    Organization of bleisure-tourists service as a factor of sustainable development of the tourism sector of the Rostov region

    This study is aimed at analyzing the features of the functioning of the hotel services market in the city of Rostov-on-Don and the Rostov region, identifying the factors of its sustainable development due to the organization of services for bleisure tourists. The paper presents a new format of travel in the tourism sector, convenient for the consumer of a certain business status. The article examines the features and trends in the development of bleisure tourism, assesses the total number of rooms of accommodation facilities in the city of Rostov-on-Don of a business nature and the range of additional hotel services they provide in order to identify opportunities in the field of serving bleisure tourists. The popularity of the new format is due to the large concentration in the labor market of a new type of people who prefer to combine work and personal life, as well as their desire to explore new places. The paper identifies the distinctive features of a bleisure trip, as well as identifies the main amenities and services that bleisure tourists are looking for in accommodation facilities. The intensive development of bleisure tourism contributes to the need to develop technologies for serving bleisure tourists in business hotels. The development of congress hotels and the intensification of the offer of business additional services is the main prerequisite for the active and successful promotion of bleisure tourism. The organization of services for bleisure tourists can become a highly profitable area for business hotels

    Prospects for international cooperation in the field of rural tourism (based on the example of Russia and Serbia)

    The article is devoted to the issues of priorities of cooperation between Russia and Serbia in the field of tourism. The theoretical and methodological basis of research in the field of tourism, including in relation to the objects of research, is analyzed. Basic works on the problems of rural tourism and its territorial differentiation have been studied. The experience of Serbia in the development of rural tourism and the possibility of transferring it to the territory of the Rostov region have been studied. The key objects for the development of rural tourism in Serbia are characterized and their specificity is determined. The tourist resources of the Rostov region for the development of rural tourism have been studied. Using the comparative analysis methodology, a comparison of the resources and tourism development of the two territories was carried out. Promising event activities on the territory of the Rostov region have been identified, on the basis of which it is possible to create basic areas for the development of rural tourism. The typification of these activities and their spatial localization were carried out. The areas of cooperation between states in the area under study have been identified. The long-term program of events in the scientific and educational spheres, in the cultural plane, and in the legislative field has been detailed. A system of relationships between states in the field of rural tourism is also outlined, including through the development of tourism infrastructure and the construction of ethnocultural complexes.

    This study is aimed at analyzing the innovative aspects of additional education of specialists in the fashion and beauty industry in the field of environmental health. The article argues the relevance and necessity of increasing the effectiveness of additional professional education in the fashion and beauty industry in accordance with the social and economic needs of the country, the needs of the individual, society and the state. The most important element in the development of the fashion and beauty industry, the quality organization of the beauty services space, in attracting and retaining consumers are qualified personnel in the fashion and beauty industry. In the context of the dynamic transformation of socio-economic conditions, the aggravation of the demographic situation, the increasing influence of modern world trends in the fashion and beauty industry on the labor market (the emergence of new professions, and within existing professions, new competencies), additional professional education is increasingly gaining the status of a priority direction for the development of an educational institution of higher education. Additional vocational education is presented as one of the promising areas for the development of educational activities, an important component that allows integrating different levels and forms of education in order to have a more flexible educational trajectory. The main criterion for the quality of education in the fashion and beauty industry should be the existence of a system that ensures its compliance with the changing needs of the industry and the formation of personality in all its manifestations

    This study is aimed at analyzing the functioning features of the hotel services market in the city of Rostov-on-Don and the Rostov region, identifying factors for its sustainable development due to the introduction and application of innovative technologies in the hotel business. The intensive development of the hotel industry contributes to the need to develop new technologies for serving tourists in hotels, the introduction of innovative services and technical innovations. The article examines the key principles of innovation and the main types of innovation in the hotel industry, and assesses the accommodation facilities of the city of Rostovon- Don for the use of innovative technologies in the process of operation. In the hospitality industry, one can observe trends in the active implementation of new technologies: digitalization, streaming, virtual reality, etc. The transition to a digital future is sustainable and helps hotels successfully operate in accordance with ESG criteria and customer expectations.     The present article is concerned with issues of innovative development of modern of vocational education in tourist-excursion activities and accommodation & food service; materials related to the study are reviewed, ways to put innovations into practice are analyzed. Moreover, the main types of innovative technologies in tourist-excursion and accommodation & food service education are identified. Among the identified innovative education technologies in the tourism and hospitality sectors are problem-based learning, project activities, business games and methods of distance technologies. Main trends of development of vocational education in tourist-excursion activities and accommodation & food serviceare reseached. The main educational innovative technologies are considered as an element of education in tourism education and in the training of hotel and restaurant service specialists. Each of the technologies is analyzed from the standpoint of practice-oriented learning, as a result of which recommendations for their use in education are outlined.
