© 2016 by author/s.Cognitive development of personality can be considered as one of the key directions of preschool education presented in the world practice, where preschool programs are educational ones, and preschool education is the first level of the general education. Thereby the purpose of the research is to create a model of reliable estimation of cognitive development of a preschool child by means of the system of situations, including identification of the average level for chronological age. Thus the leading technology is modeling the systems of open-type tasks of mathematical contents and the system analysis of big selections of experimental data based on the two-point scale of four parameters: optimality of the ideas offered by children; efficiency of the reasoning given by them; originality of their answer and level of decision development. As a result of the pilot study conducted in 2015 on selection of 3,800 preschool children, it was succeeded to approve the offered technology of estimation and to generalize results in the form of the integrated assessment of relative character – coefficient of cognitive development level. Mathematical-statistical processing of the results of the research allows to prove uniformity of experimental selection and to specify the level of cognitive development with a reliable accuracy of normal distribution for each age group of the preschool child basing on calculation of samples quartiles that in turn can define the further program of individual development of a child providing his transition to higher level of the general education and consequently, higher quality of education

The synthesis of phosphorylated silsesquioxanes and the investigation of the ability to aggregation and interaction with aromatic dicarboxylic acids

© 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. For the first time, silsesquioxanes containing aminophosphonate fragments were synthesized by condensation of the aminophosphonate derivatives with trialkoxysilane moieties under acid catalysis conditions. According to 29Si NMR, IR-spectroscopies, the silsesquioxane obtained have ladder-like structure with T4and T6silicon atoms. Information obtained from the MALDI-TOF mass spectra was used to deduce the structure of both oligomeric derivatives and the silsesquioxane framework. The morphology of the polysilsesquioxanes formed was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The T6-silsesquioxanes bearing aminophosphonate moieties contrary to T4-silsesquioxanes tend to form aggregates of prolate shape. Their aggregation behavior was analyzed by the dynamic light scattering method. T6-silsesquioxane tends to form submicron-sized aggregates in aqueous solutions. The ability of these silsesquioxanes to recognize aromatic dicarboxylic acids was studied by the UV-spectroscopy

© 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.A versatile synthetic method for the preparation of 1-aminophosphonate derivatives of methylsiloxane oligomers was developed. The introduction of trimethylsilyl amino protecting groups promotes hydrosilylation. The proposed modeling technique allows entering 1-aminophosphonate fragment into the siloxane skeleton of the matrix structure, as well as into the hydrolytically unstable alkoxy-functionalized organosilicon compounds

© 2018 Based on commercially available 3-Aminopropyl (diethoxy)methylsilane new alkoxysilane with functional aminophosphonate group - diethyl (2-((3-(diethoxy (methyl)silyl)propyl)amino)propan-2-yl)phosphonate were synthesized and characterized. Obtained functional alkoxysilane were transformed to tetrasiloxane in active medium in the presence of acetic acid and then copolymerized with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4). The chemical structure of the resulting polymer was studied and confirmed by a combination of physical methods, namely,1H,13C,31P and29Si NMR, GPC, and IR spectroscopy. The thermophysical and rheological properties of the polymer were also studied

Interleukin-1beta Promoter (−31T/C and −511C/T) Polymorphisms in Major Recurrent Depression

To elucidate a genetic predisposition to major depressive disorder, we investigated two polymorphisms (−31T/C and −511C/T) in the interleukin-1beta promoter region in patients who suffered from major recurrent depression. The aim of the current work was to compare alleles and genotype layout between patients with major recurrent depression and healthy people. We would like to indicate such combination of genotypes which corresponds with major recurrent depression. Correlations between genotypes for analyzed polymorphisms and number of episodes, number of points in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, and age of onset were investigated as well. The study group consisted of 94 patients diagnosed with major recurrent depression. The control group included 206 healthy individuals. Both groups involved representatives of Caucasian population. Genotyping of polymorphisms was performed by using PCR-RFLP technique. A specific haplotype, composed of the C allele at −31 and the T allele at −511, has a tendency to have a statistically significant difference (p = 0.064) between patients and control group. Correspondence analysis revealed that genotype T/T at −31 and genotype C/C at −511 are associated with major recurrent depression. No association was found between genotypes for studied polymorphic sites and number of episodes, number of points in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, and age of onset
