    Mandailing tribe is one of tribes located in Rokan Hulu Regency. Mandailing tribe in Rokan Hulu regency is an immigrant tribe from North Sumatera Province involved in civil war in Padang Galugur area to settle and live in Rokan Hulu District. The purpose of this research is 1) To know the history of entry of Mandailing tribe in Regency of Rokan Hulu Regency. 2) To know the factors inhibiting and pushing the entry of Mandailing tribe into Rokan Hulu District 3) To know the acceptance of local people to the entry of Mandailing tribe to Rokan Hulu regency 4) To know the role of government in the development of Mandailing tribe in Rokan Hulu regency. In this research using descriptive method, with qualitative approach, where it will provide complete information so that it is useful for science.     Pengaruh Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Kepemilikan Institusional

    This study aimed to determine the effect of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and dimensions disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) towards institutional ownership of the company. The dimensions of CSR disclosure following indicators Golden Hope Plantation Berhad (GHPB) which consists of four categories: Dimensions with employees, involvement with community,.products,.and.environment..Institutional.ownership.of.the.company.seen.by.shares.held.in.a.company.institution. This study used the entire population of companies listed on the Stock Exchange (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in 2010-2012. Based on purposive sampling method obtained 36 samples of firms with data sources such as company annual reports. Analysis of the data using content analysis, prepared by the classical assumption, and then testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression method.The results showed that only the disclosure of CSR entirely, CSR dimensions and product dimensions employees are positive and significant impact on institutional ownership of the company. While the dimensions of CSR and CSR community involvement with the environmental dimension is not positive and significant impact on institutional ownership. The results are generally in accordance with the results of previous studies regarding the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its relationship with institutional..ownership

The research concludes that the brand image of the car Isuzu Panther assessed agree, which means respondents agreed with brand image Isuzu Panther car now adays as a fuel efficient car, car with quality, suitable for all terrain thereby increasing rider confidence and the car is easy to maintain and repair.     The aims of study are determine (1) Handling employee career development based on work experience at food and beverage service Nirwana Gardens Resort Bintan Lagoi; (2) Efforts to improve employee career development in food and beverage service of Nirwana Gardens Resort Bintan-Lagoi.The design of this research is qualitative. The subjects of this research are the key informants, the Human Resourcess Manager Department and the additional informants are Assistant Outlet Manager and Employee of food and beverage service. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques refer to the Milles and Huberman (1992) concepts.The research results show the handling of employee career development based on work experience in food and beverage service of Nirwana Gardens Resort Bintan Lagoi such as Job anlargement, Job Position, Job Rotation, Downwarkmove, Externship has not been implemented maximally and is situational, s should management to handle career development based on work experience will be better Sustainable because it gives a big impact on the company and employment, bias dig deeper potentials and provide opportunities to advance in the career.
