Religiosity and Islamic Banking Product Decision: Survey on Employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia
The objective of this research is to examine the religiosity on Islamic banking product decision. A survey method was employed using a sample of 2.627 employees at different level of education, level of income, gender, age, marital status, length of service, work location (provincial based), ownership of conventional banking products as well as ownership of sharia banking products among employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The study also developed valid and reliable scales for religiosity and selection of sharia banking product. The findings of the study revealed that dimensions of religiosity affected understanding of Islamic Banking Concept and also affected Bank Selection Criteria. Future research is required to investigate private employees and semi government employees, even in military institutions to find different figure of religiosity and preference of sharia banking products, by identifying the specific areas of religiosity that have particular impact in determining the sharia banking products.DOI: 10.15408/etk.v16i1.437
Model Sensitivitas Kenaikan Tarif Dasar Listrik terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha UMKM di Kota Bandung
Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are often faced with a number of problems that are very influential on their growth and can reduce their competitiveness, where one of them is the increase in Basic Electricity Tariff. The increase in Basic Electricity Tariff will occur every three months and the average annual increase is 15%, which will result a direct impact on surging production costs. The increase in Basic Electricity Tariff will result in declining growth of MSMEs, making it difficult to compete because MSMEs have to make adjustments to prices and ultimately result in weakening purchasing power. The Sensitivity Analysis of Basic Electricity Tariff increase on the sustainability of MSME businesses aims to (1) Know the structure of production costs in relation to electricity usage and (2) Create a sensitivity model for TDL increase on the sustainability of MSME businesses using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This research is analytical descriptive and useful as an effort to focus on actions in anticipating the sensitive increase in Basic Electricity Tariff on the sustainability of MSME businesses. These actions include reducing the ratio of electricity costs to production costs and increasing capital to increase business turnover. This research is focused on MSMEs which are very sensitive to the increase in the Basic Electricity Tariff
Evaluation of SME Supply Chain Using Methods Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) (Case Study on Borondong Industry SMEs)
The important role of SMEs in the national economy, the development of the current era, namely industry 4.0, requires businesses to continue to be able to innovate, especially in technology and operations including the supply chain SMEs, so it needs encouragement from various groups including academics how to make conceptual material into policy or decisions for actors and stakeholders. The perpetrator of the SME Borondong Industry is one that must be supported because it is a traditional cultural heritage which is also a superior product in West Java so that it is expected to improve the economy. Along with the growing awareness of SMEs on technology, because it is facing the millennial era, it is an opportunity for researchers to provide conceptual treats so that they can be useful for the actors of Borondong Industry SMEs. There are a number of problems that have been borne by these bourgeois SMEs, one of which is the absence of a concept that describes the condition of the supply chain of the SME industry. The aim of this study focuses on issues regarding the Borondong SME supply chain, exploring the areas that need to be improved and assessing how the supply chain performs. The research method used is descriptive with the approach of the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). The findings are a general description of the supply chain in the Borondong Industry SMEs.
