A Poszttraumás NövekedĂ©sĂ©rzĂ©s KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv pszichometriai mutatĂłi hazai mintán = Psychometric characteristics of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory in a Hungarian sample
Tanulmányunkban bemutatjuk a Poszttraumás NövekedĂ©sĂ©rzĂ©s KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv hazai adaptáciĂłját. A Tedeschi Ă©s Calhoun által publikált kĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv egy olyan mĂ©rĹ‘eszköz, amely a vesztesĂ©gekkel járĂł, sĂşlyosan stresszkeltĹ‘ Ă©letesemĂ©nyekkel valĂł megkĂĽzdĂ©sbĹ‘l fakadĂł pozitĂv változások azonosĂtására szolgál. Az eredeti kĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv öt faktort mĂ©r: az Ă©let fokozott Ă©rtĂ©kelĂ©se, jelentĂ©stelibb interperszonális kapcsolatok megĂ©lĂ©se, a szemĂ©lyes erĹ‘ Ă©rzetĂ©nek fokozĂłdása, Ăşj lehetĹ‘sĂ©gek felfedezĂ©se, spirituális Ă©lmĂ©nyekkel valĂł gazdagodás.
A kĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv Ă©rvĂ©nyessĂ©gĂ©t Ă©s megbĂzhatĂłságát egy 328 fĹ‘s kĂ©nyelmi mintán ellenĹ‘riztĂĽk. A validitásvizsgálathoz a PszicholĂłgiai Immunkompetencia KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăvet, a Társas Támogatás KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăvet, a Sielberger-fĂ©le Vonásszorongás KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăvet, a RövidĂtett Beck DepressziĂł KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăvet, a TĂz TĂ©teles SzemĂ©lyisĂ©g KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăvet Ă©s a RövidĂtett AspiráciĂłs Indexet alkalmaztuk. A Poszttraumás NövekedĂ©sĂ©rzĂ©s KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv belsĹ‘ konzisztenciája jĂłnak bizonyult (Cronbach-alfa = 0,94), Ă©s a kĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv teszt-reteszt megbĂzhatĂłsága (r = 0,90; p<0,01) is kiválĂł. Az Ă©rvĂ©nyessĂ©gi vizsgálathoz használt mĂ©rĹ‘eszközökkel a kĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv az elvárásoknak megfelelĹ‘ irányĂş, gyenge Ă©s közepes erĹ‘ssĂ©gű kapcsolatot mutatott, amit a divergens validitás bizonyĂtĂ©kakĂ©nt fogadtunk el. A Poszttraumás NövekedĂ©sĂ©rzĂ©s KĂ©rdĹ‘Ăven vĂ©gzett megerĹ‘sĂtĹ‘ faktorelemzĂ©s azonban nem erĹ‘sĂtette meg az eredeti faktorstruktĂşrát.
A kĂ©rdĹ‘Ăv a pszichometriai mutatĂłk alapján, Ă©s a kĂĽlföldi adatokkal összhangban, Ă©rvĂ©nyes Ă©s megbĂzhatĂł mĂ©rĹ‘eszköznek bizonyult. A mĂ©rt változĂł fĂĽggetlen konstruktumnak tekinthetĹ‘, amely alkalmas a traumát átĂ©lt szemĂ©lyek fejlĹ‘dĂ©sĂ©nek mĂ©rĂ©sĂ©re.

Results of the Hungarian adaptation of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory are presented in this article. The questionnaire published by Tedeschi and Calhoun was designed to measure positive changes coming from the struggle with losses and other stressful life events. The original scale includes 5 factors: Appreciation of Life, Relating to Others, Personal Strength, New Possibilities, Spiritual Change.
The validity and reliability of the scale was tested on a sample of 328 participants. The following questionnaires were used for the present validation: Psychological Immune Competence Inventory, Social Support Dimension Scale, Spielberger-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Shortened Beck Depression Inventory, Ten Item Personality Inventory and Shortened Aspiration Index. The internal consistency of the PTGI was high (Cronbach-alfa = 0.94), test-retest reliability (r = 0.90; p<0.01) was also excellent. Results indicate that PTGI has weak and medium size correlations with the used measures as predicted. This can be accepted as evidence for the divergent validity of the scale. The confirmatory factor analysis has failed to confirm the original five factor structure reported by Tedeschi and Calhoun.
Considering these results and also those reported in other studies with the scale, the Hungarian adaptation proved to be a valid and reliable measure. The measured variable is regarded as an independent construct being appropriate for assessing positive changes after negative life experiences
