    Pengelompokan Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Timur Berdasarkan Indikator Kesehatan Masyarakat Menggunakan Metode Kohonen SOM dan K-Means

    Kondisi kesehatan masyarakat di Jawa Timur yang tidak homogen akan menyulitkan bagi Tim Pembina Kota Sehat pada saat melakukan pembinaan dan monitoring. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan pengelompokan kabupaten dan kota di Jawa Timur yang didasarkan pada kemiripan karakteristik kondisi kesehatan masyarakat, sehingga proses pembinaan dan monitoring akan dilakukan berdasarkan kelompok kabupaten dan kota yang terbentuk. Pengelompokan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur akan dilakukan menggunakan metode Kohonen SOM kemudian akan dibandingkan dengan hasil pengelom-pokan metode klasik K-Means, yang merupakan metode penge-lompokan yang populer dan sering digunakan, berdasarkan kriteria nilai icdrate (internal cluster dispersion rate). Pada peng-ujian Bartlett diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan atau korelasi di antara variabel penelitian. Setelah dilakukan analisis faktor untuk mereduksi variabel diperoleh 3 faktor baru yang terbentuk. Berdasarkan nilai Pseudo Fstatistics yaitu sebe-sar 13,819, hasil pengelompokan terbaik adalah menggunakan metode Kohonen SOM dengan jenis topologi hextop. Sedangkan pada metode K-Means nilai Pseudo Fstatistics terbesar yaitu 9,781 ketika digunakan kelompok sebanyak 2 klaster. Perban-dingan hasil klaster terbaik berdasarkan nilai icdrate diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa nilai icdrate metode Kohonen SOM yaitu sebesar 0,962 lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan nilai icdrate hasil pengelompokan metode K-Means yaitu sebesar 0,988. Pada hasil pengujian One-way MANOVA diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pada masing-masing kelompok yang terbentuk memiliki per-bedaan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh ukuran Perusahaan, profitabilitas, basis Perusahaan, kualitas audit, dan kepemilikan publik terhadap e-financial reporting. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2011. Berdasarkan pemilihan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan adalah 214 Perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap e-financial reporting, sedangkan profitabilitas, basis Perusahaan, kualitas audit, dan kepemilikan publik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-financial reporting. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar ukuran Perusahaan, maka semakin detail pengungkapan e-financial reporting

    This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the characteristics of entrepreneurship, venture capital and the role of Business Development Services to business development. Type of study is Exploratif Research. Data collection methods used are literature studies, questionnaires, interviews and observations. Of the 33 total of study population, retrieved a sample of 33 respondents to the census method. Analysis of data using the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, regression analysis, and t test and f test to prove the hypothesis by using SPSS 16.0.The results of the study through the analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that the characteristics of entrepreneurship, business capital, and the role of Business Development Service has a positive and significant impact on business development partially (with the results of respectively 29.5%, 45.7%, and 38.7 %) and 48.7% simultans to the development effort

    Analisis Mutu Pelayanan Rumah Sakit dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rumah Sakit Ibu & Anak (Rsia) Andini di Pekanbaru

    This research held in Rumah Sakit Ibu & Anak (RSIA) Andini. The purpose of this study is to analyze the hospital service quality dimension which is consist of reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty and the effect to patients\u27 satisfaction. Population are patient or their family in RSIA Andini. Sampling number determined by using Slovin that produce 95 person and selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis.Result of this study shows that all hospital service quality dimension consist of reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influence positive and significantly, either partially or simultaneously, to patients\u27 satisfaction. Assurance is the most strongest dimension that influence patients\u27 satisfaction, while emphaty becomes the most weakest one to patients\u27 satisfaction. It is recommended to the management in order to enhance some less optimum hospital service quality, particularly to the dimension of reliability, tangible and responsiveness

    AbstrakIndustri peternakan merupakan salah satu industri yang penting dalam bidang penyediaan nutrisi makanan sehingga pertumbuhan produk ternak bisa menciptakan suatu ancaman kesehatan masyarakat dimana menyebabkan permasalahan kesehatan. Kurangnya pengetahuan peternak sapi potong mengenai berbagai penyakit yang menyerang serta solusi penanganan salah satu alasan  memanajemen kesehatan ternak dirasa cukup menyulitkan beberapa peternak. Pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) sebagai metode inferensi untuk mendiagnosis penyakit ini. Data 11 jenis penyakit dapat dikenali oleh sistem pendukung keputusan dan 20 jenis gejala yang dapat dikenali oleh sistem. Hasil pengujian keakuratan 325 data latih dan 11 data uji telah menghasilkan tingkat akurasi 100% dengan nilai k = 3.Kata kunci: penyakit sapi potong, sistem pendukung keputusan, K-Nearest Neighbour AbstractThe livestock industry is one industry that is important in the provision of food nutrients so that the growth of livestock products could create a public health threat which causes health problems. Lack of beef cattle farmers knowledge about the various diseases that attack as well as the handling solutions is one reason s managing animal health are considered difficult for some farmers. The development of decision support systems using K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) as an inference method to diagnose this disease. Data 11 types of diseases can be recognized by decision support systems and 20 types of symptoms that can be recognized by the system.
