    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. This research was conducted at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung engaged in micro-credit and store business unit with a sample of 61 respondents (Sample Saturated) .Teknik wear multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis that transformational leadership style significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. Compensation significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. Organizational commitment significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees at the Civil Servants Cooperative Bina Sejahtera Badung regency. Advice can be given, the company should be willing to foster employee survive in company with the provision of financial benefits that fit employees' workload

    Perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi membawa banyak Perubahan, ditandai dengan hadirnya smartphone. Salah satu merek yang beredar di pasar Indonesia adalah Smartphone Samsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh citra merek dan kepercayaan terhadap niat beli, serta peran kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh citra merek terhadap niat beli smartphone Samsung di Kota Denpasar. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 110 orang. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur serta uji sobel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat beli. Citra merek berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepercayaan. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat beli. Hasil menunjukkan kepercayaan secara positif serta signifikan dapat memediasi pengaruh citra merek terhadap niat beli

    Peran Kepuasan dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah

    Kualitas layanan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan bank, untuk itu diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan agar kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah dapat tercipta. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang disebut purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menemukan hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kepuasan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas pelayanan secara signifikan berpengaruh  terhadap loyalitas nasabah, peran kepuasan mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas nasaba

    Community of Kpopers become a separate phenomenon for youngster in the middle of society, because of have an uniqueness of life style make this community exist and recognized in Pekanbaru. Some ways do community to communicate the existence of self through by imitating the way they dress and cover boygrup dance moves and his idol girl group. This puprpose of this research was determining the motive members to join the community of Kpopers in Pekanbaru, meaning Korean Pop (K-Pop) for community members Kpopers Pekanbaru and communication experience Kpopers community members in Pekanbaru.This research used qualitative methode by phenomenological approach. The informan of research is 5 who represent community member of Kpopers Pekanbaru who selected by purposive technique.Data collection techniques such as participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. This research used datas analysis technique of phenomenological research according to Creswell by using the technique of persistence observation and extension of participation.The result of research showed that two kindsmotives of community member to join into the community Kpopers Pekanbaru such as because motives form of a hobby dancing that already exist within the community members and the invitation of friends to join the community itself and in order to motives form ofa medium to be known by many people and is also a means to learn about the language and promote themselves and also so that people do not underestimated them. The Korean Pop(Kpop) meaning for Kpopers Pekanbaru community members such as kpop as a medium of selfexpression that is positive and also become a medium for healthy physical community members. Communication experience that community members Kpopers Pekanbaru pleasant communication experience (positive) in the form of acceptance and support from family, add friendship, relations, and get popularity.
