ASEAN countries have agreed to establish the ASEAN Community in 2015 through the ASEAN Charter, signed on 20 November 2007 in Singapore. Refleksi pembelajaran daring di perguruan tinggi: Survey atas mahasiswa di sembilan perguruan tinggi Indonesia

This research discusses the quality of the higher education implementation of online learning in the last two years. The data were obtained from students who filled out open-ended electronic questionnaires. The data were then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively using Critical Success Factors (CSFs). However, this research highlights what other scholars have never found. First, the most prominent obstacles are lecturers' low digital literacy and the high level of distractors in the students’ physical environment. Second, students have distinctive commitments and preferences while participating in online learning. This research expounds that instead of gaining meaningful learning experiences, students prioritize filling out attendance lists and assignments submission. This research concludes that students’ commitments and preferences are not only linked to the experienced issues but also influenced by the lecturers' competence. Those who force themselves to study in ineffective learning are highly at risk of learning loss.Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas penyelenggaraan pembelajaran online di perguruan tinggi dalam dua tahun terakhir. Data diperoleh dari mahasiswa dengan mengisi angket terbuka elektronik. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif dengan mengacu pada Critical Success Factors (CSFs). Penelitian ini menyoroti apa yang belum pernah ditemukan oleh peneliti lain. Pertama, kendala yang paling menonjol adalah rendahnya literasi digital dosen dan tingginya tingkat distraktor di lingkungan fisik mahasiswa. Kedua, mahasiswa memiliki komitmen dan preferensi yang khas dalam berpartisipasi di pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa alih-alih mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna, mahasiswa lebih mengutamakan pengisian daftar hadir dan penyerahan tugas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komitmen dan preferensi mahasiswa tidak hanya terkait dengan masalah-masalah teknis, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi dosen.
