    Fisheries Survey On The Presence Of Skipjack (Katsuwonus Pelamis) In Bone Bay

    The presence of skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) is always subject to change depending on the condition of the surrounding waters favored by the fish. This study gives prediction of the existence of skipjack in the Bone Bay waters by using satellite remote sensing data and an overview of length-weight relationship obtained from fisheries survey. Satellite remike mote sensing data such as sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a obtained from the NASA database with a spatial resolution of 4 km and a temporal resolution 8-day composite in Bone Bay waters. Fishery survey data such as position data, the fish catches, the length and weight of skipjack were obtained fishing base from two different locations namely Sinjai and Luwu. Satellite remote sensing data and fisheries survey data (position of the catch) were overlaid to determine the environmental conditions that are favor by skipjack. The results showed that the skipjack mostly found many in the waters with sea surface temperature range between 28.42Ā°C to 31.12Ā°C and with chlorophyll-a concentration between 0.1335 mg/mĀ³ to 0.9542 mg/mĀ³.     Analysis of Factors That Correlate with Nurse Productivity at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang 2014

    Background : The role of human resources is needed in hospitals because it is directly related to the customer satisfaction. Nursing services become a key factor of hospital services. Hence, they are expected to give the high work productivity and achieve goals which have been decided previously. In order to achieve maximum growth of work productivity, some subsidiary factors are needed. The aim of this research was to analyze factors that were related to nurse productivity at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang 2014 based on motivation, work ethnic, training, work climate, salary and management. Methods : A survey research using cross- sectional design was selected to achieve the aim of the research. All nurses in Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang were selected, The number was 71 respondents. Univariate as well as bivariate statistics were used for analyzing the data. Prevalence Ratio (PR) with 95% confidence interval was used for prevalence analysis. Moreover, chi square statistic was used for bivariate analysis before using multiple logistic regression analysis. Results : The bivariate analysis revealed that factors that were related to nurse productivity were motivation (PR and 95% CI=1.829 (1.043-3.209)), training (PR and 95% CI = 2.062 (1.249-3.406)), work climate (PR and 95% CI = 1.931 (1.203-3.101)), and salary (PR and 95% CI = 2.509 (1.380-4.560)). However, work ethic (PR and 95% CI = 1.391 (0.88-2.201)) and management (PR and 95% CI = 1.026 (0.640-1.647)) were not related tonurse productivity. Furthermore, multivariate analysis revealed that the variable that had highest correlation with nurse productivity was salary. Conclusion : Nurse productivity at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang was influenced by motivation, training, work climate, and salary. It is recommended that Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang should monitor and evaluate their nurse productivity, policy about reward and punishment program, and also salary system. Apart from that, the hospital must also provide a career development program which is equal for every nurse, chance to enroll training, and continuous education for nurses

    This research is based on the low yield of learning mathematics in class VIIA3 MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru, there are 7 of 25 students who achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria or 28% for linear equations and inequalities of one variable. The type of this research is classroom action research. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning process and improve communication skills by applying mathematical models of cooperative learning Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD). The subject of this research were the students in class VIIA3 MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru at the first semester of academic year 2014/2015. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets and mathematical understanding tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative descriptive. The qualitative descriptive showed that there is the improvement of learning process after the action on the first and second cycles. The result showed that there is an increase the mathematical understanding of students with the score N-gain is 0,63 in the first cycle and 0,76 in the second cycle at medium classification. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of cooperative Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) to improve mathematical communication graders understanding of students in class VIIA3 MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru in the first semester of academic year 2014/2015

    Rancang Bangun Dan Optimasi Panel Surya Berpenjejak Dengan Logika Fuzzy Takagi-Sugeno

    Secara global penggunaan sel surya meningkat sebagai akibat peningkatan pemanfaatan sumber energi matahari untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik dunia. Untuk mengoptimalkan penyerapan energi matahari digunakan panel surya berpenjejak (sun-tracking solar system), yang merupakan suatu sistem untuk mengendalikan posisi panel surya agar selalu mengikuti arah dan posisi matahari sehingga sel surya dapat diserap secara maksimal. Pada artikel ini dipaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi logika fuzzy pada panel surya berpenjejak yang menggunakan motor DC untuk mengatur posisi panel surya. Fuzzifikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode Takagi-Sugeno. Algoritma pengendalian diimplementasikan pada mikrokontroler ATMega 128 menggunakan program BASCOM-AVR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan tegangan keluaran sensor sel surya (V ) sebesar 0,40V dibandingkan dengan panel surya tanpa perhitungan logika fuzzy. Validasi hasil perhitungan logika fuzzy dengan metode Takagi-Sugeno dengan cara membandingkannya dengan metode Tsukamoto menunjukkan perbedaan hasil pengujian tegangan keluaran sensor sel surya yang tidak signifikan (0,001V), namun komputasi Takagi-Sugeno lebih efisien karena memanfaatkan penggabungan perhitungan logika fuzzy dengan dua keluaran sekaligus, dibandingkan dengan metode Tsukamoto yang melakukan perhitungan pada keluaran fuzzy satu per satu. outKata Kunciā€”Logika Fuzzy, Metode Takagi-Sugeno, LDR (Light Dependent Resistor), Motor DC, Pulsa Rotary Encoder

