Interaction an institute of higher education and medical-rehabilitation establishment in system of continuous vocational training

The carried out theoretical analysis of researches on development of the concept of continuous formation and medico-social work has formed a basis of creation of system of continuous vocational training of experts in social work on the basis of medical-rehabilitation establishment. Specificity of activity of the expert in social work in hospitals is defined and necessity of theoretical and practical preparation of students for the given direction is proved. In article methodical recommendations about realization of system of continuous vocational training of experts about social work on the basis of medical-rehabilitation establishments are made. The estimation that was made has confirmed the effectiveness of the system for training of experts in social work, the basic theoretical and practical sections of medico-social work are captured, requirements of the social order of higher educational and medical-rehabilitation establishments of preparation of experts are satisfied.Проведенный теоретический анализ исследований по развитию концепции непрерывного образования послужил основой создания системы непрерывного профессионального образования специалистов по социальной работе на базе лечебно-реабилитационного учреждения. Определена специфика деятельности специалиста по социальной работе в больницах и обоснована необходимость теоретической и практической подготовки студентов в данном направлении. В статье приводятся методические рекомендации по реализации системы непрерывного профессионального образования специалистов по социальной работе на базе лечебно­реабилитационных учреждений. Проведенная оценка подтвердила эффективность инновации, при обучении специалистов по социальной работе охвачены основные теоретические и практические разделы медико-социальной работы, удовлетворены требования социального заказа высших учебных и лечебно-реабилитационных учреждений на подготовку специалистов
