PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENGELOLAAN SASARAN KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS : FAKULTAS ILMU KOMPUTER UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA

Abstract—Government employees are a key factor that cansupport good government. Based on regulation of IndonesiaGoverment No. 46 2011, Indonesia Government employeesshould be judged by assessors. Those judgement called as SKP(Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai). SKP consists of work plan and targetthat should be reached in one year.Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Sriwijaya (FASILKOMUNSRI) was one of organization must implement SKP. Inimplementing SKP, FASILKOM have some problems that causereporting process of SKP was being deffered. Based on thatproblem, in this research generate a design system for managingSKP in FASILKOM UNSRI.Intisari–Pegawai Negeri Sipil merupakan faktor utama yangdapat mendukung pemerintahan yang baik. Berdasarkanperaturan pemerintah Nomor 46 tahun 2011, pegawai negerisipil di Indonesia diharuskan mendapat penilaian yangdilakukan oleh pejabat penilai. Penilaian tersebut dikenaldengan nama SKP (Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai). SKP itu sendiriterdiri dari rencana kerja dan target yang harus dicapai dalamkurun waktu satu tahun.Fakultas Ilmu Komputer merupakan salah satu lembaga yangharus mengimplementasikan SKP tersebut. Dalampengimplementasiannya, Fasilkom menghadapi beberapamasalah yang menyebabkan tertundanya proses pelaporan SKPmasing-masing pegawai. Perancangan Pengamanan Sistem Informasi Electronic Medical Record (Emr) Dengan Metode Sha-512 Studi Kasus Pada Klinik Jb Palembang

Perkembangan rekam medis elektronik sangat membantu dalam hal penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis pasien agar tetap terintegrasi dan terlindung dari kerusakan ataupun kehilangan data. Namun, dengan penyimpanan secara elektronik saja tidak dapat memastikan bahwa dokumen rekam medis yang telah disimpan masih berupa dokumen legal atau sudah illegal. Untuk mencegah terjadinya manipulasi data dan kehilangan data maka akan diterapkan linking scheme dengan menggunakan hash function SHA-512. Dengan menggunakan linking scheme setiap dokumen akan saling terhubung dan mengandung nilai hash dari dokumen sebelumnya. Sehingga sistem akan mendeteksi dengan cepat apabila terjadi manipulasi dan kehilangan data

PERANCANGAN E-COMMERCE MODEL BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS (B2B) DENGAN METODE REVERSE EAUCTION

Abstract—E-auction has been popular among suppliersand buyers for several years as an alternative and betterway to do a procurement. Reverse e-auction is a type ofauction that reverse the role of supplier and buyer whileparticipating in an auction and it shows severaladvantages that can solves the disadvantages in standarde-auction. However, risks also exist with reverse e-auctionsand because of it, there are several conditions that must beobtained so reverse e-auction may implement effectively.Those conditions are: (1) the product characteristic areclear, (2) the purchase must be large enough, and (3) asupporting market conditions exist.Intisari– Pelelangan online mulai marak digunakan olehpenjual dan pembeli dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ataupundalam melakukan pengadaan. Reverse e-auctionmerupakan jenis pelelangan yang membalik peran penjualdan pembeli yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi keduapihak. Namun, penerapan reverse e-auction juga tidaklepas dari resiko. Penerapan Metode Item-Based Collaborative Filtering pada Sistem Electronic Commerce Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus : Toko Buku Online di Indonesia)

The rapid development of e-commerce lead to changes in the way to transact the sale of goods and services from conventional to digital. Competition between providers of e-commerce services makes consumer-based service approach needs to be improved. One way is to give product recommendations to prospective buyers. Some e-commerce service providers website do not provide product recommendations to prospective buyers in accordance with their preferences causes more time needed to explore each book available. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build an e-commerce system that can provide product recommendations to prospective purchasers resulting from item-based collaborative filtering algorithm. This research was conducted using the method of development of the V-Model and some tools that help the system design process include DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and DBMS (Database Management System) MySQL. Results from this study is an e-commerce system that applies the algorithm producing book recommendations. Each member has a different recommendation system in accordance with the  rate values previously assigned.

Penerapan Metode Promethee Pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Taman Kanak-Kanak

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode PROMETHEE pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Metode PROMETHEE digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena metode tersebut merupakan suatu metode penentuan urutan (prioritas) dalam analisis multikriteria. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan TK ini yaitu biaya SPP, biaya pendaftaran, akreditasi, fasilitas, lama berdiri, dan lokasi TK. Data TK yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu TK yang berada di Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Palembang. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu telah di terapkannya metode PROMETHEE kedalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan taman kanak-kanak , yang mana sistem tersebut dapat memberikan informasi mengenai data TK yang berada di Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Palembang serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi TK kepada masyarakat khususnya para orang tua dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan pemilihan taman kanak-kanak .Kata kunci:, PROMETHEE, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan , Taman Kanak-Kana