    The background of this research is low of mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII4 of 22 Junior High School Pekanbaru in second semester of the 2016/2017 academic year. Subject of this research are 38 students, consist of 19 male and 19 female student with heterogenous level of academic capabilities. The type of this research is the Classroom Action Research that has purpose to improve the learning proses and to increase student\u27s mathematic learning outcomes by applied the cooperative learning with Talking Stick Type. This research consists of two cycles that each cycle composed of 4 stages, such as planning, implementation, observation and reflection. At every end of a cycle, math achievement test will be held. The research instrument consists of learning devices that involve Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Worksheet, and instrument data collector that involve the observation sheet and math achievement test. Observation sheets is analyzed by narrative descriptive analysis and math achievement test analyzed by statistic descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that implementation of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. Weakness on cycle I is improved on implementation cycle II according with planning of improvement after reflection cycle I. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to daily test II. The number of students who reach Minimum Mastery Criteria on basic scor, daily test I and daily test II are respectively 18 person (47,36%), 23 person (60,52%) and 30 person (78,94%). Results of this research indicates that application of Cooperative Learning with Talking Stick Type can improve learning process and increase mathematics learning outcomes from the students of class VIII4 of 22 Junior High School Pekanbaru in second semester of the 2016/2017 academic year at Basic Competencies 5.3 Calculates the surface area and volume of the Beam, Cube, Prism and Pyramid

    The Relationship Between Small Pelagic Fish Catches with Sea Surface Temperature and Chlorophyll in Makassar Strait Waters

    Selat Makassar merupakan kawasan perairan yang memiliki potensi sumberdaya perairan yang cukup besar dan relatif subur. Kawasan Selat Makassar merepresentasikan zona pertemuan antara populasi ikan Samudera Pasifik dan Samudera Hindia. Kesuburan perairannya menjadikan daerah ini sebagai salah satu zona berkembang biak bagi sebagian besar biota perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan hasil tangkapan ikan pelagis kecil dengan kondisi perairan di Selat Makassar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data tangkapan ikan dari Perairan Selat Makassar pada bulan Juni-September 2021. Data kondisi lingkungan perairan berupa Suhu Permukaan Laut dan konsentrasi klorofil-a perairan pada periode penelitian diperoleh dari satelit AQUA dengan sensor MODIS, kemudian dikombinasikan dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kisaran suhu permukaan laut di Perairan Selat Makassar antara 26,7Ā°Cā€“31,3Ā°C dan konsentrasi klorofil-a antara 0,7 mg/mĀ³ - 1,30 mg/mĀ³. Titik tangkapan tertinggi terdapat pada dua titik dengan hasil tangkapan pukat cincin yang sama yaitu 4000 kg pada 118Ā°51'BT dan 5Ā°10'59ā€LS serta pada titik 118Ā°52'59ā€BT dan 5Ā°3'LS, sedangkan tangkapan terendah sebanyak 5 kg pada titik 118Ā°19'BT dan 4Ā°57'LS. Disimpulkan bahwa keberadaan ikan kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh kondisi perairan yang disukai ikan target tangkapan di Selat Makassar

    Menerapkan Proses Keterampilan dalam Pembelajaran IPA di MI/SD

    Pembelajaran IPA di sekolah sangat diperlukan, karena dirasa mampu membuat sarana untuk siswa bakal mendalami diri sendiri dan alam sekitar. Pembelajaran IPA di sekolah pun mengutamakan mengikuti pembagian pengetahuan yang tepat untuk meluaskan kemampuan, supaya siswa dapat memeriksa dan mempelajari alam sekitar secara ilmiah. Pembelajaran IPA ditujukan ā€œmencari tahuā€ dan ā€œberbuatā€. Maka dari itu, mampu menolong siswa dalam mendapatkan pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam terhadap alam sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman Mahasiswa PGMI 2 Semester VI  di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara dalam menerapkan keterampilan proses terhadap pembelajaran IPA di MI/SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif analitis. Subjek yang digunakan oleh penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa kelas PGMI 2 Semester VI. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi terhadap kegiatan eksperimen pembelajaran Perubahan wujud benda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan keterampilan proses dalam pembelajaran IPA di MI/SD dapat menambah pengetahuan serta keterampilan Mahasiswa PGMI 2 Semester VI di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara
