    Analisis Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Stroke Akut Pada Pasien Stroke Yang Dibawa Ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rsi Klaten

    Stroke is influenced by factors that could be changed and could not be changed. Searches stroke risk factors have not become standard guidelines in the prevention of subsequent stroke. That point of why the incidence of acute stroke and recurrent stroke is increase. The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of acute stroke in stroke patients who were brought to the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital. This method of the research used quantitative research approaches correlation with cross sectional. The research sample Non Probability taken using purposive sampling of 190 respondents who meet the criteria for acute stroke patients who were first brought to the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital. The instruments used were checklist sheet. Bivariate analysis using chi square and multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results of this research found the highest proportion of non-hemorrhagic stroke suffered by the male sex (60.7%) and hypertension (78.6%), while the highest proportion of hemorrhagic stroke suffered in cases of hypertension (84.6%). However, if the distinguished sex, then obtained the highest proportion who suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on the sex of men with hypertension cases (97.0%) and hyperglycemia (87.9%). The conclusion of this research there was a significant correlation between gender (p 0.020), blood pressure (p 0.022) and blood sugar levels (p 0.000) with the incidence of acute stroke in stroke patients who were brought to the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital. There was no significant relationship between a history of heart disease (p 0.812) and total cholesterol (p 0.879 and males p 0.088) with the incidence of acute stroke in stroke patients who were brought to the the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital. There was a relationship between blood pressure (males p 0.007), blood sugar levels when (males p 0.000 and women p 0.004), and total cholesterol levels (female p 0.032) with the incidence of acute stroke in stroke patients who were brought to the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital. The risk factors that most influence on the incidence of acute stroke in general was gender (p 0.029 and blood sugar levels (p 0.000). The most was the blood pressure (p 0.069) and blood sugar levels (p 0.002). While the most influential factors in the group of female sex on the incidence of acute stroke was blood sugar levels (p 0.003) and total cholesterol (p 0.018)