PERANCANGAN DATABASE APLIKASI ANALISIS PENYAKIT MELALUI HASIL TES DARAH PADA LABORATORIUM RUMAH SAKIT PELABUHAN PALEMBANG

Abstract--Database analysis applications diseasethrough a blood test is designed as a container databasedata storage and data management to diagnose the diseasewith a dynamic knowledge base. This knowledge is obtainedfrom various sources including data that can be directlyfrom the laboratory Hospital Port of Palembang. Theknowledge base is structured such that into a database withmultiple tables including tables tbl_jenkel, tbl_pasien,pemeriksaan_darah,hasil_pemeriksaan_darah,detail_hasil_lab_darah, item_periksa_darah, detail_case,case, tbl_diagnosa, range_usia to facilitate the performanceof the system in conclusion. Application analysis of thisdisease will display patient data with the results of a bloodtest that has been diagnosed. The purpose of this study wasto design a database that is devoted to analysis applicationsdisease through blood tests in the laboratory Hospital Portof Palembang.Keyword---Database;blood;laboratory;hospital ABSTRAK--Database aplikasi analisis penyakit melaluihasil tes darah ini merupakan database yang dirancangsebagai wadah penyimpanan data dan pengelolaan datauntuk mendiagnosis penyakit dengan basis pengetahuanyang dinamis. Permasalahan yang ada di rumah sakitpada saat ini yaituantara lain masih terjadinya redudansi item_periksa_darah, detail_case, case, tbl_diagnosa,range_usia untuk mempermudah kinerja sistem dalampenarikan kesimpulan. Aplikasi analisis penyakit ini akanmenampilkan data pasien beserta hasil tes darah yang telahdi diagnosa. Analysis of the Level of Satisfaction with the Quality of Clinical Services Using the Servqual Method

The influence of the globalization era has increased the use of health facilities in society. This increase requires agencies to provide the best possible service to customers. UPT. The Sriwijaya University Health Clinic as one of the providers of health facilities has also experienced the impact of this increase, therefore this agency continues to provide the best service and makes improvements in the services provided so that service users can feel satisfied. The aim of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction with services at UPT. Sriwijaya University Health Clinic and which dimensions of service quality have a dominant influence on student satisfaction levels. This research involved 117 respondents from all students and was distributed via Google form with a quantitative research type and survey approach. Data analysis techniques were carried out using SPSS 26 and calculations were carried out using the servqual method. The research results show that from the total, the level of student satisfaction is at a percentage of 87% in the very satisfied category and the quality dimension that has a dominant influence is the reliability dimension with a Gap value of -1.17. With Cartesian diagram analysis, the question instruments included in quadrant I and quadrant II have the opportunity to be improved and maintained in quality so that they can get better responses in the future. With this research, it can be taken into consideration by UPT. Pengembangan Sistem E-Commerce Penjualan Rumah Dengan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Virtual Reality Di Kota Palembang

ABSTRACTIn the present day, business of properties especially in house selling, is getting thrive day by day. The growth of the business also walks in the same way with the promotional media. But in reality, we often find that either the owner of the house or the prospective buyers, they have the same problem for the promotional media that is too mediocre. In response to the problem, the writer is trying to develop an e-commerce information system using ‘Development of E-Commerce System for House Selling Using C2C Model with Virtual Reality Technology in Palembang’ as the title, in order to solve the problem. The main purpose of this research is to create and develop an e-commerce system for property business especially in housing business at Palembang city. The other purpose of the research is also to implement the technology of virtual reality in e-commerce system. In this case, the virtual reality will help the prospective buyers to have a look at the condition of the house, outside and inside, virtually. So the prospective buyers do not have to physically come to the house. The method for the development of the system that used by the writer is waterfall method. From the system that has already been developed, there are several features that users can use, such as promoting the house online with virtual reality support, and many more. The writer uses the virtual reality with the hope that, this can be a fresh movement in the world of property business especially in the promotional media for house selling. Menanggapi keluhan itu, penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasi e-commerce, dengan mengangkat judul “Pengembangan Sistem E-Commerce Penjualan Rumah Menggunakan Model C2C Dengan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Virtual Reality Di Kota Palembang” yang diharapkan mampu membantu mengatasi keluhan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni membuat perancangan sistem e-commerce untuk bisnis penjualan rumah khususnya yang berada di kota Palembang. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini juga untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi virtual reality pada sistem e-commerce penjualan rumah, yang akan menampilkan dan memperlihatkan kondisi dari rumah yang dijual, sehingga pembeli tidak perlu datang langsung untuk melihat situasi dari rumah tersebut. Metode yang diimplementasikan dalam sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Dari sistem yang telah dirancang, dapat memberikan fasilitas berupa pemasangan iklan secara online dengan dukungan realitas maya, yang diharapan mampu menjadi sarana pemasaran baru bagi bisnis properti, khususnya penjualan rumah.
