Analisis Dan Desain Sistem Multiagent Pada Sensor Wireless

Wireless Sensor atau Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) merupakan perangkat embedded kecil yang dipasang di jaringan skala besar yang memiliki kapabilitas penginderaan, komputasi, dan komunikasi. WSN mengkombinasikan teknologi sensor modern, teknologi micro electronic, komputasi, teknologi komunikasi, dan pemrosesan terdistribusi. Implementasi sistem multiagent pada WSN cukup menjanjikan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja WSN. Namun, penelitian yang dilakukan terkait sistem multiagent di WSN masih parsial dengan kata lain terlalu fokus pada isu-isu tertentu. Paper ini mendeskripsikan penelitian terkait dengan penerapan sistem multiagent di WSN yang memperhatikan berbagai aspek pendukung untuk efektifitas dan efisiensi agent seperti arsitektur organisasi multiagent, itinerary planning, kapabilitas agent, middleware dan platform hardware yang digunakan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Ingenias yang berbasis pada agent oriented software engineering.Kata Kunci: Agent, Ingenias, Itinerary, Multiagent, Wireless Sensor Network. PENDAHULUANPerkembangan teknologi sensor semakin pesat dengan kapabilitas tidak hanya pada aspek pengindraan dan signal acquisition, namun memiliki kapabilitas dalam melakukan komputasi dan komunikasi dengan perangkat lainnya. Sensor ini dinamakan sebagai Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) yang juga memanfaatkan teknologi internet sebagai media komunikasinya. WSN memiliki beberapa karakteristik seperti alokasi energy dan bandwidth terbatas, unattended ad hoc deployment, cakupan skala luas, high noise dan fault rate, lingkungan yang dinamis dan tak menentu, serta memberikan dampak pada pengembangan aplikasi yang variatif seperti structural monitoring, bio-habitat monitoring, industrial monitoring, disaster management, military surveillence, dan building security. Karakteristik ini memberikan tantangan bagi pengembangan WSN. Saat ini WSN di-deploy dengan pendekatan client-server.Menurut Min Chen, et al pendekatan ini merupakan metode tradisional penyebaran data di WSN. Kemunculan event me-trigger node-node sumber di sekitarnya untuk mengumpulkan dan mengirim data ke sink sendiri. Jumlah aliran data umumnya sama dengan jumlah node-node sumber sehingga menyebabkan konsumsi bandwidth dan energi yang cukup tinggi. Pendekatan ini menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan konsumsi energi di jaringan karena node-node yang lebih dekat dengan sink akan mengirim lebih banyak data, yaitu data miliknya maupun data yang dititipkan dari node lain. Untuk itu, diperlukan pendekatan lain yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan di atas, yaitu salah satunya dengan pendekatan sistem mobile agent

Batas Usia Dewasa dalam Perbuatan Hukum Pengajuan Kredit Perbankan

:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak disinkronisasi terhadap Akta Otentik Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas mengenai batas usia dewasa yang terjadi antara Pasal 330 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata dan Pasal 39 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Jabatan Notaris dalam hal pengajuan Kredit Perbankan, dan juga untuk mengetahui alasan serta mengemukakan solusi bagi Perbankan yang tetap menggunakan Pasal 330 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata sebagai patokan menentukan usia dewasa seseorang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif, yang meneliti bahan hukum primer, dan bahan hukum sekunder terkait permasalahan.Hasil dari penelitian tesis ini: Pertama, Pengaruh disinkronisasi mengenai batas usia dewasa di dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata dan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris terhadap Akta Otentik Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas yaitu akta tidak dapat digunakan sebagaimana fungsi akta autentik dalam Pengajuan Kredit Perbankan, namun tetap mempunyai kekuatan hukum sebagai akta autentik berdasarkan Pasal 38 ayat (3) huruf c Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014. Kedua, Pasal 39 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Jabatan Notaris yang disimpangi oleh Perbankan dapat menerapkan asas Lex Specialis Derogat Legi Generalis yang menyatakan hukum bersifat khusus dapat mengesampingkan hukum yang bersifat umum, sehingga Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris selaku Lex Specialis dapat mengesampingkan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata sebagai Lex Generalis

Pengaruh Laba Akuntansi, Total Arus Kas, Komponen Arus Kas, Return On Equity terhadap Volume Perdagangan Saham pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2010-2013

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of accounting earnings, total cash flow, operating cash flow, financing cash flow, investment cash flow and return on equity to the mining companys stock trading volume. The population in this study are all mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2010-2013. Total population is about 16 mining companies. The sample in this study are all mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2010-2013, the number of samples is as much as 16 mining companies. While the analysis of data using multiple regression models. Results of this study stated that the accounting profit, total cash flow, cash flow and return on equity investments have a significant impact on stock trading volume. Pengaruh Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran, Akuntabilitas Publik, dan Sistem Pelaporan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Studi Empiris pada Skpd Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)

This study aims to determine the effect of the Budget Targets Clarity Managerial Performance, Public Accountability on Managerial Performance and Reporting System on Managerial Performance. This study was a quantitative research. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling and sampling for each SKPD using the proportional method. The sample in this study was 81. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS version 20. The results showed that the Budget Targets Clarity positive effect on Managerial Performance, Public Accountability positive effect on Managerial Performance and Reporting System positive effect on Managerial Performance. The results of this study indicate that the first, related to the Budget Goal Clarity Managerial Performance with t count 3,177> 1,991 and 0,002 significant 1.991 and 0.001 significant 1,991 and 0,013 significant <0.05. Determination coefficient (Adj-R2) This means that 56.8%. And then 43.2% had an impact by other variables

Pengaruh Pemahaman Akuntansi, Pemahaman Ketentuan Perpajakan dan Transparansi dalam Pajak terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Badan

This study aims to examine the effect of an understanding of accounting, an understanding of taxation provisions, and transparency in tax. The data collecting method used in this research is survey method by means of questionnaire instrument directly delivered to respondents in tax and accountant division who reporting annual tax return to KPP Madya. A total of 92 respondents (92%) collected and used in the analysis. Methods of analysis used in this study is the technique of multiple regression analysis version 20.0. Result of the study showed that the variables understanding of accounting, understanding of taxation provisions, and transparency in tax effect on taxpayers compliance agency in KPP Madya Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the effect caused by Adjusted R2 by three variables together 54.4% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Taxpayers compliance agency, understanding of accounting, understanding of taxation provisions, and transparency in tax
