Legal Consequences of Economic and Financial Damage Caused to Cultural Heritage: The Case of Armed Aggression against Ukraine

Based on historical retrospect, the authors analyze the legal consequences of damage to cultural heritage, research efforts of international organizations, and approval of appropriate documents, highlight available precedents and solutions, and outline possible vectors of actions for Ukraine.Peer reviewe
