Inallurbanprojects,thedemolitionofstructuresisinvolvedandalwaysitisproposedthattheseshouldbedonebytryingtobefriendlierwiththeenvironment.Analyzingthehighcostsassociatedwiththefinaldisposalofthedebris,analternativecouldbetoreuseortorecyclethoseandfromtheProjectManagement,presentsastudyofeconomicfeasibilityregardingthereuseofthedebrisintheproductionofhydraulicconcretewithintheproject.Usingconstructionmarketpricesforthefirstquarterofthisyear,2012,thereisaneconomicanalysisofthemostsignificantactivities,andacomparisonbetweentheconventionalmethodofdemolitionandfinaldeposition,andthedemolitionprocedurewiththe,processingorgrindingoftherubble;andthereuseofthe70Theanalysisshowsalesseningincostsintheproductionofconcreteonsiteequivalentto9.39 31.042.00 pesos/m3, see Table 11.
From the above, it is concluded that the reuse of debris onsite is economically viable feasible and by studying the effectiveness of recycling, we can say that the greater affectivity of this recycling, will mean higher savings achieved, see Illustration 6 and Table 12.
Finally, additional to the economic benefit obtained, environment benefits are also achieved by reducing the final disposal of m3 material, in waste dump areas and the reduction of the usage of nonrenewable resources (granular materials); and social benefits by increasing manpower and thus creating additional jobs and thus manpower
