    Strategy for Developing the UMAURIP Eco-Tourism Area in Timpag Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan

    Tourism has become a necessity for all levels of society. Therefore, tourism management must be done seriously by involving related parties. The Central Government and local governments issued several policies to support tourism development in Bali. The Bali Provincial Government through the policy and program direction implemented is the Vision ”Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali” Which contains the meaning of maintaining the sanctity and harmony of Bali’s nature and its contents to realize a prosperous and happy Balinese manners life, from the scale to the life of Balinese manners and gumi in accordance with Bung Karno’s Trisakti principles, namely political sovereignty, economic independence, and personality in culture. Timpag Village is a village in Tabanan Regency, one of the programs rolled out in Timpag Village which is an innovative breakthrough, namely ”Umaurip, Utamaning Uma Lan Urip” with ecotourism development, namely developing the potential of Tourism Villages based on agricultural areas. With the main focus on developing owls (Tyto alba) which are friends of farmers in eradicating rat pests. The method used in this study is a mix method, which is a combination of qualitative research methods and reinforced with quantitative research methods. And the conclusion of this study briefly is that the Umaurip ecotourism area still prioritizes the development of ecotourism areas based on the community itself and there has been collaboration with various parties to advance the area, suggestions from researchers so that in the future this ecotourism area will be intensified in terms of promotion. so that many people know about the existence of this area.     Implementasi Program “We Love Bali” Berbasis CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety, Environment) dalam Pemulihan Pariwisata Bali

    We Love Bali is a program created by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy aiming to help tourism businesses in Bali to grow in the midst of new normal era while still paying attention to health protocols. This activity is supported by programs that can make tourists interested with the situation of tourist destinations in Bali. It is hoped that this program will be able to make tourism in Bali recover and the economy will rebound and people are able to return to their normal activities in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. This paper employs literature studies and interview to examine the implementation of the program. The descriptive result that emphasizes interviews with tourism actors are supported by data from tourists visiting Bali. The results of this study indicate that We Love Bali program is able to restore the economic condition of the Balinese people to a better condition. And also We Love Bali program is one of the programs implemented to help tourism businesses and the creative economy including hotels, travel businesses, transport businesses, tour guides, restaurants, tourist destinations, MSMEs, and others.Program We Love Bali merupakan program yang dibuat oleh Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif dengan tujuan untuk mengajak para pelaku usaha perjalanan wisata di Provinsi Bali untuk tumbuh dan berkembang di tengah adaptasi kebiasaan baru dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan ini ditunjang dengan program yang bisa membuat para wisatawan tertarik dengan keadaan destinasi wisata yang ada di Bali. Program ini diharapkan menjadi hal yang bisa membuat pariwisata dan perekonomian Bali kembali pulih yang nantinya bisa membuat masyarakat kembali beraktifitas normal di tengah pandemi Covid 19. Hal yang kami gunakan untuk mengukur tingkat implementasi program ini adalah dengan cara studi kepustakaan yang kami perkuat dengan metode kualitatif (wawancara). Dengan merujuk pada hasil deskriptif kualitatif yang menekankan pada wawancara bersama para pelaku pariwisata dan di dukung oleh data dari para wisatawan yang berkunjung ke bali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program We Love Bali ini mampu untuk mengembalikan keadaan ekonomi masyarakat Bali ke dalam keadaan yang lebih baik. Dan juga program We Love Bali ini adalah salah satu program yang di laksanakan untuk membantu pelaku usaha pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif termasuk hotel, usaha perjalanan wisata, usaha transport, pemandu wisata, restoran, daerah tujuan wisata, UMKM, dan lainnya
