    : The Strategy of Implementing Entrepreneurial Mutual Learning Resource Center in Im­proving the Education Personnel Competence. This study is aimed at identifying the strategic position and performance of the Mutual Learning Resource Center through analysis of balanced scorecard, inter­nalization process of cultural entrepreneurship in schools and implementation of business and its implica­tions on the learning process. With the quantitative-qualitative approach, the results show that through an aggressive strategy of performance management in the finance, customer and internal process perspectives are good, while the learning and growth perspective is considered to be moderate. The process of internaliz­ing the entrepreneurial values of through written and oral media, and actions supported by a visionary and transformational leadership in schools and implementation of entrepreneurial culture runs very effectively

    The purpose of this research is to the describe education and skill pattern which is implemented in Kinasih Ceramic Industry. The method is qualitative which is specified into case study. The techniques of data collection are observation, interview and documentation. Research data finding data analysis is conducted by steps of data collection, reduction, categorization, data displaying and finding conclusion. The research findings show that there are three ways of education and skill involve instructor training, employee's recruitment and employee's cadre. Based on those research findings, it can be concluded that quality of employees' performance increase by applying education and skill.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk pendidikan dan keterampilan yang diterapkan pemilik USAha terhadap karyawan di UD Keramik Kinasih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi dan kategorisasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga cara yang dilakukan pemilik sebagai bentuk pendidikan dan keterampilan antara lain pelatihan untuk instruktur, rekrutmen karyawan dan kaderisasi karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas kinerja karyawan meningkat dengan adanya pendidikan dan keterampilan di UD Keramik Kinasih

    Empowering women, especially in entrepreneurship, is often faced with limited accessibility, especially in meeting capital through loans at formal financial institutions and structural constraints in their environment. Women's cooperatives are a bridge to overcome the problem of women's entrepreneurial capital to increase their business, because basically woman have potential in its business activities. Social capital that has elements of Trust, Network and norms attached to women's personalities will be a guarantee in obtaining loans with a joint responsibility system.
