable of learning and growth perspective equal to 3,68 and the value entered in category enough baik.Balanced Scoreccard can measure performance which include financial perspective, Customer, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective to obtain recapitulation of all aspects

    Stratified Cox model on the events are not identical is a modification of the Cox Proportional Hazard models when there are individuals who experienced more than one incident. This study aims to form a stratified Cox regression models for repeated occurrences of data are not identical and their application to cases of hemorrhagic stroke disease recurrence and to determine the factors that affect the case. Parameter Estimation in Stratified Cox models using Partial Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MPLE). Stratified Cox model building procedure consists of six stages: (1) identification data, which specify the variables that will be used in the Cox models. (2) Estimated Cox Proportional Hazard model parameters. (3) The test parameters for each variable using the Wald test. (4) Testing Proportional Hazard assumptions. (5) stratification variables. (6) Interpretation Stratified Cox models. This study uses data of patients who experienced a hemorrhagic stroke unspecified with 7 independent variables such as age, sex, blood pressure, blood sugar, triglycerides, cholesterol and replications. Based on the testing parameters obtained three variables that influence such as age, cholesterol levels and repeat. Furthermore, in assuming Proportional Hazard showed that replicates variable Proportional Hazard did not meet the assumptions that need to be stratified. Unspecified hemorrhagic stroke patients aged over 50 years admitted to 3.230 times longer than the patients were under 50 years old. Unspecified hemorrhagic stroke patients with high cholesterol levels are treated 0.182 times faster than patients with normal cholesterol levels

    AMPLIFIKASI GEN COI DARI SAMPEL DARAH ULAR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BEBERAPA PASANGAN PRIMER UNIVERSAL

    AMPLIFICATION OF COI GENE FROM SNAKE BLOOD SAMPLES USING TWO UNIVERSALPRIMER PAIRS. This study aims to amplify COI (Cytochrome Oxidase Subunit I) gene fragments from snake blood. Four samples were obtained from four different snake individuals that were captured in Tapahan Telu Waterfall, Kali Village, Minahasa Regency. Total DNA from the sample was isolated and then the COI gene was amplified through the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) reaction using two primer pairs, LCO1490-HCO2198 and FF2d-FR1d. These four samples were successfully amplified using different primers, i.e. DRP1 and DRP3 by FF2d-FR1d and DRP2 and DRP4 by LCO1490-HCO2198 primers. The success of amplification marked by the presence of 710 bp (LCO1490-HCO2198) and 707 bp (FF2d-FR1d) bands, which were indicated by those bands were located close to the standard 750 bp DNA ladder. Key words: Snake, Amplification, COI gene, Primers, PC

    -Electroplating industry is a metal coating industry by way of metal precipitate coatings on metal or plastic which is done so that the electrolytic waste containing heavy metals. Electrocoagulation is a process of merging clumps resulting from the flux of electrical current (DC) for the extraction of metal compounds contained in wastewater. In this process of reduction and oxidation reactions occur. Where the metal is reduced and the positive electrode (Al) will be oxidized to (Al (OH) 3) which serves as a coagulant. The purpose of this research to study methods of electrocoagulation using aluminum electrodes and the influence of the length of time stirring and stirring speed of decision-CR6+ levels and total Cr. This electrocoagulation electroplating wastewater with electricity so that the ions are absorbed by the coagulant in waste binder in the release of the electrode and causes the bond between the metal ions with coagulant. Variation of stirrer speed of 200, 400 and 600 rpm, whereas the long stirring time 25, 50 and 75 minutes. Based on test results, after an analysis showed a significant reduction of the levels of total CR6 + and Cr in the electroplating wastes. CR6+ to obtain a decrease of 95.1% at minute 50 and the stirrer speed of 200 rpm, whereas the total Cr obtained a decrease of 82.69% at minute 75 and a stirrer speed of 600 rpm
