    Efusi Pleura Dengan Adenokarsinoma Paru Pada Laki-laki Berumur 64 Tahun

    Latar Belakang. Kanker paru merupakan penyakit paru yang memerlukan penanganan dan tindakan yang cepat dan terarah. Penegakan diagnosis penyakit ini membutuhkan ketrampilan dan sarana yang tidak sederhana dan memerlukan pendekatan multidisiplin kedokteran. Kasus. Pasien Tn. G 64 tahun mengalami keluhan sesak, batuk kering, dan nyeri dada yang hilang timbul selama 2 bulan ini, pada pemriksaan fisik fremitus tactil asimetris, perkusi redup pada hemitoraks kanan, dan penurunan bunyi vesikuler. Dari pemeriksaan penunjang rontgen torak diperoleh gambaran efusi pleura, pada bronkoskopi ditemukan penyempitan lumen lobus medialis dan setalh dilakukan biopsi diperoleh hasil positif adenokarsinoma. Diagnosa. Efusi pleura dextra e.c adenokarsinoma. Pasien direncanakan mendapat terapi water seal drainage dan pleurodesis diikuti kemoterapi. Selain it pasien juga mendapat terapi medikamentosa ceftriaxone 2x1 gr, salbutamol 2x2 mg, glyceryl guaiacolat 2x70 mg, metil prednisolon 2x2 mg, cetirizine 2x1 tab, codein 2x10 mg, dan paracetamol 3x1 tab.Simpulan.     Banteran village especially Danalaya halmet is located at the foot of Slamet mountain with the contours of the hilly villages so that the location of residential areas is higher than in the river around the village, as well as their water source. With these conditions, the pump installation built hidram that is the water pump hydropower that serves to pump the water to burst higher than the waterfall, so the clean water needs at Danalaya halmet can be met. Network hidram pump clean water from the new turns up at one point and has not spread to the rest of the villagers so that not all villagers can enjoy it and it is a problem that must be solved. Given the problems we plan to help villagers Danalaya in the water distribution network by making clean water and we want to raise the water higher so water can be channeled to the whole house of the villagers. We use additional solar-powered pump (Green Infrastructure), so that the location of the water tank and the higher availability of clean water dealer network along with the water meter, it is expected the entire village can enjoy the clean water has been channeled later. PDAM of village also formed to regulate water USAge recorded by the water meter so that the operational costs of water USAge can be adjusted by the amount of water consumption per home residents

    This study aims to analyze the Pension Credit Demand in BTPN held in Pekanbaru of Riau Province. The population in this study is the Bank Pekanbaru City Bank customers who make pension credit loan people amounted to 1,688 customers, samples are taken using Slovin formula with the results of the sample amounted to 95 customers. Data analysis techniques in this study by using Quantitative Descriptive Method models performed in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression there are some tests performed in this study: Classical Test Assumptions, Multicollinearity Test, Test heterocedastity, autocorrelation test, Normality Test, Test of Significance, Test t Test, F-acquired research F.Hasil count (58,059)> F table (3,095) and sugnifikansi (0,000) 0.05 means that the interest rate does not affect the demand for credit. Based on observations made observations most consumers just do not know how much the interest rate offered by the Bank and the Bank Pekanbaru they do not want to know the amount of mortgage interest rates being offered, this is because not all serve Bank of pension credit, which has only BTPN services Retirement credit

    Construction on thick soft soils is often faced by settlement problems, which need particular concern. In order to reduce settlement friction piles are often used. However the effectiveness of group friction piles related to their dimension has not been fully understood. Therefore settlement analysis need to be conducted. In addition, in practice one-point settlement is generally used for preliminary assignment. This approach is considered to be very rough analysis. This research will show the comparison between one-point method and multi-layer method. For group friction pile analysis, simplified boussinesq stress distribution (2 verticals : 1 horizontal stress distribution) is applied in settlement calculation. This research shows that multi-layer settlement calculation is recommended for preliminary settlement assignment

