Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Dalam Meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on the motivation in improving organizational citizenship behavior in PT. BPD Bali Renon Branch. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. BPD Bali Branch Renon totaling 88 employees using census sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis. The analysis showed that transformational leadership and significant positive effect on the motivation of the beta coefficient 0,349. Organizational culture positive and significant impact on the motivation of the beta coefficient 0.352. Motivation positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior with beta coefficient 0.393. Transformational leadership and significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with beta coefficient 0.231. Organizational culture positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior with a beta coefficient of 0.275

Pengaruh Kompetensi pada Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Moderasi

This research was conducted to examine the performance accountability of government, specifically the government institution of Tabanan regency. The aims of this research are to find out the influence of competency to the performance accountability of government institution and to determine the influence of organizational commitment in strengthening the effects of competency into the performance accountability of government institution. Sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The respondents as many as 41 people. Secondary data used was obtained from the score of the performance accountability evaluation report of Tabanan regencys government institution in 2013, while the primary data was obtained through questionnaire. The analyzing technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. Result of the study indicates that competency positive affects on the performance accountability of government institution while organizational commitment strengthening the influence of competency to the performance accountability of the government institution

Efektivitas Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Modeling untuk Mengoptimalkan Penyesuaian Diri Siswa Kelas X Smk Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetaruhi efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling untuk mengoptimalkan penyesuaian diri siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain kuasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas X jurusan akomodasi perhotelan dan tata kecantikan SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan yang ditentukan peneliti karena karakter khusus tertentu. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 orang siswa dengan penyesuaian diri yang buruk yang diambil dari populasi penelitian. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Metode pengumpulan data utama menggunakan sosiometri dan kuisioner. Metode pengumpulan yang lainnya berupa observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan t-test, didapatkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling efektif untuk mengoptimalkan penyesuaian diri siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh thitung = 5,09 dan ttabel dengan db = 18 dan taraf signifikansi 0,05 atau 5% adalah 2,101, dengan demikian diperoleh perbandingan thitung > ttabel (5,09 > 2,101). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima dengan kata lain “Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Modelling Efektif Mengoptimalkan Penyesuaian Diri Siswa Kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. The research design used in this study was a quasi-experimental design. The study population was a class X hospitality and accommodation department procedures SMK N 2 Singaraja beauty. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique, ie sampling with a researcher specified as certain special characters. Samples are 20 students with poor adjustment were taken from the study population. The research design used was a posttest only control group design. The main data collection method using sociometry and questionnaires. Other collection methods such as observation and interviews. From the research and data analysis using t-test, it was found that behavioral counseling with effective modeling techniques to optimize the adjustment of students. It is seen from the results of the analysis of research data obtained t = 5.09 and t-table with db = 18 and a significance level of 0.05 or 5% is 2.101, thus the comparison tcount> t-table (5.09> 2.101). Efficacy of trifocal versus bifocal bone transport on large tibial bone defect: a systematic review and meta-analysis

One of the most common long-term complication of chronic osteomyelitis of tibia is segmental bone loss. One of the methods to manage the segmental bone loss in osteomyelitis is bone transport technique, which is able to reconstruct a defect of more than 6 cm. This paper aims to systematically review and analyze the outcome of bifocal and trifocal bone distraction technique on the tibial bony defect. A comprehensive literature search was performed using PubMed, Google Scholar, and Cochrane library. The inclusion criteria were any studies about comparison between bifocal bone transports with trifocal bone transport in management of large tibial bone defect. The outcomes assessed includes external fixation index, duration of regenerate consolidation, lengthening speed, bone transport distance, and operating time. Two studies reported shorter external fixation index in total of 57 fractures in the trifocal group and 61 fractures in the bifocal group. The meta-analysis showed significant difference in external fixation index between the two groups (Figure 1; RR=-44.37; 95% CI 73.73-15.01; p<0.0001) with significant heterogeneity (Chi square=11.38, p=0.0007); I2: 91%. Although only two studies were compared, both studies had almost similar subjects, and shown that trifocal bone transport technique had faster external fixator index compared to the bifocal bone transport group in the setting of severe bone loss in tibial fracture

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap Penerapan Blue Sistem pada Pelayanan Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor di Kota Denpasar

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the level of public satisfaction with the implementation of the vehicle test book public service by obtaining Evidence of Passing the Electronic Test as a substitute for the vehicle test book at the motor vehicle testing, Denpasar City transportation service. There are two variables used, namely the level of conformity of service expectations and the level of conformity of service performance. The servqual dimension used to assess customer satisfaction consists of tangible (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (certainty), and empathy (empathy). The results showed the average satisfaction of tangible dimensions (86.86), reliability (81.62), responsiveness (85.94), assurance (82.17), and empathy (86.73). The comparison between the level of conformity of expectations with the suitability of performance is 84.66 points which can be interpreted as "appropriate". In general, it can be concluded that the community is satisfied with the conformity of expectations and performance of BLUE services applied at the motor vehicle testing of the Denpasar city transportation service

