    Prarancangan pabrik olein ini menggunakan bahan baku utama minyak kelapa sawit (Crude Palm Oil). Proses produksi secara keseluruhan menggunakan proses kontinyu dengan melibatkan proses utama netralisasi dan proses ini berlangsung selama 330 hari pertahun. Bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan menggunakan metode struktur organisasi garis dan staf. Kebutuhan tanaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 286 orang. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Desa Suak Puntong, Kec. Kuala Pesisir, Kabupaten Nagan Raya, dengan luas tanah 20.447 m2. Sumber air untuk pabrik minyak goreng (olein) ini berasal dari Sungai Tamiang, dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari generator dengan daya 500 kW.Banda Ace

    Adult onset still’s disease is a rare systemic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology that is responsible for a significant number of cases of fever of unknown origin (FUO) and musculoskeletal diseases. The diagnosis in adult onset still’s disease is mainly clinical and requires exclusion of other infections. Laboratory tests are nonspecific and treatment mainly comprises of corticosteroids, NSAIDS, immunosuppressive drugs, iv gamma globulin, anti-tumour necrosis factor, anti-interleukin. AOSD (adult onset stills disease) is a diagnostic challenge. Discovery of new serological tests and a specific diagnostic criterion may help the clinician in faster diagnosis and better management of the disease.

    Study of cervical cytology in pap smears in a tertiary care hospital of North Maharashtra

    Background: Cervical cancer is the fourth leading cause of death in females worldwide. In India cervical cancer is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Cancer of cervix is preventable, and can be diagnosed at the pre-malignant stage with adequate and repetitive cytological screening by Papanicolaou (Pap) smears. Aim of this study was to study the role of Pap smear in detecting premalignant and malignant lesions as well as non-neoplastic lesions of cervix. Methods: It is a retrospective study of 240 pap smears studied from January 2022 to June 2022 and received in pathology department of a tertiary care hospital of north Maharashtra. Samples are collected from women between 21 to 65 years presenting with some gynecological problems. Smears were reported as per the 2014 Bethesda system. Results: Out of 240 women, 216 were having normal cytology and 146 cases with inflammatory changes. 10 cases were unsatisfactory. 5 cases of ASCUS, 1 case of SCC, 2 cases of HSIL and 6 cases of LSIL were observed. Conclusions: Pap smear test is a simple, safe, noninvasive, economical OPD based procedure to detect pervasive cervical epithelial lesions. Every woman should undergo Pap test at least once in her life before the age of 45 years

    Bio-based coating of modified limonene via UV light technology

    Coating industries expanded the use of petroleum-based commodities for better coating properties, which is rising the pollution concern. In this research, bio-based material such as limonene was used to deplete the usage of petroleum raw-material for coating. Limonene-polyol was prepared through a thiol-ene reaction and then methacrylate with methacrylic anhydride via esterification reaction to proceed further for UV curing formulation. As per FT-IR examination, hydroxyl functional groups held by the structure of limonene were transfigured into the corresponding methacrylate and by analysis of C=C peak after curing, cure percentage was noticed near to 92%. The methacrylated limonene-polyol was formulated for UV curing through the addition of a photoinitiator and an alternate measure of cross-linker, where this combination was applied to a steel surface and relieved under UV light to give a cross-linked formation, which gives solid surface grip and scratch-resistant coating. The coated material was also characterized by FT-IR, thermal, tensile, flexural test whereas results give strong tensile strength about 79 MPa by increasing the 30% of the amount of methacrylated limonene-polyol and banding modulus (flexural) observed 38 GPa. Alter the amount of methacrylated limonene-polyol was also tested. This research presents a convenient synthesis procedure for coating applications by using bio-based material at a lower cost