    The administration of antibiotic at RSUD dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung is based on sensitivity test result and empirical therapy on diabetic ulcer. Therefore, the objective of the research is to analyze the effectivity of various antibiotics adminis-tration based on the sensitivity test result on clinical outcome reached by consider-ing influenced factors. On the other hand, total evaluation of the resistances ofempirical antibiotic used by considering germ and sensitivity test feature was done.The research was conducted at dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Regional Hospital from April - July 2008 by applying cross sectional design retrospectively. Data was taken by the diabetic ulcer patients medical record which were treated from January 1st 2005 to Mei 30, 2009. Requirement of patient inclution are patient with diabetic ulcer infection, receiving antibiotic recipe, antibiotic given is based on sensitivity test result, patient was cured until getting the doctor approval to go home. The research which involved 98 patient inclution showed that clinical outcome of diabetic ulcer patient who was administered antibiotic based on sensitivity test result was influ-enced by chronic level of patient and age

    Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Mutasi Genetik pada Matakuliah Genetika

    Teaching materials is one of the important components in learning that can help the smooth learning of students. The purpose of this research is to produce teaching material of genetic mutation in genetics course in State University of Malang. Development of teaching materials using Four-D development model. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The result of development of teaching materials in the form of Module Genetic of mutation. The instructional materials in the form of modules have been revised based on the assessment of expert validators and small group trials. Based on the percentage of validity obtained from material expert validators, media experts and small group trials, the developed Module Genetic of mutation has met the valid criteria and can be used with the acquisition of percentages of 86.00%, 88.38%, and 88.38%. Product revisions are made based on comments and suggestions provided by validators and small group trials. Module Genetic of mutation comes with instructions for use, discussion, tasks, summary, test questions, reflections, answer keys, ratings, and glossary.Bahan ajar merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pembelajaran yang dapat membantu kelancaran belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar mutasi genetik pada matakuliah Genetika di Universitas Negeri Malang. Pengembangan bahan ajar menggunakan model pengembangan Four-D. Analisis data berupa data deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pengembangan bahan ajar berupa Modul Genetika Mutasi. Bahan ajar berupa modul telah direvisi berdasarkan hasil penilaian validator ahli dan uji coba kelompok kecil. Berdasarkan persentase kevalidan yang diperoleh dari validator ahli materi, ahli media dan uji coba kelompok kecil. Modul Genetika Mutasi yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan dapat digunakan dengan perolehan persentase masing-masing 86,00%, 88,38%, dan 88,38%. Revisi produk dilakukan berdasarkan komentar dan saran yang diberikan oleh validator dan uji coba kelompok kecil. Modul Genetika Mutasi ini dilengkapi dengan petunjuk penggunaan, diskusi, tugas, rangkuman, soal tes, refleksi, kunci jawaban, penilaian, dan glosarium

    Gelas Kayu Bidara Laut (Geyu Bilut) sebagai Antimalaria

    Malaria until now still remain one of the main problem of world health. About 40% or 2.4 billion people in the world live in malaria endemic areas. Therefore, malaria cases in Indonesia on 2008 is about 1.624.930 cases. More than 25% province in Indonesia shows resistence to sulfadoksin-pirimetamin, cloroquin and kina in the last decade. People of NTB believes that stewed water of geyu bilut works as antimalaria. The purpose of this research is to know the effectivity of stewed water of geyu bilut as antimalaria. The research that had been done is an experimental research using post test only control group design. The research sample are 30 Balb/c mice that have fullfiled inclusion criteria and have been selected by using simple random sampling. Every sample was infected with 200µL P.berghei intraper-itoneally on day 0. Treatment start given with sondage 2-4 hours after infection, the treatment are 0.3ml aquades to negative control group, 0.3ml cloroquin with dose 5 mg/kgBW to positive control group and 0.3ml of stewed water of geyu bilut with concentration 0,0003% to the treatment group, the dose start given with orally once per day, from day 0 to day 7. The thin blood smear was made on day 1 to 8 and was checked by using light microscope with total magnify 1000x, percentage of parasitemia was counted per 1000 erythrocytes. Primary data that has been collected then processed using Kruskal Wallis Test. The result that was collected from stewed water of geyu bilut with dose based on empiric fact has parasitemia percentage that don't have significant difference with negative control and positive control group (p>0,05). Therefore, from this research we can conclude that 0,3ml stewed water of geyu bilut with concentraion 0.0003% is not effective as antimalaria