Perancangan Media Promosi Gumineponik Denpasar melalui Desain Komunikasi Visual

Hidroponik adalah suatu budidaya menanam dengan memanfaatkan air tanpa memakai tanah dan menekankan penumbuhan kebutuhan nutrisi untuk tanaman. Salah satu peluang usaha yang dapat dikembangkan melalui budidaya hidroponik ini adalah produk olahan dari hasil panen budidaya hidroponik. Gumineponik merupakan salah satu Perusahaan yang memasarkan hasil panen dari budidaya hidroponik sampai dengan produk hasil olahannya. Gumineponik adalah Perusahaan rumahan yang didirikan oleh I Nyoman Tantra Pradnyana yang sudah dirintis sejak tahun 2018. Adapun produk yang ditawarkan oleh Gumineponik antara lain starter kit hidroponik (perlengkapan hidroponik untuk pemula) beserta panduannya, dan produk olahan berupa jus buah dan susu campuran yang ditambahkan hasil panen dari budidaya hidroponik. Minimnya media promosi yang dimiliki oleh Gumineponik menyebabkan konsumen dari Gumineponik terbatas sehingga menyebabkan penjualan yang stuck dan tidak dapat memenuhi target yang sudah ditentukan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penulis mengangkat Gumineponik, agar lebih dikenal masyarakat luas dengan merancang media promosi melalui Desain Komunikasi Visual. Media promosi merupakan hal yang penting, karena promosi yang menarik dapat memikat para konsumen untuk membeli sebuah produk di pasaran. Selain itu dengan dapat menarik konsumen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari Gumineponik sehingga dapat memenuhi target yang sudah ditentukan. Socialization of Role of LPM in Sustainable Village Development in Satra Village Klungkung Regency

This study aims to analyze the role of Community Empowerment Institutions (LPM) in supporting development that is not optimal. This study uses normative legal method with the aim of outlining the problem for further discussion based on legal theory. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study show that the Satra Village Community, Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency, generally do not understand the duties, functions and authority of the LPM including its existence as a work partner of the village head. Community understanding, village officials and LPM management are still not optimally related to work programs and positions as partners of village heads in implementing and planning development in the short, medium and long term. Thus, the existence of the LPM is currently limited to completing the organizational structure in the village administration and does not know the purpose why it was formed, what are its duties and authorities as village apparatus partner, thus, this condition can be ensured there is a gap between LPM and other organisation in the village administration, which until now has not been regulated even there are no regulations that explicitly regulate the benefits as LPM administrators. This caused many LPM officials who did not appear to be enthusiastic about managing LPM. &nbsp;Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) dalam mendukung pembangunan yang tidak optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan tujuan menguraikan masalah untuk diskusi lebih lanjut berdasarkan teori hukum. Kemudian, data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Masyarakat Desa Satra, Kecamatan Klungkung, Kabupaten Klungkung, umumnya tidak memahami tugas, fungsi dan wewenang LPM termasuk keberadaannya sebagai mitra kerja kepala desa. Pemahaman masyarakat, perangkat desa dan manajemen LPM masih belum secara optimal terkait dengan program kerja dan posisi sebagai mitra kepala desa dalam melaksanakan dan merencanakan pengembangan dalam jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Sehingga, keberadaan LPM saat ini hanya sebatas melengkapi struktur organisasi dalam pemerintahan desa saja dan tidak mengetahui tujuan mengapa dibentuk, apa tugas dan wewenangnya sebagai mitra aparatur desa. Jadi, kondisi ini dapat dipastikan terdapat kesenjangan antara LPM dan lembaga-lembaga lain dalam pemerintahan desa, yang hingga saat ini belum diatur bahkan tidak ada peraturan yang secara eksplisit mengatur manfaat sebagai administrator LPM. The Effects of Ketapang (Terminalia Catappa) Bark Crude Extract on Inhibition of Aeromonas Hydrophila Growth and Blood Cells of the Infected Carp (Cyprinus Carpio)

The objectives of the research were to investigate the effect of ketapang (Terminalia catappa) bark crude extract (KBCE) on Aeromonas hydrophila growth and blood cells of the A. hydrophila-infected carp (Cyprinus carpio). The Research was conducted by using completely randomized design. There were four (750, 850, 950, and 1,050 ppm) and three treatments (730, 750, and 770 ppm) were used for in vitro and in vivo experiments respectively. Data were analyzed by analysis of variation and LSD. The dose to investigate MIC of KBCE were 750, 850, 950 and 1,050 ppm. The MIC of KBCE was 750 ppm. On in vivo investigation, number of erythrocytes were 224.67x10, 332.67x10, and 417.00x10 cells/mm for 730, 750 and 770 ppm KBCE, respectively. For leukocytes, the amount were 735.89x10, 684.78x10, and 652.67x10 cell/mm for 730, 750 and 770 ppm KBCE, respectively. In addition, the water quality were as follows 24.0 – 25.9C of temperature, 7.0 – 7.7 of pH, and 3.9 – 4.8 mg/L of DO. In conclusion, we revealed that KBCE able to act as antibacterial against A. hydrophila. Furthermore, it also induced the total erythrocyte in infected fish without giving a notable effect on water quality
