Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Organizational citizenhip behavior is an in-depth contribution by employees where employees are willing to work voluntarily outside of their work. The main problem in this research is there are employees who are reluctant to help their colleagues, employees are reluctant to replace colleagues who do not work, employees do not work, employee complaints about the job, and disinterest employees to the company's activities. The number of samples taken is 74 employees, with simple random sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis indicates perceived organizational support and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenhip behaviour. Organizational citizenhip behavior can increase if affected by both variables

The Difference of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential Latency in Diabetic Patient with Good and Poor Glycemic Control

BACKGROUND: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder which may complicate other organs, including the nervous system. Literatures which discuss about DM complications in the peripheral nervous system are easy to find but not so many of the central nervous system. Central diabetic neuropathy is a new concept which could be detected by a simple and non-invasive method, called brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP). AIM: The aim of the study was to find differences in BAEP latencies of a diabetic patient with good and poor glycemic control. METHODS: This was a cross-sectional study of 80 patients who came for follow-up in diabetic center and neurology polyclinic at Sanglah Hospital, from April to July 2016. The subjects were divided into two groups, depending on their glycemic control, then having BAEP examination. RESULTS: The unpaired t-test found prolonged BAEP latencies (either peak latency of wave III, V, IPL I-III, III-V, and I-V) in both ears at the poor glycemic control group, but the results were not differed significantly (p > 0.05). CONCLUSION: BAEP wave latencies were found prolonged in DM patient with poor glycemic control but not statistically significant. Further evaluation of BAEP latencies in DM patients is needed with prolonged duration and their relation with other comorbid factors, especially smoking habit

Types of Language Function Found in the Perfect Date Movie

This study is concerned with the types of language functions in The Perfect Date Movie. This study is aimed to answer the research problems, which are: (1) to find out the types of language functions used by the main character of The Perfect Date movie and (2) to analyse the types of languages style are found in utterances produced by the main character of The Perfect Date movie. It used a descriptive qualitative method to identify data. Types of language function and language style was described according to the theory proposed by Tillit and Bruder (1985). The result of this study was found 75 data. The 75 data were classified into eleven types of language function which found in the utterances produced by the main character and three types of language styles. The types of language function which found eleven types of language function proposed by Tillit and Bruder (1985) were twelve of openings, pre-openings, and closings type, four data of introduction and addressing system type, seven data of invitations type, eight data of thanking people and replying thanks type, three data of apologizing type, ten data of giving compliments and replying complements type, two data of getting people's attention and interrupting, two data of agreeing and disagreeing type, seven data of controlling the conversation type, and two data of getting information e language style which was found were ten data of formal expression, thirty nine data of informal expression and twenty six data of neutral expression. Lontar Kakawin Bharatayudha sebagai Bahan Cerita Bergambar Menuju Industri Kreatif

Salah satu naskah dan teks lontar yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Lontar Kakawin Bharatayudha. Kegiatan penelitian lontar ini bertujuan untuk menyelamatkan sebuah tradisi dari kepunahannya, yakni tradisi pernaskahan lontar (Sastra lontar) sebagai salah satu aset budaya bangsa Indonesia. Di sisi lain, Lontar Kakawin Bharatayudha mengandung nilai moral yang perlu ditanamkan pada ge nerasi muda. Melihat perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini, hal tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mentransformasikan naskah lontar Kakawin Bharatayudha ke dalam sebuah bentuk cerita bergambar. Target penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa buku cerita bergambar. Laporan hasil penelitian menyangkut hasil transliterasi teks Kakawin Bharatayudha dari huruf Bali ke huruf Latin dan terjemahan teks Kakawin Bharatayudha dari bahasa Jawa Kuna (Kawi) ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia serta dilengkapi dengan kajian nilai. Keseluruhan target luaran yang diuraikan baik berupa laporan penelitian maupun produk berupa buku cerita bergambar telah tercapai. Bahkan Produk yang dihasilkan berupa buku cerita bergambar berjudul buku “Perang Bharata” telah diujicobakan kepada siswa SD Dwijendra Denpasar dan anak-anak Panti Asuhan Dharma Jati I Klungkung

Lontar Kakawin Siwalatri Sumber Inspirasi dalam Pembuatan Puzzele dan Kartu Bercerita dalam Industri Kreatif
