Joint psychological health interview auxiliary intervention effect is observed for the treatment of postpartum depression

目的  探讨专业健康访视员访谈联合心理辅助干预治疗产后抑郁症的效果。方法  对2013年1月至2015年6月在本院建档并分娩的妇女自愿参与产后抑郁评估者4000例，共筛查出产后抑郁症患者80例（爱丁堡产后抑郁量表，即EPDS测量中，得分≥13），随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组由专业健康访视员给予访谈干预治疗，对照组则接受健康访视员的常规护理和健康指导。测定产妇产前及产后1周、6周抑郁状态，比较两种干预效果的差别。结果  产后1周 应用EPDS评分显示，观察组：<5分22例，6～9分16例，≥10分2例，对照组分别是：18例，16例，6例，产后6周应用EPDS评分显示，观察组：<5分28例，6～9分10例，≥10分2例，对照组分别是：24例，12例，4例，经卡方检验，卡方值为121.778，P值<0.01。产后1周、6周EPDS估量抑郁征兆显著减轻，和对照组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论  健康访谈联合心理辅助干预对母亲有产后抑郁风险的治疗是有效的。Objective: To explore the effect of interview intervene on postpartum psychosis by professional health visitors, combined with psychological counseling. Methods: 4000 cases of female people who filed and delivered in our hospital volunteered to participate in the postpartum depression assessment, from January, 2013 to June, 2015,80 cases of female people who have suffered postpartum psychosis were screened out (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, the measurement of EPDS score greater than or equal to13). The 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each, patients in observation group accept the treatment of interview intervention by professional health visitors, the control group patients received routine nursing and health guidance by routine health visitors. To measure the depressive state with prenatal patients and one week after delivery and six weeks after delivery, and the difference intervention effects between the two groups were compared. Results: Application of EPDS score showed one week after delivery, the observation group: 22 cases of less than 5 points, 16 cases of 6～9 points, 2 cases is greater than or equal to 10 points, and the control group showed respectively: 18 cases, 16 cases, and 6 cases. Application of EPDS score showed six week after delivery, the observation group: 28 cases of less than 5 points, 10 cases of 6～9 points, 2 cases is greater than or equal to 10 points, and the control group showed respectively: 24 cases, 12 cases, and 4 cases. By chi-square test, chi-square value is 121.778. The P value is less than 0.01. Compared with the control group, the observation group patients those one week after delivery and six weeks after delivery were lower depression symptoms by the EPDS measure. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The combination of health interview and psychological intervention for the treatment of postpartum depression in mothers is effective.

The disappearance of a narrow Mg II absorption system in quasar SDSS J165501.31+260517.4

In this letter, we present for the first time, the discovery of the disappearance of a narrow Mg II $\lambda\lambda2796,2803$ absorption system from the spectra of quasar SDSS J165501.31+260517.4 ($z_{\rm e}=1.8671$). This absorber is located at $z_{\rm abs} =1.7877$, and has a velocity offset of $8,423\rm ~km~s^{-1}$ with respect to the quasar. According to the velocity offset and the line variability, this narrow Mg II $\lambda\lambda2796,2803$ absorption system is likely intrinsic to the quasar. Since the corresponding UV continuum emission and the absorption lines of another narrow Mg II $\lambda\lambda2796,2803$ absorption system at $z_{\rm abs}=1.8656$ are very stable, we think that the disappearance of the absorption system is unlikely to be caused by the change in ionization of absorption gas. Instead, it likely arises from the motion of the absorption gas across the line of sight

SPEED AND SPIN OF 40MM TABLE TENNIS BALL AND THE EFFECTS ON ELITE PLAYERS

The 40mm table tennis ball has been officially used by ITTF since October 2000. The aim of this study was to identify the characteristics of the large (40mm) ball and the effects on the technique of elite players. In this study, Singapore elite players received both topspin and backspin balls from a robot. Three video cameras were applied to capture video data of Singapore elite players for three-dimensional motion analysis at a rate of 200 fields/second. Both speed and spin of 38mm and 40mm balls were calculated. The men and women players of different styles using different techniques including attack, loop and service, were analyzed and compared quantitatively and the effects of these differences on these elite players is discussed

Coniferous Canopy BRF Simulation Based on 3-D Realistic Scene

It is difficulties for the computer simulation method to study radiation regime at large-scale. Simplified coniferous model was investigate d in the present study. It makes the computer simulation methods such as L-systems and radiosity-graphics combined method (RGM) more powerf ul in remote sensing of heterogeneous coniferous forests over a large -scale region. L-systems is applied to render 3-D coniferous forest scenarios: and RGM model was used to calculate BRF (bidirectional refle ctance factor) in visible and near-infrared regions. Results in this study show that in most cases both agreed well. Meanwhiie at a tree and forest level. the results are also good

SjTPdb: integrated transcriptome and proteome database and analysis platform for Schistosoma japonicum

<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p><it>Schistosoma japonicum </it>is one of the three major blood fluke species, the etiological agents of schistosomiasis which remains a serious public health problem with an estimated 200 million people infected in 76 countries. In recent years, enormous amounts of both transcriptomic and proteomic data of schistosomes have become available, providing information on gene expression profiles for developmental stages and tissues of <it>S. japonicum</it>. Here, we establish a public searchable database, termed SjTPdb, with integrated transcriptomic and proteomic data of <it>S. japonicum</it>, to enable more efficient access and utility of these data and to facilitate the study of schistosome biology, physiology and evolution.</p> <p>Description</p> <p>All the available ESTs, EST clusters, and the proteomic dataset of <it>S. japonicum </it>are deposited in SjTPdb. The core of the database is the 8,420 <it>S. japonicum </it>proteins translated from the EST clusters, which are well annotated for sequence similarity, structural features, functional ontology, genomic variations and expression patterns across developmental stages and tissues including the tegument and eggshell of this flatworm. The data can be queried by simple text search, BLAST search, search based on developmental stage of the life cycle, and an integrated search for more specific information. A PHP-based web interface allows users to browse and query SjTPdb, and moreover to switch to external databases by the following embedded links.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>SjTPdb is the first schistosome database with detailed annotations for schistosome proteins. It is also the first integrated database of both transcriptome and proteome of <it>S. japonicum</it>, providing a comprehensive data resource and research platform to facilitate functional genomics of schistosome.
