Some of them have hight motivation, but a few of themhave low motivation or do not have any motivaton. The hightmotivation learners usually participate the learning process withhight spirit and enjoy 1he learning process. But the learners, thathave no motivation will not participate the learning process andsometimes leave the class and will do an:>ther interested activities.In this case the teacher must find the solution to give motivation to ·the learner, for examvle using the special methods in the learningprocess, so that the learner can be motivated We hope that byusing the methods it can makes the learner participate the learning· process with the spirit. Age, Parity and Birth Spacing to the Incidence of Preeclampsia

Preeklampsia is complication in pregnancy characterized by various symptoms as clinical hypertension and protein urine and usually occurs after the age of 20 weeks of pregnancy until 48 hours after labor. Highest Insidence of preeclampsia in DIY was in Sleman (22%- 30%). Preeclampsia was caused by multy factoral. Goal of this research aimed to know the the correlation between age, parity and birth spacing to the preeclampsia. The research used Cross sectional design with purposive sampling technique. The subject of this research was 381 labor patiens in RSUD Sleman in 2016. The data were collected from register book and medic record of labor in 2016. The data were analyzed using Chi squareand logistic regression. The analysis showed of most subjects aged ≥30 years, had parity 2, had a gestational distance of 2-5, and did not have preeclampsia.As the result showed age ≥30 years had a significant association with preeclampsia p value of 0.023 Exp B 10.630 95% CI: 1.378 to 82.005. Distance pregnancy <2 years had a significant association with preeclampsia p value 0,000 Exp B 3,201 95% CI: 1.862 to 5.503, and the distance Pregnancy >5 years had a p-value 0.013 with Exp B 3,622 95% CI: 1.308 to 10.026.The conclusion of this research shows that there is a relationship between age and the incidence of preeclampsia pregnancy spacing

Respon Penurunan Konsentrasi Logam Berat Kromium (Cr) dan Pertumbuhan Mikroalga Chlorella Vulgaris pada Media Kultur

This study aims to evaluate the response of a decrease in the concentration of Cr in the culture medium and to determine the effect of Cr concentration on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. These treatments include, K treatment (control), treatment of Cr 1 (addition of chromium concentration of 1 mg / L), treatment of Cr 3 (addition of chromium concentration of 3 mg / L) and treatment of Cr 5 (addition of chromium concentration of 5 mg / L). Each sample was analyzed by AAS. Analysis of the data is using analysis of variance followed by Duncan test. The results of the analysis of metal concentrations decrease of Cr in the culture medium is Cr 3 (1.2834 mg / l), Cr 1 (0.4360 mg / l), Cr 5 (0.4276 mg / l), and K (0.0126 mg / l). Results of analysis of variance F test showed that Chlorella vulgaris gives highly significant effect on decreasing the concentration of Cd metal. While the results of the growth of Chlorella vulgaris during culture is Cr 3 (909.55 cells / ml), Cr 1 (864.28 cells / ml), Cr 5 (659.20 cells / ml), and K (647.15 cells / ml). Results of analysis of variance showed that different concentrations of Cd metal gives highly significant effect on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris. The conclusion is Chlorella vulgaris has the ability as bioremediator chromium with different concentrations, as shown by the reduction of Cd content in the culture medium. Chlorella vulgaris has a polyamine whose role is to protect or as a protection in a contaminated environment

Retail Business Management with a franchise system as a primary method of entering themarket has been chosen. Control of retail network of franchise become a very important. Thepurpose of this paper is to examine the Social Exchange Theory-Agency Theory and PowerTheory, implemented in cooperation relationships between the manager of a franchise business.This study examines the empirical findings from various studies about the franchise, especially onhow an organization controls the other organizations to follow what has been required under atreaty. The results of this study found that there are different patterns of business controlsimplemented by the managers of the franchise, namely: through the Contract franchise, supportmechanisms, the selection of franchise partners, the pattern of the franchise relationship and theuse of parent-area franchise system. This pattern was found as the main method used by theowners of retail businesses to control the franchise business network. Meanwhile, a source ofCoercive Power and Non-Coercive Power appears in the form of franchise contracts andfranchise relations of the dominant mechanism used by franchise businesses. Potential of Mangrove Seedlings for Utilization in the Maintenance of Environmental Quality Within Silvofishery Ponds

Silvofishery system has been applied to aquaculture activities and it has been developed in the coastal area of Semarang City, Indonesia. However, information on the initial development of silvofishery ponds concerning the functionality of mangrove seedlings on environmental quality of fish ponds had not been studied. This experiment aimed to determine the environmental conditions of silvofishery ponds and to analyze the effect of seedling stands of mangrove on environmental quality control. The presence of mangrove seedlings caused the decrease of temperature and the increase of salinity. ANOVA showed that mangrove species significantly affected water salinity, while canal width and mangrove species significantly affected turbidity and pH. Regression analysis showed that the height of Rhizophora mucronata had partially significant effect on Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Organic Matter (OM), as well as Nitrogen (N) and Phosphorus (P) concentrations. Diameter of R. mucronata affected temperature. The height and diameter of Avicennia marina affected Dissolved Oxygen (DO). Mixed populations of A. marina and R. mucronata had an effect on water turbidity, while population of only A. marina had a partial effect on water salinity. R. mucronata seedlings had dominant effect on the environmental quality. Mangrove seedlings can be used as environmental quality control within silvofishery ponds to maintain optimal conditions for fish growth. The application of silvofishery in early stage of mangrove seedlings should consider the more abundant plantation of R. mucronata compared to A. marina
