The simulation exercise of building accidents is conducive to improving the human survival rate after urban building accidents. This is the content of preventive medicine. The remote sensing technology of city map can monitor the building structure and ecological conditions of specific cities, which can be used to build a rapid response model for emergency medicine departments. Therefore, the economic construction can be enhanced to improve the survival rate of the people affected by the disaster, which is beneficial to urban construction. The research team analyzes and reports on the specific model development of computer technology, the computer intelligent simulation of the program setting for specific populations, and the rapid response of emergency medicine as the application object for the relevant workflow analysis, and enhance the perfection of preventive medicine system from the perspective of intelligent economic development

The simulation computer model of human medical neuroscience is widely used in artificial intelligence. The extensive use of medical robots in China has made the simulation model of neuroscience have a broader stage in economic development. Especially in preventive medicine, the research team has more uses for identifying the practice in various fields of medicine and setting procedures for surgical robots, we try to analyze the commonly used neural network models of preventive medical robots from the simulation of human neuroscience, and discuss them according to the principles of economics and finance

In the title compound, C13H12N2O4, the dihedral angle between the benzene and pyrimidine rings is 55.57 (13)°. The carbonyl group and the two methoxyl groups are approximately coplanar with the benzene ring and pyrimidine ring; the C—C—C—O, C—O—C—N and C—O—C—C torsion angles being −6.1 (5), −4.8 (4) and 179.9 (3)°, respectively. In the crystal, molecules are linked via C—H⋯O interactions, forming chains propagating along [110]

Hadronic Rapidity Spectra in Heavy Ion Collisions at SPS and AGS energies in a Quark Combination Model

The quark combination mechanism of hadron production is applied to nucleus-nucleus collisions at the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron (SPS) and BNL Alternating Gradient Synchrotron (AGS). The rapidity spectra of identified hadrons and their spectrum widths are studied. The data of π\pi^{-}, K±K^{\pm}, ϕ\phi, Λ\Lambda, Λˉ\bar{\Lambda}, Ξ\Xi^{-}, and Ξˉ+\bar{\Xi}^{+} at 80 and 40 AGeV, in particular at 30 and 20 AGeV where the onset of deconfinement is suggested to happen, are consistently described by the quark combination model. However at AGS 11.6 AGeV below the onset the spectra of π±\pi^{\pm}, K±K^{\pm} and Λ\Lambda can not be simultaneously explained, indicating the disappearance of intrinsic correlation of their production in the constituent quark level. The collision-energy dependence of the rapidity spectrum widths of constituent quarks and the strangeness of the hot and dense quark matter produced in heavy ion collisions are obtained and discussed.Comment: 7 pages, 5 figure

Inhibitory effects of total saponins from Ilex pubescens Hook against hydrogen peroxide-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis

Purpose: To study the protective effects of total saponins from Ilex pubescens Hook (IPTS) against cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Methods: Response surface methodology (RSM) based on Box-Benhnken Design (BBD) was carried out to optimize the extraction of IPTS. Thereafter, H9c2 cell model prepared by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) treatment was used to investigate the effects of IPTS on cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Cell viability was determined using MTT assay, while the levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), creatine kinase (CK) and catalase (CAT) were measured as indices of oxidative stress. Expressions of proteins related to apoptosis (caspase-3, Bax and Bcl-2) were measured using Western blot assay. Results: Optimal IPTS extraction was achieved with extraction temperature of 86.6 °C, extraction time of 2.23 h and water: raw material ratio of 10.8 mL/g. IPTS extract, at doses of 200, 400, 600 and 800 μg/mL, significantly increased the viability of H2O2-treated H9c2 cells (p < 0.05), but significantly decreased LDH and CK activities (p < 0.01). It also led to significant increases in SOD and CAT activities, and significant decreases in the levels of MDA in these cells (p < 0.01). There were significant down-regulation of the protein expressions of caspase-3 and Bax (p < 0.01) in IPTS-treated H9c2 cells, as well as significant up-regulation of Bcl-2 protein expression (p < 0.01).Conclusion: These results suggest that IPTS can protect cardiomyocytes against apoptosis via the inhibition of oxidative stress and mitochondria-induced intrinsic apoptosis. Keywords: Ilex pubescens, Total saponins, Cardiomyocytes, Apoptosis, H9c2 cell

Extending the first-order post-Newtonian scheme in multiple systems to the second-order contributions to light propagation

In this paper, we extend the first-order post-Newtonian scheme in multiple systems presented by Damour-Soffel-Xu to the second-order contribution to light propagation without changing the virtueof the scheme on the linear partial differential equations of the potential and vector potential. The spatial components of the metric are extended to second order level both in a global coordinates (qij/c4q_{ij}/ c^4) and a local coordinates (Qab/c4Q_{ab}/ c^4). The equations of qijq_{ij} (or QabQ_{ab}) are obtained from the field equations. The relationship between qijq_{ij} and QabQ_{ab} are presented in this paper also. In special case of the solar system (isotropic condition is applied (qij=δijqq_{ij} = \delta_{ij} q )), we obtain the solution of qq. Finally, a further extension of the second-order contributions in the parametrized post-Newtonian formalism is discussed.Comment: Latex2e; 6 pages PS fil
